This company is a big cheat. They dont deliver your gifts on time. Make you keep waiting saying will contact the deliverer and after two days they say your gifts are already delivered which in actual never reached the recipient. Avoid wasting your money here and chose some reputated and trustworthy company. It is a zero zero zero rating from my side. All liers and cheaters. Customer service representatives dont know how to handle customers lacking proper attitude and are very rude.

I have ordered Rakhi (Rakhi along with tilak, Ferroro Rocher chocolate, Rakhi card) to be delivered in US. The parcel was delivered on time, however there was no rakhi in it, it was such a embarrassing moment for me. When I tried to call customer care there was no response, then I drafted email and evrytime they told they were investigating the matter, but later on rakhi festival was already gone. There was no point in delivering rakhi after the festival. When I asked for refund they told they would refund Rs 149 out of Rs 849. On asking for a full refund as delivering the chocolates doesn't serve my purpose for Rakhi festival, they write as below:

This is to inform you that as per the update from the delivery section the parcel was shipped from our end and not from any local delivery section so that is why each products were packed and shipped together from our end.

We do understand our customers sentiments which they have with the orders. However, we have to follow a systematic procedure for the refund.

Hence, we would like to get back the rest of the delivered products so that we could process the full refund from our end.

This is how worst is their customer service.

They say same day delivery but when I placed my order I did not get any updates about it and when I enquired about it then I got an email reply saying please pick another gift and also informed me that it would take 3-5 business days for delivery. I was shipping a birthday gift so could not afford that. When I asked for my money back they said please provide another address and told they would attempt to deliver it the same day. When they delivered it the gift wasn't as expected. Instead of 8 assorted pastries by Taj I just got 2 types of regular pastries to make up those 8. Very disappointing service. Would never use them again and don't recommend them to anyone.

I wish I had stumbled on the reviews for the website prior to making a purchase. I ordered a gift set for dry fruit and rakhi to be delivered on 8/16. Instead, the package was delivered 6 days late (past Rakhi) and not only was the package and gift box damaged (it looked as if something very heavy was dropped on it) it was missing 2 packets of dry fruits and no rakhis. Based on the delivery status, the product had been sitting in a warehouse for days with no attempts to contact the recipient or I to correct any information that was preventing them from shipping. Customer services was horrible. I would only receive one response per day, even if i responded to their inquiries less than 5 minutes after they sent their response. Of the three phone numbers they provided, one was not valid and the other two went straight to voicemail. In the end, they refused to refund for this mess. I highly advise not to use this site, as this has been a very horrible experience for us. I wish I could give this no stars.

When I emailed the team, the response states all the items are delivered as mentioned with no ownership

Placed an Order for Rakhi Deluvery in 4th August- Follow up done on 9th August... delivery was supposed to be done by 8th August as they claimed a day s delivery time! Tried calling on 13th August... delivery not done till date... received a mail at 14:45 saying the order is dispatched and will reach by 19th August! Post Rakhi? Tried to log an online query... it gives an error every time yu submit query! Try calling it gives you a 90 second window to register a looong order no. And call aborts before you start! Rakhi Delivery... well I'm still waiting!

I placed following order from this site to give surprise to my mother on her birthday. Instead of getting ordered things, what is received is stale flowers ( far away from fresh), Instead of actual blown up balloons, 3 un -blown ballons were handed over to my mother. Instead of 500G kaju barfi, only 100g barfi has been delivered. As per my understanding glass vase does not mean simple drinking water glass. Small drinking water glass of 50rs has been delivered in the name of glass vase. When I filed complaint with them, they plainly refused allegations and refused to act over it.

This is total fraud company. Dont go for it

Red Alert - Beware of this Company. Very unprofessional. Customer Service is a Joke. Me and My Brother ordered a cake to be delivered to my Son in india. They made a Joke out of the order. At the end, after loosing the Faith with this unprofessional and fraud company, have to pay and request someone locally to deliver the cake the Cake to keep up my promise with my son.

I ordered 3 hampers for clients based in India last week. The first hamper delivered included spoiled items which my client disposed upon receiving (obviously). The other 2 hampers are nowhere to be found. When I checked the shipment tracking numbers, they are still out for delivery, and it has already been a week! I demanded a refund from the merchant but they insisted that I should provide a photo of evidence of spoiled items. The thing here is I was not the recipient and it was a gift for client and as much as possible, I don't want my client to be bothered at all. The assistant manager of gifts-to-india/rightflorist has the discretion to decide on this matter, especially items are being mishandled their team. My local debit card tried to chase them but to no avail. I hope this scam website will be denied of license to operate. They have been scamming people for a very long time. I hope something can be done. Such a waste of time and money, plus they won't be able to save our $#*! from the embarrassment they caused us.
