I myself, being in the online sales representative. I feel they have disgusting service. I have been using their service since last 3 years and they had been pretty efficient in sending the reminder for sending gifts but now this year when I wanted to send gifts on the Occassion of Rakhi. They have not delivered my gifts as yet and there is no correspondence. I have left mroe than 5 messages there is no response. Is this what they call customer service, their numbers are never accessible. I strongly recommended this website to all my friends here in Australia. But now I will let them know never and ever place an order with this disgusting website. There should be always be a communication between the buyer and seller. You couldnt deliver goods that's fine dude atleast reply to your customer enquiry. Let them know what is the current status. I have paid AUD 45, and I wont let you go easily untli unless you deliver my goods. You should close down your pathetic website

I placed an order number HGTI**************, which was scheduled to be delivered on 1st Aug 2017 but it's not delivered till today (8th Aug 2017).
I am trying to call them for last 5 days. No one picked phone. Today I managed to get hold of them and they hung phone on me. Worst customer service.

They show some Thing on website and deliver some Thing else and top of it bluntly they answer we accepted terms n conditions which says items may be slightly different etc etc... i ordered twice but both the times they cheated... had ordered flowers with basket and nice flower arrangement... but they delivered on bunch of flowers... worst and cheater

Its taking 78 hrs to get back to me, no phone number.
They missed the anniversary date, after calling the said 48hrs.

I order for my parents anniversary below items to deliver on 6/22/1017
1. Flowers, Cake & almonds --> Hand delivery. Also I called them to make sure they deliver on time & customer service rep said they have vendor all over india they deliver on time. But they never show up till 1:30 PM. Again I called the Customer rep to see whats going on they said they will be delivered by 8:30 PM. AS per my request they should be delivered by 9:30 AM. They never showed up. So I raised dispute on credit card. Hey guys any vitems with this site raise a dispute on your credit card.
The worst customer service. They just fool people. I had order combo for my fathers birthday from gifts to India. They haven't send as per description. Fruit basket had very low quality fruits and also they were not as mentioned in the description. Dry fruits was send in simple packet with low grade and flowers were not send fresh. There was no on time delivery. I would just do not buy anything from gifts to India site.
I ordered from canada and the picture was like so good and it was looking big but the actual thing was not even worth a penny. I would not prefer anyone to order this crap, it was supposed to be heart shaped but reality was $#*!in $#*!in shiiiit..
Placed two orders on Mothers day(14 May 2017). One for my Mother and one for my wife's mother. The items said same day delivery. But none of the items have been delivered even today (19 May 2017). Even worse is that they already emailed on 15th May that the orders have been successfully delivered.
I ordered the caker for my mother on Mothers Day. Got the email on the day of that they cannot deliver the cake and will be delivering on May 15th instead. So I called and the customer service agent said yes, they will difinatly deliver next day, so I said its fine as I can understand due to high volume of orders things can happen.
On 15th May I got the email stating they cannot deliver the cake period and I have to make the choice for something else which can be delivered in 4-5 business days (no fresh/perishable items). So I called the customer service again and talked to the MR. BIG SHOT AVINASH SINGH (apparrently the only Avinsh Singh in the company, Kolkata) was so rude to me and refused to even apologise when I confronted him that he cannot talk to me in rude manner. Very Very bad service. I will never ever gonna order from them again.

Don't even give an attempt. They send you a piece of s**** I ordered a beautiful cake from their website but had one of the, no where close to the image displayed cake. Taste was awful. One of the worst experience ever. Don't waste your money. Donate it to some1.
This is the $#*!test and fake website.
I ordered for valentines days but I asked the delivery for the 13th. They called me on 13th saying we cannot deliver to this address.
Guys its a request never ever place an order through them. I still havent recived my cancellation money back.
Promised to delivery on Feb 14 but after 3 days and 6 phone calls there was no delivery. Every time I called the customer support, they shamelessly promised to delivery on the same day but never acted on it. The customer support is so UNPROFESSIONAL. In the end they said they are sorry and at the best they will refund my money but still no update on my refund; I will get back to them if they don't refund my money. Stay away this is a scam company with no commitment to deliver your order on time
I have placed order for same day delivery and it is the third day, my order is not received yet.

They sent damaged things and no things matched the photo they have put up in their website and they are not ready to replace it nor give money back.
When I sent them email they replied as below:
