Yesterday, Feb 27, '19 I called the company about 1:30 PM IST from the US & asked if they could deliver today, Feb 28,'19 a gift locally in Kolkata. CS person (Samir?) assured me yes and even explained me at length about same-day-delivery program. I put the order with a note to deliver during ist half of the day and call the destination in advance. Delivery location was in a mall office in Kolkata. I leaned today that it will be delivered in the evening. When called the same person, he gave me all BS explanation of rainy day, traffic congestions etc. Obviously, I was upset. The company lacks in CS satisfaction, continuously argues and blame customer. Just now, I talked to Kaanjit (another employee). Gave same BS of delivery at 6 pm when the destination will be closed. NEVERR DO BUSINESS. Worst of the 3 on line gift companies I have used in Kolkata. Contact me at *******@gmail.com

This 'Gift to India' website is created to cheat customer by hiding informations on any hidden cost. I placed an order ONLINE to send a gift to my relative at 'WARSAW', Poland. I paid ONLINE the amount asked. The parcel has been sent to Poland. Now my relative has been asked to pay 'Custom duty' to receive the parcel. This aspect was never disclosed by 'Gift to India'. They do not respond to complaints and customer care number is always busy.
Please do not get prompted by the low prices offered in the website. You will be certainly cheated at the end with the monitary loss

I ordered a gift from this site for my brother. They promised to send Haldiram gulab jamun with rakhi and kumkum. Instead they send very cheap quality local gulab jamun. I'm attaching image below. See how they packed the gift in polythin bag. See the packing of KUMKUM ( in newspaper)even all liquid is dripping out from the box.
When I complained they never picked the call and after a week they responses through mail that because of my order they are in loss and I have to give them Rs. 100 as a token. If these guys are in loss then y they are running such business. I'm USA based costumer. Sending gifts many times to India. But this is the 1st time I used this site.: I will suggest never ever use this site. This is the fraud one. I paid them around Rs. 1000 and still asking me to pay. What a service

I simply request DO NOT order anything feom here. These idiots simply cheating customers by promising false delivery dates.
I placed order of rakhi and chocolates on 25th thinking that it will deliver on 26th in delhi. I gotta call from customer care and he confirmed it will deliver on 26th. Product actual value should be less then 1000 rs bubi paid near to 3k just for express delivery and get it delivered on 26th.
But it didn't reach today. After talking to customer care they said chocolates will deliver on 29th and he was not sure about rakhi delivery.

Better to use Amazon or flipkart they provide timely delivery with assurance.

I ordered for a rakhi and box of chocolates and they delivered five rakhis to my place. What will my one and only brother do with 5 rakhis.
Ok agree that it was a mistake and they didnt know that I have only one brother, but t hey dont even respond properly, their website is the worst, nobody answers the call on the given number.

Atleast they should answers customer queries. This is really disgusting. How can they just change the whole order like that. And if try to place a query this is what you get. For almost one hour this is what was there.
Really pathetic. Disgusting.
Now am having doubt if they really exist or not, or is it just a fraud firm

I ordered a birthday gift for my niece and its been months now the item is still not reached. They are ignoring all my emails and request for return.
There is an automatic reply for all the emails reply i have received till date
"Dear Sir/Madam,
Thank for your helpdesk submission! We have received your request
We respond to every helpdesk submission as fast a possible."

This message has been received for the 6th times now

How can people cheat and make money on cost of happiness. My niece was so much awaiting for that special gift, she was so excited about it. I was feeling so bad to see her little face frown.

So looks like these guys deleted my previous review. I wish i had read the reviews before ordering. I had ordered a midnight delivery for my fiances birthday. They delivered much before the committed delivery time on their website and also confirmed by their agent
Besides they called my fiance for directions and spoiled the surprise
They delivered another gift i ordered way before the delivery dates they committed- again ruining the surprise

And guess what after doing this they had the nerve to tell me that i read the delivery window incorrectly on their website. I have proof that their info was wrong. So instead of acknowleding their mistake they blamed it on the customer

They offered 15% on my next purchase. So they really think im gonna order again? Why not give me partial refund for the existing purchase? They refused

I ordered glowers n fruits for sisters bday.As shown in webpage it was 2 kg fruit basket and big bunch of roses. But they deliver just 5 roses and half kg fruits of cheap quality chikoo n pear. When I complain first they told that it is not from our eebsite. When I provided them order no they told that u need ro provide photo within 24 hour of recieving gift. Guys dont waste your precios time n money on them. They are fraud. I paid 950 rupees feeling completely ripped off. Their customer service is worsed. They are just bunch of monkeys working for fraud company

I ordered Assorted pastries from TAJ (that is what product description reads) and received a very substandard single flavour pastries with terrible colors (Can you eat that?... look at the picture)
