I ordered my Rakhi this year in this site. Unfortunately, did not read the reviews before ordering. During the order, delivery date mentioned before Rakhi, but still not received it. Worst service. Phone number on the website not working and no reply to any complaints or no status updates. Not sure if my Rakhi gets delivered atleast after few days of delay or it is total waste of my money on top of missing my brother's Rakhi.:(
Don't trust this site.

This is a 100% unprofessional service when I order something for my wife as a surprise. Without informing me you people canceled held my order. And I got an email that the item delivered already.

When I called them for asking for an update, I got an unprofessional and irrespective response. Like, am requesting for a bank loan.

Ordered 2 Rakhi gifs for family with sweets and Rakhis, Product description was all Halidram items but below order no's has only one product from haldiram and rest from street vendor call Bhikharam. I asked for refund. But there is no response on phone.

Please do not waste your money on this website. Counter fit and unknown products, broken basket, loose packing and moreover embarrassment in front of relatives is frustrating. Please do not buy anything, I am going to consumer complaints to ask for refund.

This company is a big reaper, they show something and deliver totally horrible street quality items. How dare they even do this, it's a shame that in India there is no consumer rights or complaints forum to report such bastards. They are not even afraid of any consequences as they know orders are placed by people in overseas who can't even track or get hold of them. There phone no is one that's never answered. I added some balloons in my order which they delivered without air/ helium inside, there was a missing velvet rose and some garbage quality chocolates, bloody morons

They took the money and delivered a second hand bouquet and the delivery boy was accommodating his delivery along with his personal job, He bought 2 kids with him.

They stole the sweets which we ordered and asking for photograph to prove when we raised complaints. GTI-4-*******

My Rakhi has not been delivered yet. They are big frauds.
Worse company ever. This company is not reliable, trustworthy and professional. Last year they delivered stale and cheap dry fruits and assured me will never happen next time. This time they didn't deliver the rakhi on time then what's the use of spending so money and not getting it delivered on time, I should have couriered it. They only care about money and not the deliveries. The customer service is so bad, for three days I tried to trace it and they kept on telling me it will get delivered and assured me 100 percent. They are frauds and deliberately stealing your money.

I ordered a fruit basket for delivery on my father in law's bday. The basket was never delivered but I received a confirmation saying it was delivered. When I contacted their customer service, I was informed that they couldnt deliver as the address was incomplete. I never recived any phone call or email from them informing me that the order couldnt be delivered. On top of that, they mentioned that they cannot redeliver or cancel my order. I was charged fully for something I did not receive. This company is a scam and their motive is to cheat people. Please save your hard earned money. These people are cheaters. I wish I had read reviews before placing an order with them.

Ordered an eggless cake without icing. What was delivered was something totally different with layers of cream on it. Upon complaining I was told as per their Terms & Conditions they have the right to change and deliver as per their convenience! It thats so then they should make it clear to the customers that customer satisfaction does not matter to them. Absolute cheats! Do not use their service!
