Fake dont order from this site they dont deliver anything and will ruin your special day, whoever made this site i will say this is not way to earn money. More cheap way. Your earning more curses from people by ruining there special occasions. Worst experience.

I ordered box of dry fruits around 2 kgs with flowers and fruits to send India (from USA) for my parents and they didn't receive the box of dry fruits. It was a very special occasion and it was so upsetting with this delivery service. They received flowers and fruits with no dry fruit box. I think flower count in the arrangement was less. Very disappointed! I emailed them several times to send this item but they didn't even have a courtesy to reply back and rectify problem. No local phone number! That's called cheating. Buyers should be beware of this website! Don't buy. Better options out there

They are fraud guys. Strict police action should be taken against these bloody hell kind of people. Please don't purchase from them

I was a worker over there, and i left the job because of their fraud behavihour.
Every single thing is cheap and purchased from footpath venders, price are atleast 60-70% higher than the original value. Sweets can be 5 days or more old. Its a kolkata based company and if are thinking the product is delivered from local shop than give a second thought, all the items are purchased in kolkata even sweets too and sent to customer by corier and can be 4-6 or even more days old. Dry fruits are 1 year old and started smelling and insects in it in the warehouse. Kindly keep one more thing in mind, thay play a game by showing branded product on the site and delivering local market low quality item to your loved once.
Fake google reviews by their own employee. Two executives at the office had the job to create fake profiles and write positive reviews.
Their only job is once you make the payment, you are gone either you fight or do whatever they are not gonna return you the amount, perfumes that you think of gucci or other brand are purchased from "bada bazaar " (local market) famous for duplicate things. I hope this can help you all. Please avoid to buy from them because by cheating people they are earning a lot of money.

I had a terrible experience ordering from this company. I paid for two bouquets of flowers for Mother's Day. Only one got delivered which was not what I ordered and very bad quality of flowers given the price I paid (over Rs. 2,500). I have emailed their customer service team several times regarding this with no resolution. A total waste of money, time and effort!

After seeing all negative reviews, I was doubtful if my family would receive the gifts I purchased. But I was relieved when my family received the gifts on time. The flowers were sent the same day. And gifts after two days ( in-spite of lockdown) because they were sent by consignment. Thank you

Incorrect order delivered. The order was placed for 1kg oreo cake and 24 pink roses. However I received half-kg vanilla cake not edible and stale red roses. Also the order was delivered the night before at 11 30pm from the scheduled delivery date of 8th May and day time.
This is completely unacceptable.

This website is fake. They never delivered my order. I ordered gift for my dad from Canada and they emailed me after 2 days they can't deliver perishable item and I had to choose other items. I have chosen other item and sent an email to them, after that they never replied or delivered any gift. They are cheaters. Please be aware of these kind of websites.

They are cheaters. Very easily cheat people money. I am wondering that no one can control them in India. This fraudulent guys still running business as usual and continue cheating money is unbelievable. I think they got people support background. No one can touch them

I ordered same day delivery for Valentine's Day it's 8:00pm but still no delivery yet. I'm not sure why they advertise same day delivery & all other things on site & can handle the order. Try to call them number is switch off & no answer on WhatsApp number either.

I have ordered for valentine's day. They took INR 1045 for the order and didn't deliver. They don't have any customer care number. They are scamming people. I don't know how the govt is not cracking on them and they are openly cheating people

These people are fraud and doesn't understand what customer service is. I wish i had seen the reviews before placing the order. I placed order for Rakhshabandhan and they said they coudlnt deliver on the day so i gave them another day. They came back to me saying they cant deliver the items i order which was a rakhi and chocolates and some sweets and instead they offered to send a cake. They said this after 3 days of the festival which was pointless of sending. The Customer service team is hopeless and doesn't know how to make it right and will keep repeating themselves as if i am speaking to some Robot. Will never recommend this company. Its a rip off
