I had ordered few items on mothers day, but didn't received a single item on special occasion. So whats the point to claim your business for delivering same day. I dont even know am getting my refund back or no I wasted $170 on 2 different orders.
I dont trust these people guys.
If i sent an inquiry on their whats app number it always shows that agent is currently offline and timings are 9-6.30pm. I had sent an inquiry around 2.30pm at their time but still no show.
It looks fraud to me
Do not give your personal details to these fraudulents.

Worst ever customer service. Worst experience ever. I ordered sweets online on gifts-to-india.com website from Australia and they delivered sweets completely different and cheaper than we ordered. The customer service is pathetic and they do not know how to provide customer service. They neither replaced the sweets nor provided refund. They delivered SOAN PAPDI instead of PISTA ROLL and charged more amount than the item was worth. They never even bothered to contact us to ask if they had to change the order. The customer service team doesn't care and I don't think the business should last long as long as they have this poor service team. They even didn't process my request of speaking with a senior official, CEO or boss.
I usually never write bad reviews for any business, but this particular one is a classic example of worst ever service. Guys, if you want to spoil your special day, occassion or event, only then dare to place an order with them.

This site came up on the top in Google Search, hence, i used this site to send chocolates to my cousin and to the hotel employee as a 'thank you' for the hospitality. Both got delivered on the same day without issues. The site is also user friendly as i can choose the category 'thank you gifts' that helped in my choosing.
If any improvement, i would suggest that they have someone to talk to for customer service as i wanted to consult something (i gave the number of a different person and gave the address to a different destination as i didn't have the phone number of the receiver).

I'm very happy with the service as it makes it so convenient for a person like me who sits ******* kms away and can send gifts to anyone back home with such ease online.

Frauds I'm competed my payment they saying it's pending. And not delivered my order. Not answering for calls or msgs

Very poor commitment. This company could not keep their promise, they failed to deliver the gift on the committed date.

Please don't buy any gifts from this website.

I sent rakhi way before rakhi not delivered on time some stuff was missing, no response and show picture of original hot wheels cars on website but actually received very old and fake ones, be careful and don't trust them.

I sent fruit basket and clearly stated don't send this fruit due to health issue, When basket came that fruit which I said no were most fruit.
When I try to tell them they decline because picture wasn't clear. I am sending this to older person who doesn't know how to use phone but what I got it wasn't good enough. This is 2nd time happened I will not use this again. If you use it be careful.

A complete fraud! They dont ship ur product and do not give refund too. Customer care is fake.

I ordered a few things from this site mistaking it for gifts to India 24x7 which is a MUCH better and reliable site. This business delivered the items which looked nothing like what I ordered. The fruits arrangement was shabby compared to what was advertised. There was no balloon or card which was there in the photos. The first two photos show what they promised/advertised and the next two photos show what was delivered.
When I made a complaint they did nothing to rectify it except promise the next time it would be better. But obviously there would be no next time.
