Gifts-to-India is a fraud website. They steal your money and never deliver the item. The customer service numbers are wrong. Stay away!
The biggest problem is it comes up as the first link on Google. Please be aware and dont get caught in the scam. I request you to, please spread the word against the company and file a complaint.

I ordered Rakhi and the site showed that it will be delivered on time. I tried to call teh number provided on the website and it is never reachable. This is a fraud online shopping site and I am planning to file a lawsuit on these crap. If these kind of fraud online shopping companies are not blocked India is never going to grow. These people are cheat and play with trust of people.

This is a very bad site. Their service is poor, but not only that they are total cheaters, and I am surprised how they are still functioning. These people are advertising something else and selling some thing else. They should be exposed in media and should be reported to the police.

Don't send any gifts through this site. They will not show the exact price for an item and once they receive the initial payment they will ask for additional money to deliver.
These people always ask for extra money. Stay away from this site

Its very poor service, they never answer the phone, they have got the Mobil number no office number, they don't delivered the gifts before 9pm in the night.
Your relatives have wait for whole day to received the gift, cant go anywhere.
When you call them to ask for the delivery status, their system always down.
If you want to waste the money more on, if you want to spoil the your favorite's special day then use this website. Otherwise there are many good and reliable website which much much better than this.
DON'T USE THIS WEBSITE, ITS CRAP

Hi!
March 5, 2012

Hi! What a ridiculous experience I had with http://www.gifts-to-india.com. Gosh! Please do not use this site http://www.gifts-to-india.com if you're planning to surprise your loved ones or else you'll be the one who'll be surprise with shocking and awful experiences. I ordered a showpiece for my boyfriend's birthday on the 9th of Feb. But they delivered it the next day and then they double charged me. I emailed them but no reply I even called them for a refund ( long distance call) but the recording will just place you on hold FOREVER. My boyfriend in India even tried to call all those numbers they posted (even prasanta b's numbers) but even him was just placed on hold forever. So please Mr./Ms prasanta b. Stop sending a copy paste reply with your contact numbers if you have no plans of answering the phone. If you really wanted to help us and fix all those hassles that your shop caused to all of your customers who had a bad and awful experience from your site you contact us through email. Be professional enough. In fact if you won't be there to coordinate and cooperate with us the situation will just get worst. We as your disappointed customers will just search for some site like Site Jabber (thank you so much for letting us to voice out our disappointments here) to hear our concerns while your site's reputation and credibility will be at risk and destroyed. You guys should be the one who's giving us the first hand to fix this problems. Thanks.

Gifts-to-india is the worst site I have ever experienced. This site claims Same day delivery. Bull***t.
I ordered a gift for our wedding anniversary to be delivered to India on 26th Jan. I ordered it on 25th Jan 2012 to be delivered on 25th as per their same day delivery claims.
And you know what, it has not reached till today (1st feb 2012). Their 24x7 phone remains always busy. Luckily we got hold of them for a couple of time and they could not give any satisfactory reply on why the delivery not happened on time.
Beware of this site. If you wanna send a surprise gift to your loved ones, then don't send it through gifts-to-india.com other wise you will get some surprise.
I generally don't write reviews and infact never written. But this experience made me to write.

This is the worst ever gifts website. Please stay away from it. I got fooled by it and ordered a cake for my brother. First, they just didn't deliver on the agreed date. Second, they delivered a cake that wasn't anything like what I had ordered. Third, the number they give on their website is a fake number which just has one message ' the number is busy!'. I don't think this is a business run by professional people at all. It must be a fake money-making opportunity for some crooks. STAY AWAY!

1. Very bad website which doesnt give enough information regarding the order.
2. After the order had been placed 5 days before date for eggless chocolate cake Rs1040, they asked for extra Rs385 on the D-Day saying the location was too far(they never mentioned this before). They refused to process the order further without the funds being transfered immediately.
3. I asked for the gift to be sent on the day, they arrived at 8.30 pm with a really poor quality cake which was nothing like the picture on the site.
4. When I asked for a refund for the bad service and wrong cake, they said that a delivery had been made and hence they won't refund.
Please please please don't go to them even if your life depended on it.

HI,
February 17, 2011

HI,

Please stay away from this site, I ordered a gift for my valentine and paid a high amount also, and the gift was delivered with pathetic condition, the total gift is broken into small pieces which disappointed both of us, when I called them they asked to send a mail to some team and they responded that they will send back the new item again in 3 days, and after that no response to calls or mails.

Really sucking... stay away from this website...

They don't lift any phone calls regarding the order which is placed. They don't deliver on the day which is mentioned in the order. They deliver next day or after 2 days. They don't inform that it is going to be late. They won't return the money if we don't want it to be delivered late and would like to cancel the order. They enjoy by taking our money for free. Nothing is worse than this website and customer service. I would like to sue them but I don't know how to do that in Hyderabad. By the way they don't have shop address mentioned in their website if we want to go and ask why the order is not delievered.
