The site Gift to india is fake site the employees do not help you out with your any problem as well do not reslove your problem, They never deliver your product and when you call them they will say they are only here to receive call they don't have vendor knowledge. Horrible Site, Just play with the customer emotion as well as Money, They don; t have any email id for escation, no Manager available with them.In whole its a fake site once you order any thing for it they will frustrate you with no response

Well, Folks NEVER EVER use the Gifts - To - India service, this is just a nasty service. First and foremost they wont send the products which they mentioned in their website.

I recently ordered fruits and flower basket to known person, they have stated they gonna send high quality fruits like pomegranate, apples, oranges, grapes -- Dammit rather they sent "Papaya", GRR, papaya - are you serious? None have the constipation... These guys charged 1400 Rupees for these and the other parcel did reached after few days and found that it was broken, I'm very pissed on this service.

There is an column we can send our messages, they didn't even typed the message what i send instead they have written their own messages, and the customer service was horrible, they hung up my phone during our conversation and they don't have any patience to talk to customers.

Please guys beware of this worst service and stay away from them, our hard earned money shouldn't be gone like this to these idiots.

I placed an order to be delivered to Kanpur and the experience was horrible.
What ever they show on Website that is of a specific brand and promise to deliver, though delivery was on time but a very cheap and local street vendor things were send by them. When you try to reach there system to lodge complaint, you realize this is all fraud. No body responds and you can never file a complaint. I am never going to use it and never recommend such a unreliable service to anyone.

I have used this site for online ordering of birthday cake, i have made a small request to deliver my order between 12 to 2 pm on 2nd Jan 2015 in Ranchi, for that i inform 2 days ago by mail and also called on customer support number, but the reply from illiterate executive disappointed me a lot. I don't know his name but he misbehave when i ask him to track my order with local bakery/delivery man or give me backer's contact no so that i could request him personally to deliver cake as per my scheduled time.

Its very disgusting and horrible experience i have ever had while talking to your call center employee. My feedback about this website services will be highly negative.

What a pathetic service! I ordered a box of haldiram sweets from US for my fathers birthday on Dec 2 to be delivered by dec 9 (7 days in advance) and still the sweets did not reach my parents untill 12th Dec. Customer service person tells me that they have couriered it and now it is courier company who will handle the delivery! Rubbish... the fun part part is the item sits in my city for 2 days without getting delivered! Learnt my lesson... am never gonna use this website again... was wondering if negative stars was an option :(

Hopeless and the worst service I have ever come across. Ordered two same gifts to be delivered to Mumbai. The gift had ladoos and other items. One of the gift gets delivered to Mumbai (a day later than the expected time) and the other gift is delayed by 4 days. Obviously lodoos will be spoiled. When I contact their customer service, they are rude and just ignore you. Don't waste your time and money by using their services.

Any person with common sense will agree that a lodoo kept at room temperature for more than 6 days will be spoilt. If you complain to them, then they ask for photos of something already spoilt and thrown in trash... Thank you for spoiling my parents anniversary... I won't ask them to spoil it further by going near the trash and clicking photos of a stale item...

Worst site ever seen. Poor customer support. Ordered sweets even after 10 days of dispatch( according to them) still waiting it to be delivered. When I told that sweets will be rotten by now. They said sweets have shelf life of one month. They just want to irritate customers after charging their card so that they stop chasing them. Pathetic people.

We had ordered products for Diwali which their Telephone officer had confirmed will be delivered by Diwali. The product reached 3 days late. On calling them they stated that Diwali was a holiday and therefore the products weren't going to be delivered that day. Ritu - Telephone operator bangs the phone down when you state that they don't have any written information stating that Diwali was a business off for an online company. Sushmita Banerjee - so called manager, never comes on line. Please do not ever buy a product from them. They are a horrible representation of any service in india.

I would give them 0 starts if they let me do so. They are horrible. They make false promises: same day delivery etc. I placed 4 orders, all of them were not delivered on promised dates. The quality of their fruit and cake is isn't as promised. Stale cake and fruits were received. They do not send a delivery confirmation after delivery... infact they do sent delivery confirmation emails whenever they feel like or they wont sent it at all. Truly unethical and un professional. Their website needs a redesign. There is no way to check status of order, no section to write revies or give feedback. No customer service once order is placed

Ordered Clothes(kids). I did not had any time constraint but delivered quickly. But I do ordered a Birthday Cake along with that which should be delivered on 23rd september. I placed the order one week ahead and it is delivered on time.

Cons:
1. No phone availability
2. No updates when they are going to deliver. In my case cake
3. No replies to messages that are sent through their website
4. Once order placed, there is no way to communicate with them. Which is really bad. They should work on that and should have proper rapo with the customers.
5. Should stop false promises like same day delivery or over night delivery if they cant keep up their words.
6. Should not charge extra money or should return if needed.
7. Should deliver good quality of products for the price quoted.
8. Should not charge extra money and create issues to deliver the things once order has placed.
9.If they are reading these reviews then they should understand and follow some basic rules in-order to improve their sales. It will benefit both.

I used Gifts-to-India.com to order Rakhi for my brother in India. I had used the service last year and they delivered the Rakhi on time. This time, I ordered a gift (a free rakhi was advertised with the gift) and a rakhi (with roli teeka). They delivered the gift (sans the rakhi) 2 days before the scheduled delivery date but there was no trace of the rakhi. I sent them an email with the details of my order and my complaint. I was amazed when I saw their reply which said, "This is to inform you that without order number it is difficult to trace any particular order. Kindly provide us the order number to track the order." I had clearly mentioned the order number as a subject of the email I sent them. They also gave me an alternate way of getting my complaint sorted: call them at the customer numbers they gave. I replied again quoting the order number as well as tried calling them several times. I received no reply to my email and the numbers were always busy. I sent them another reminder but my complaint is still not answered.
Having given up on them on Friday (Rakshabandhan was on Sunday), I ordered Rakhi from another website. However, they could deliver the Rakhi only on Monday and hence, because of the unprofessional service of Gifts-to-India, my brother did not get a Rakhi from me this Rakshabandhan.
These people are fraud and do not really know what online shopping is all about. They are unreliable and probably interested only in making money. It is for businesses like this that ecommerce is not able to gain customer confidence in India. I shall never use them again.
The tone I have used here is very mild compared to the bitterness I feel towards this business.
