Worst Service, please do not use this site. I have used this site to send Rakhi and Sweets to my brother for Rs 750 and the delivered worth was not even Rs 50. The Rakhi they delivered is worst than Rs 10 Rakhi that we can buy road side. Never go for this site.

Pathetic service... delivered wrong number of rakhis... and they do not lodge a complain after 48 hrs of delivery... so if you are out of country and the recipient has received the order then they immediately has to inform sender whether they have received right order! Terrible and the customer service is so rude and good for nothing... no rating at all

My wife ordered flowers to deliver today morning, but it's still not delivered. Customer care is arrogant. Her mistake was not checking the reviews before getting into their trap.

This is one of the stupid site and the customer care is one of the worst. We ordered 1 quantity of item, but somehow they delivered 2 and took money for 2 items. To address this issue, I called the customer care and they are not just listening to us. all the customer care executives are just stupid and cultureless. They actually shouted back to us without even valuing the customer feelings. Dont expect any good from them..

The worst online service ever. They showcase something on the website which is totally different from the ones thats delivered. It will be the most embarrasing moment when these gifts reach some utterly important people. The delivery was a week late as well. ITS A FRAUD SITE STAY AWAY

I wish I have read the reviews before placing the order. This is the worst site I ever came across. I sent Rakhi on August 15th and it did not get delivered until August 26th. All the sweets went bad, and it did not serve the purpose. Most annoying thing is they have provided several phone No's but none of them work. Just west of time, never ever use this site

This is the worst site ever. DONOT place any order from this website. I ordered Rakhi to india on 8th August and its 22nd August today & they did get it. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE donot trust these thieves. I tried to call them so many times... always waiting... :(

They are running a scam and they are running it quite successfully.
They charge you in advance. Once you have paid the money, either u will never receive the order or u will receive something absolute crap 1 week after the event.

Please don't order through this website... they are cheat... i placed an order for fresh fruit basket of 5kg worth 20$... it was not delivered at all... i emailed them to refund the money for which they didnt respond... mailed many times but no response... i feel they are just looting people... shame on them

This is the worst website I have ordered gifts from. DO NOT EVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. Pathetic service. I have ordered cakes and gifts to my niece on her first birthday and they delivering after 3 days, after the birthday date is passed. They advertise its a same day delivery, but they do not deliver on time. Customer service when we call them is so rude. They are not even apologetic for their mistakes.

The worst online site for gifts to india. I ordered 15 Exclusive Red Dutch Roses Basket with Cadburys Assorted Chocolates with card.
But the delivery was with dead roses wraped No basket and two 5 star chocolates.
IMAGINE IT WAS A VALENTINE GIFT...

A complete rip off your money. Order a pink carnations basket and a sad ugly red roses are delivered. $20 order is not even $2 worth and also nobody replies to any calls or emails. Please stay away.

These people one big fraudsters. I don't know how i fell in to their trap.
I ordered a cake for my newly wed brother-in-law for his b'day. It's not delivered. Sent email to find out the status--No replies. Called their only number listed --no response.

They should feel ashamed of playing with the emotion of others. These people completely ruined the special day.

THE WORST SITE EVER THAT ONE COULD IMAGINE. ITS A SITE RUN BY KIDS WHO DONT HAVE BUSINESS KNOWLEDGE, just cooked up a purchased site, hoisted on free server and started to advertise in bulk by hitting their own server to get a better rank in searches. 100 % UNRELIABLE, PLZ PLZ stay away from it.

Stay away from this site. I have ordered rakhi, delivery date was 31st july. Till yet i. E 3rd of august, my brother has not reieved rakhi. I tried to call so many time, but everytime phone is busy, seems they purposely kept busy.
