I wish I had read reviews before using this company. They emailed the afternoon of the day a balloon bouquet should have been delivered to advise that it could not be delivered for several days. As it was a birthday surprise- a couple days later simply doesn't work. And of course there is not a human you can talk to NEVER use this company. I doubt they will cancel and get a refund as requested per their "support" email. Horrible.
I ordered the baby girl balloon bouquet #*******. It was a day and a half late, deliverer was rude and the bouquet was NOT what I ordered. The latex balloons were oxidized like they were two days old, two balloons were busted, and whole bouquet was down right ugly! Deliverer shoved them through the door saying "it's late!".
Terrible company, do not order do not use DO NOT TRUST! My order was delivered sour and missing portions of it with no one to address the situation my card was charged over two weeks ago delivery is supposed to be 3 days
I ordered two items to be sent to Oxfordshire, UK. One arrived as per the stated delivery date but the other didnt. I reported the problem via their website, 3 times over 2 days but didn't get any feedback at all. On the 3rd day, the item was finally brought over by a kind neighbour who saw an unattended package left at his neighbour's house for the last 3 days! Upon checking it, he realized it was at the wrong address and brought it upon himself to deliver to the correct recipient. Not only did giftblooms sent to the wrong house, they didn't bother responding to my reports.
I was sent a bear that was to arrive on Valentines day. It never arrived. 2 days later it never arrived. I am still waiting. They sent an email to say it would now be delivered on the 16th. I stayed home all day waiting. Nothing arrived! What kind of business is this?
Placed an order for my girlfriend on Feb 5 for day before Valentine's Day and it doesn't arrive then Valentine's Day it doesn't come then they just cancel the order day after Valentine's
Please do not buy from this site. I didn't get my plant delivery on time. When it was delivered they left the plant outside the door what's even worse was it was the wrong plant. When I attempted to reach customer service they don't have a reliable way to connect with their clients. I got emails that stated I approved another plant which was a lie, one saying they won't give me my money back, and one telling me to return the ugly plant. They are such a rip off, please save your money and go to a more reliable site.
Ordered balloons for a friend. They said could't deliver because of weather. BS! No snow or ice. Tried to call the company to see when they could deliver. "The person you are trying to call on google is not available" What a bunch of BS. When you are trying to get something special for someone and this happens? DO NOT RELY ON THIS COMPANY!. Also, they didn't waste anytime taking the $90.00 out of my account!
We run a gift business, and Giftblooms have stolen our images and resell our products at vastly inflated prices. We've asked them to stop this many times but they have not responded. We no longer fulfill orders from them but they still persist, placing orders in breach of our terms and conditions - they do not care about the customer at all.
Order # ******* was delivered to us on 2/5 but the box was not put in the right position which caused the cheese cake to loose its shape and crumble. We would like to request a refund as the presentation of the cake was horrible due to the placement of the package. Please confirm that the refund is processed
I tried to send a cake to my niece in Germany-on 2/1/21- it said act now for one day. I did that- then i got email saying two days- then i got email saying person refused cake (not true, never got delivered) i canceled- they say since it was a cake i can't canceled. Question- how can they charge me for a service that never occurred? I am now fighting charge-plus they never answer phone that they provided the number.
GiftBlooms is by far the worst gift website out there. They are incapable to provide you tracking nor they can tell if of when the order has shipped. RIDICULOUS!
Ordered sweets for my beloved. They could not provide and added extra fee. Tweeting at them once resulted in them blocking me. Paying that, they kept asking for extra fee, claiming not to receive money. Be warned! Made my purchase with paypal and was refunded my money. This store should not be available on paypal tho
Despite their website claims of fast delivery and 100% satisfaction they took twice the delivery time to send the basket and missed the event that I sent the basket for. They offered no refund for the delivery portion and the basket items were stale.
The worst service, I ordered balloons for a friend's birthday and they "supposedly" delivered them 2 days earlier and this attempt to deliver was unsuccessful.
I asked why they were trying to deliver it earlier, and they told me they didn't have enough helium.
Don't recommend!
I ordered my item to be delivered next day and it was actually delivered 5 days later. BUYER BEWARE. Their unbelievable priced next day delivery is atrociously expensive for a fabrication of advertisement. I will never buy from GiftBlooms and will let others know never to buy from them as well.
I ordered from this site on the 17th of Dec for delivery in Netherlands on 23 Dec. 2 days later I got a message saying they do not have my order in stock but they will deliver part of the order they have and refund the rest. I have sent numerous requests for updated - no response at all. No delivery was made and no refund also. I now have to go to the trouble of disputing the credit card payment to get my money back. Do not use this supplier!
I ordered my father a birthday package on 12/20. The estimated delivery said 2-5 days. Today is the 29th and my order has STILL not been shipped out yet nor is anyone from customer service responding.
They had no problem taking $80, $155, and! 165... 3 ordered items for 3 relatives for Xmas 2020, Dec 20th.
Paid extra for guaranteed 24/25 delivery.
No only did I not received ANY confirmation via email, their website "contact us" -- just goes to a blank page when you submit.
Nothing was received by my family there. So much for XMAS. I can't even "track" the order because they didn't confirm any email, nothing-- BUT they had NO problems billing my card.
Needless to say, now I get the report the charges as fraud... and my family gets nothing. NOT COOL!
BUYER BEWARE: You'll save yourself time, money, and hurt feelings by not using this company. Unless you like spending your XMAS dealing with your credit-card company.
