First and last time using this company.

First of all there is no live agent that you can talk to. Do not be surprised if what you receive is so different than what you order both in terms of look, arrangement and quality. When I ordered my Mother's Day flower, I fell in love with it. It was an elegant flower prepared professionally. However, when my mom sent me a photo of what she received, I was so embarrassed. Not only the flowers were not fresh, the arrangement was so bad that looked like a kid put it together. It was very cheap looking and unprofessional even though I paid over $85 for it. I ordered the deluxe option but they only sent the standard option which was cheaper. I have attached photos of what was advertised and what was delivered so you can be the judge. I also, emailed the customer service letting them know the situation and I never heard back. The delivery also takes forever so I will not order anything from this company nor I recommend it to anyone. Do not be fooled with the beautiful photos on the website.

Ordered a flower arrangement for birthday($48) with large chocolate truffle($21.42) with large plush bear($21.42), scheduled delivered next day. Total amount paid is over $100.
Few hours later I placed order, they notify me that the arrangement is out of stock.
So I confirmed the designers choice of flowers instead of my original order is fine as long as it will be delivered next day. And I told them to have the color to be pink/red. They confirmed my request.
The day of delivery I contacted several times to make sure it gets delivered, they answered it will be delivered and it's processing. Anyways, long story short, it delivered. With 10 flowers in a vase, 5 oz bag of Lindor chocolate (FYI worth less than $5) and a hand size plush bear. Customer service says it's their "large" and they can not do anything. 5oz bag of chocolate is their large. Flower arrangement look cheap, chocolate is rip off and plush bear is maybe the most valuable of all. Total BS. I will Never ever use this company again. $100 I drained. Customer service was a wreck. Poor kid had no idea what he/she is doing.

Do not buy from this fraudulent company

Delivery was late which ruined the purpose of the gift. When I enquired about the late delivery they *lied* to me, blaming it on delivery company when they had actually not made the item available for delivery until the day after they said it would be delivered. They have not responded to my request for a refund in respect of the failure to provide what I paid for. The operation is fraudulent. I hope it goes out of business soon. I should have checked here first.

Horrible business and service. They wasted my time and I hope that I will get my 700 back and now I have to spent more time to find other service to help me.
But people but business and I wish I had seen these reviews I would have never give them my money.
I will report them in Paypal too and thankfully I can get my funds back without have to spent more time with these people

Mom was happy

The negative reviews here scared me, but everything went fine with my order. There was a glitch where they thought my address was entered wrong, so they had to verify via email. Not sure if that was my fault or not. But at any rate, she got the present on time and loved it.

I have planned everything for my bestie's birthday to be a surprise and gift bloom messed it up by sending one of the two gifts I ordered with specific instruction for the delivery date a couple of days earlier.
If you are advertising for birthday gifts, you should be able to send deliver in the birth date- that's the whole point of it.
Not going to order from them again.

So far, the gift I sent, still have not received. I sent, Antiquary 12year old whisky, process sence 20th of april 2021, and havint heard any updates from gift bloom. I hope I haven't been scammed.

I should've looked up reviews but I thought this was a local shop ‍. I will say it did get there same day but what was advertised verse what was sent was a joke. I will add photos. I spent good money and this was worth half the price.

Im sooo disappointed that I paid so much money for something that on the website looked so beautiful. The delivery was delayed, the customer service is horrendous because you can never get in contact with them and they didn't send what was advertised. Im so upset! What they delivered looked like something you can buy in the 99cent store and it wasn't even what i picked. Just horrible! Horrible!

I was so excited to find a business that would deliver balloons to my son in San Francisco on his birthday Easter Sunday! I overpaid for a six balloon bouquet and paid a premium for overpriced delivery on his birthday because of the holiday. They confirmed that the order was received, they charged my credit card, no communication after that. Website said delivery until 7:30 pm and when nothing was received by late in the day and no responses from the company I finally live chatted and was told they'll look into it and 5 minutes later got an email that it was not going to be delivered and did I want to reschedule it. My response was "give me back my money!" What a terrible company. No communication and no service, just overpriced merchandise, overpriced delivery charges, and nothing more than disappointment. If I had known, I could've tried to get something from somewhere else. Ruined my son's birthday surprise! Got my money back and learned never to use a company without checking the reviews!

My sister in law in London ordered a balloon bouquet for my daughters 16th birthday here in California. Finding sites that will accept a UK card for delivery in the USA is hard, this one did, thus her choice. I believe they are taking advantage of this scenario.

She ordered on 3/21 for delivery on 3/22. She received a delivery confirmation email but they had never arrived here. I started querying their customer service on her behalf. They do it all wrong. I was told the delivery outlet said they left them at the door at 645 on 3/22. Are you kidding, a legitimate delivery company left helium balloons at a front door? You've got to be kidding me. No balloons were ever delivered yet my SIL was charged $67.

Google searches show them registered in West Chester, PA. I looked on Better Business Bureau, no such company exists. The only telephone number you can find, *******089, registers in Evanston, IL and is just a google subscriber line with an automated "leave a message after the tone" recording. The bad reviews are a plenty. STAY AWAY!

I did eventually win and get SIL a refund, however it took 10 days of incessant emailing. I do not recommend using this company for anything, other than material for a Saturday Night Live sketch!

I orders DAYS ago to be delivered to a hospital! There is no number or live person to speak with ‘ it states same day to next day delivery which is why I chose it. I thought it was local and it's not he still has yet to get his gift that I already paid $72 for. I still have no update. It's so annoying you can't call and speak with a live person. I still yet to hear back idk if he's still there even I'm so frustrated!

I ordered a gift from it and they give me available dates to delivery for anniversary and after i spent like an hour searching for a gift that can be delivered on the occasion date and accepted the delivery fees. Then after that they apologized that they can't deliver in that day so I canceled. They returned to me saying there is another gift can get delivered in the date u want. So i accepted then after hours they returned to me that they will not be able to deliver it and they will need extra 2-3 days.
They ruined my day and mu effort. I don't recommend anyone to try shipping with them.
I wish there is zero rate for them.

I ordered cake/rum and flowers for overseas delivery 1 week in advance. No cake. It took3 days to admit they did not deliver. I was told they will deliver cake soon. What does that mean? No phone contact No IM response just a posting days later on web site under order status. Dont waste your energy they are the worst ever. They did not even offer a refund. The worst ever!

God is your judge. Figure out who in your company is lying to you and discipline them!
Do not insinuate that the client is somehow trying to steal FLOWERS from you, and falsify what happened to try cover up poor service!
Just identify your internal issues and fix them!

The package was supposed to be delivered to a recipient in a hospital but it never was. I was misinformed that a package was delivered but a recipient was not there already. Only after I started contacting a company they told that a package was not actually delivered to a recipient. I requested a full refund for this misinformation and the fact that a package was never delivered.

I have ordered flowers same day dtlivery. Got email to reshedule for next day. Its been 5days now and no delivery and no reply to my requests and emails. Horrible experience, most likely burn with 70 dollars. Do not buy anything from them
