I ordered on line for delivery and nothing was delivered and there was no way to contact customer service. Stay away and use a different company.
Ordered for a friend in the US. Elaborate lies spun about not having the product, then after, saying that the address I supplied is wrong. After that, they remain uncontactable.
This is a scam. I pre ordered a gift and a cake for my family, hoping it will reach in time for them to celebrate my mothers birthday... only to receive the news that the items never arrived. No one from this company communicated the status update. Utter sham.
I will never use Giftbloom again. No communication at all. Not even confirmation that my order had been placed. Happy to take your money though. They should be embarrassed with there service. I can't believe they can get away with it.
Had the worse experience with this company. Ordered balloons for my granddaughter a week before her birthday. Wasn't told until the day of her birthday that they don't have any balloons to send her. Tried all day to try and get them to deliver something else never heard from anyone until they said it was too late to send a replacement The most frustrating experience ever No customer service at all
Please don't trust this company. Worst customers service they just want your money. My product was not delivered on the day promised. I had to call credit card.
Giftblooms were unable to supply a product I ordered, so I asked them to refund my money so I could order something else. They haven't replied to my emails, they haven't refunded my money but they have charged my credit card. I have also sent 2 x notes via their website with no reply.
Gift was sent, delayed but sent. What did did not feel like delivering, is the Thank You Note. If they had not delivered the note, would have still been fine. But, they basically took few words from in-between the damn message and that was the Thank You note.
The person that I sent the note to, literally thought someone is punking them.
The cake I ordered was not delivered according to paid order.
After many contact attempts (mails, chat) without any response, finally someone answered in the chat, no excuse, no explanation and no willingness to solve the missing delivery. Very impolite attitude.
The person was only blaming the bakery.
In the end the cake was delivered, 8 days after the event and without a single word from Giftblooms.

Do not ever use GiftBlooms. First, they notified me too late that my order was out of stock so I had to replace the original order with a different item. Second, my order was supposed to be delivered 4 days ago but it hasn't been delivered. I emailed their support team requesting that I would like to cancel and receive a refund but no-one has responded to me yet.
At this point, my friend's birthday was almost a week ago.
I ordered balloons for my granddaughters 16 birthday and they never arrived. Still haven't.
I sent numerous messages and finally got a reply saying they were looking into it. Never heard another word.
Do NOT use this company or you will be disappointed.
I wish I had chkd these reviews before I ordered a b'day cake for my daughter's 21st b'day. We live in Hong Kong and wanted to surprise our daughter who studies in the US. But unfortunately the cake was delivered today with the wrong name. My daughter's name is Shreya. But the name on the cake is Aaron. This is so unprofessional and I hope they rectify it. They also charge more for customising the name.
I ordered cake for my friend. First of all they charged me too much for a cake and then they did not even deliver the cake. Now they don't even respond to my quary. I want my money back or I will take you to court.
I placed my oder on Monday and it was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday. I even sent them a separate email making sure that everything will go smoothly.
First problem, they put me on "on hold" status saying that my order was suspicious due to different server location where I made the order. I made the order from other country, of course the server location is different. But they asked me to send a selfie with my credit card or call my card company for authorization.
Second, my order was not delivered on time for NO REASON. Not even the same day when it was supposed to be delivered.
Third, no proper notice or communication that my order couldn't be delivered on time nor apology.
I paid the delivery service and have it scheduled for a reason! They notified me only after I sent them a follow up email otherwise they would have never contacted you.
Right now I'm still waiting for their reply on where my order is. Hopefully they really can have it delivered by today.

I am kicking myself I didn't read these reviews first. My total came to $64, did not state which currency (ended up costing me $107AUD), I received an email the next day stating my selected choice was unavailable, please choose from 2 cakes below asap as my order was on hold and may not make the requested delivery date. Cakes?! There were 2 pictures of bouquets, neither of which I liked, however I picked a pink arrangement with lots of green foilage. My friend thanked me with a pic of her flowers, 3 orange roses, a few orange gerberas and black halloween like wrapping paper. They were incredibly ugly, especially for $107. Do yourself a favour and do NOT order through them.

I asked my daughter who lives in Florida to order a basket with toys for my granddaughter first birthday! Arrived 4 days later! 20$ for delivery! Impossible to reach them! Bought a basket for 100$ worth 30$ Asked for my name embroidered on a toy not done! I live in France and couldn't do it from there! I would not recommend this site and it is way overpriced for the products they delivered! I saw the picture and was very angry at myself to have spent that much money on such terrible gift! Next time I will send money instead of throwing 100$ in the garbage

The gift was delivered with one-day delay, but it was in an excellent condition and exactly the same with the one in the photo of the company's webpage. I don't know if the delay has to do with some kind of miscommunication between the people running the online shop and the stores in each country that they collaborate with, but at least the store in Gothenburg, Sweden, that delivered the flower I ordered paid a lot of attention to the quality of the product.
Quoted 4 days for delivery, missed the birthday 10 days later still awaiting feedback, and goods still not delivered, 3 days to answer an on line query,
