I orderd 18 balloons for my sisters birthday which cost a whopping $150, I ordered a couple of weeks in advance. Everything was confirmed however they never arrived! I messaged and emailed several times throughout the day to ask when they would be delivered with no response until late afternoo. It came to the end of the day so I asked for a refund that I havent yet recieved! They took away a special moment that I cant get back.
If I could have given no star I would have. DO NOT ORDER with this company. I ordered a basket for my niece for her birthday. Firstly I ordered and paid for one basket and everything was accepted. The next day I get an email to say this is basket is sold out and offering another one. First of all a good company would not have an item up that wasn't available. They offered an alternative and I asked was this as good as the one I ordered and they said yes. I ordered on a Monday specifically to have it delivered to my niece for her birthday on the Thursday. I was GAURANTEED on FOUR different occasions that this would absolutely be delivered on the date. So with this guarantee I told my niece to expect a package. The day came and by 5pm there was no package. I live chatted with a person called Sandra who was extremely unhelpful and told me to basically to relax and have patience. She said that she could see my delivery status and that it would be there by 7.30pm that evening as per their delivery times. It came to 8.30pm and no delivery. I get back onto Sandra on live chat and all of a sudden could not see my delivery status anymore and advised I needed to email the official email. My niece who waited all day was very upset. I emailed the official email and told them how annoyed I was and how I wanted a refund as her birthday had gone and to not bother with the package. If the company had of said delivery between certain dates then that would have been fine - but they GAURANTEED delivery numerous times and didn't follow through. At least be honest and say it takes a few more days so at least I could make the decision myself. They never bothered to reply to my email. The package arrived the next day and it was a disgrace - everything just thrown in the box. No care at all put into it and the note was just on a normal A4 page. Honestly the worst gift I have ever bought and the worst company and customer service. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered as I see a lot of people have had issues. Honestly Stay away.
I am not sure why this company continues to advertise in Australia - absolutely worst company i have ever come across. If you are determined to use them - please use PayPal so you can at least get a refund when you don't receive your order
I received an email the night before confirming that my order was going to be delivered on time and then (!) the MORNING OF MY CONFIRMED DELIVERY DATE, I get another email stating that it's now going to be delivered 3 days late! WTF? Why offer and confirm a delivery date that you cannot uphold. Now, due to the late notice, we're unable to find a replacement gift. In time. I'm disappointed and embarrassed that I didn't listen to the 1.5 stars rating for this company. STAY AWAY
Tried to send flowers online but when it came to paying an error message advised the currency was not accepted? I gave up and used another company - no issues. Received emails saying items still in my cart, then another email advising the payment is pending. No option to cancel order, have sent 2 separate emails to customer service and have not heard back. Absolutely shocking customer service. I can only hope nothing further happens. Really disappointing all round, website looks like it has been made by a 5 year old, which should've been a red flag from the start. Don't bother, just go elsewhere and save yourself the time, money, and frustration!
Giftblooms is a completely non reputable company! I ordered a balloon bouquet to be sent to my son's school for his birthday. They specifically state that orders placed to be delivered to schools will be sent by 2:30. They obviously don't understand the concept of people needing their birthday bouquets sent on the actual birthday. They asked me if it would be okay if it was sent the day after my son's birthday! They are a scam company, and have no business accepting orders or taking people's money! Zero stars!
Not only could they not deliver a birthday cake in time for a birthday, they did not have the one I ordered, I waited for 2 months for my refund, and what I got back wasn't even the full amount! Just appalling. Because they could not deliver the cake in time, it was too late to order cake delivery from another delivery service, so my brother did not receive a cake at all on his birthday.
We were supposed to receive balloons for my daughters birthday yesterday and NEVER received them. ALSO never got a call or email saying something happened and they would be late. They are nearly IMPOSSIBLE to contact to work out a situation like this. Completely unprofessional!

Wrong time spoiled 50th Birthday avoidance and lies in eamil replies then nothing demanded refund four time, not honoured, breech of Fair trading act. $240 AUS. Avoid at all costs and inform oters. Scamers!
I never received my balloon order for my son High School Graduation! They are a scam! This was such a disappointment to my son on his special day.
JUNE 2020- I ORDER AN EXPENSIVE CAKE FOR MY SON'S BIRTHDAY. EVEN THOUGH I WAS CHARGED FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY $19.99 CAKE WAS SHIPPED OUT ON 6/9/20 AND UPS DELIVERY WAS SCHEDULED FOR 6/11/20. MERCHANT CHARGED ME FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY, THIS IS A RIP OFF!

I did not get what I ordered. Was notified the day of that they had to change the delivery date too.
It came 3 days later and I received 10 small balloons for $99.55. It was missing 2 boxes of chocolates.
I was offered a $30 refund but the balloons were worth $10 at the dollar store ( I ended up purchasing the same balloons on the date originally expected so it could be there for the graduation celebration.) The ones I received were the same from a different vendor and even if they were $3 a balloon this still does not equal $99.55. Terribly disappointing especially during this pandemic. I would not recommend.
This is one of the worst merchants I have ever dealt with. I ordered some flowers for a friends birthday. After four days they still had not delivered the flowers so I contacted their customer service department but there was no response. So I then contacted my credit card company and had them reverse the charges. A few days later they finally delivered the flowers but more than two weeks late. In the meantime I had already sent another gift from a different company. Do not use GiftBlooms!
Stay away from this company! They have false advertising. Said they delivered same day if ordered before noon. Then I found out after I paid $80.00 that they won't over the weekend. It's Tuesday night and I am still waiting for a cake to be delivered. These people are terrible.
