My mom in Colombia wanted to give me a gift for my birthday on May 4, I bought a cake with you to be delivered to my house in Australia, which never came, on May 11, after making several complaints with my brother and for my part without receiving a response, I managed to contact customer service through facebook, request the refund of the money because we no longer wanted anything, and although they returned the cost of the cake they did not return 18.68 AUS extra that my mom paid for the Shipping. Two minutes after realizing this, I wrote to them again and they did not answer me again. In addition, the service is very poor, poor customer service, they never respond or send emails with only one image, where one cannot open them.
It really is a scam that they play with the money of the clients
The delivery itself cost me 20$, I thought it was worth it because it says it will arrive the day after.

Very disappointed in the Rip-off company GiftBlooms! I ordered a chocolate cake to be delivered during the Virus for my wife's birthday. I am a senior, so I was willing to pay extra to not leave the house during the Pandemic. I assumed that I would get a high quality cake for $71.28. Well, they also charged $33.32 for shipping and then charged another $3.57 for a "Payment Processor" fee for a total of $108.17 for a bloody cake! So in the end the guy shows up with an ice cream cake (which my wife can't eat) from our local Dairy Queen here in Barrie, Ontario! I will never buy anything from this company again.

I placed an order on april 11 (for which I was charged for immediately). Last delivery date scheduled for april 21. I've been checking in with Giftsbloom via email to ensure the parcel was going to be delivered on time in the meantime.
Not only it didnt get delivered on time despite my follow-up emails, I finally get a reply from them on April 22 stating my order will now prepare and ship and my credit card was going to be charged to start the process. Bunch of thieves, liers and incompetent! You charged my credit card since april 11! What a bunch of idiot incompetents! You should close down! Not worthy to serve customer in times that matter to them thr post. You should be ashamed of yourself and leave the customer service business. It is not for you!
I have given the company 8 days to respond with a resolution and still nothing. I have emailed 5 times to give an opportunity to refund me but as no response, I am going forth with this review. I paid $58 for a bouquet of chocolate.
Let me quote the description - "we have developed unique chocolate holders that are exclusive to us and our range of chocolates. We've also delivered on the promise to keep your bloom looking 110% super amazing." My friend received chocolates wrapped in cellophane- like a child took $15 and went to Woolworths to buy chocolate and cellophane. Have a laugh at my expense when looking at the photos. It is so embarrassing that a friend received this and I can not believe someone thought this was ok to send and charge $58 for
I ordered bouquet flower with notes from Friday and request to be delivered for Tuesday. It was mentioned if we send the item to business place they will send in between 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and now its 7:00 PM local time and the item has not delivered yet :( its quite dissapointing since the purpose of the gift is for surprise and its ridiculous to asked the receiver does he get the item or not... I checked through the website and there is no update with the shipping symbols. And chatted through web and they only responded that the item is being shipped but they dont know where exactly the item is... please spend more money to use other online shop for better service than this... I will never use this service anymore..
I ordered a cake for my bf to deliver on his bday 13 Apr to surprise him but its late delivered 1 day after and took me 2 days to track and someone reply my message so not very happy about it and so disappointed
I ordered three items, two sets of anniversary balloons and one flower. They send me one set of "happy birthday" balloons, and with two other items still missing, they changed the whole order status as "delivered".
This is freaking fraud! And after I report this problem to them, they said they would refund me for the missing items. No heck no, you don't keep the money by sending customers some random sh*t that they didn't pay for!

I ordered balloons and a cookie bouquet for Grandsons birthday. I paid $25 extra for express delivery. They live in same town as the store. I e-mailed today to make sure he received them. They said no they changed delivery date to from the 7th to the 10th would that work for me. I told them no because I wanted them to arrive on his birthday and if they could not deliver as promised then cancel. They sent back no apology just a statement it was cancelled. Will never use them again.

After I entertained my credit card details I suddenly doubt them and searched for reviews and I found this site. I immediately cancelled my order but they already charged it so I called my bank right away and asked to block my card. And planned to dispute the charge. So I emailed them over and over again then they replied that they didn't charge my card since I cancelled it right away and considered void but they really did when I checked my account online so I got mad and told them that I know they're scammers and I want my money back good thing they refunded it and and the bank confirmed it. Ordered flowers and balloons for Valentines Day - never received the flowers, had to argue with customer service who was first telling me that they did deliver - only after I repeatedly pressed them they issued a refund - however not the full amount as for what they charged me for the flower and delivery charge - Best advice I can give is -- DO NOT USE them
I ordered a doll for 96 dollars for valentines day. A steep price to pay for something I could get for 20 dollars locally. But because the site stated 5-7 day delivery to Norway, I decided it would be worth it to pay the price. In short, I ordered the doll on the fourth, but it arrived on the 19th which was five days after the date i needed it and more 15 days after the day i ordered it. I reached out several times as I was concerned about the arrival of my product at the time I needed it. Not only did they never respond, they continued the delivery four days late without notifying me, although the site policy stated that it wouldnt do so without my consent. They have no care for the consumer and are a bunch of scammers. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE AT ALL COSTS.
I should have checked the rating of this firm first...((( Unfortunately, this year's 14 February delivery to my fiancé in London was messed up. First, when it didn't arrive on the expected date. Moreover, when it wasn't I had to tell him there was supposed to be a delivery. So it ruined the surprise. And secondly, when they replied to me saying IT WAS delivered! Obviously a lie and they either just left it outside the door so it could be taken by anyone, or just didn't bother...
Online purchase of a balloon bouquet was made and accepted. On Valentine's Day morning I receive a text message to urgently check my email and reply ASAP regarding its delivery. I check my email immediately and find no email from GiftBlooms. After this playing on my mind for an hour I decide to check my email again (as I notice that my order is actually 'on hold' and I see an email from a Jagma CS pertaining to my order (I only knew this after opening all emails from senders I did not know... there were over 50 from the morning alone!).
The email advises that the product I ordered and was able to pay for online was actually out of stock. It offered me an alternative balloon bouquet which I accepted. I replied to the email advising my acceptance and also requesting confirmation that the delivery would occur on time (on Valentine's Day) to my husband's workplace.
I received a reply almost immediately with confirmation of the above.
THEN, 10 minutes later (at almost midday on Valentine's Day) I receive another email stating
"... your order can be delivered Tomorrow as The cut-off time has Just Passed. Regards,
Pete."
That's it. End of Message. No apology. No alternatives provided/offered
So there I am at midday ON Valentine's Day left with no gift for my husband and no way to get one organised at such short notice especially with a newborn to take care of.
The customer service extended by this company leaves A LOT to be desired.
I have no idea why I couldn't have been contacted on my mobile INSTEAD of email. As they were able to send me a text message advising an email had been sent yet failing to include that the sender WAS NOT GiftBlooms. If THIS had been done the order would have made the cut off time for today's delivery. Not to mention that this only happened because what they allowed me to buy a product online that was out of stock!

Delayed the gift. Changed what was ordered. Terrible customer service. Save your money n keep away. What was finally received days after the actual occasion was boring and with zero creativity.
I ordered a box of chocolates to be delivered on Valentine's Day. After completing the order an email advised me the charge was more than double what I was expecting. Upon review they post the final price at the very bottom of the web page below the button to complete order. The shipping charge was more than the cost of the object itself. Very unimpressed with this site and I will not be ordering from them again, I will advise others to do the same.
I ordered flowers to be delivered on Jan. 12 and I received a text message on Jan. 13 that the flowers were NOT delivered because it had been Misplaced by THEIR driver. I was also told that the flowers were being delivered Jan. 13. I tried reaching out via two Live Chat messages, a couple of emails, tried calling, and sent several text messages back to the person that texted me with no success. Then 3 hours after the first text I received an email that the order was cancelled! This is TERRIBLE business and very unprofessional.
The site said they could deliver the day I asked for and then when there was no confirmation of order I had to bug them everyday until I got an answer that they CANCELED the order a week after I placed it. I would find it more reasonable if they responded the day I placed it saying they couldn't do it but the lack of communication just shows a lack of professionalism. I won't be using this service again.
