I ordered 3 cakes for delivery to Egypt on December 30th with an extra THREE charges for 1-2 day delivery. It is now January 10th and NO delivery or update. No one will respond to emails, messages, calls. Do not order from this company. I have now paid for an order that never arrived. Horrible

Re: Incorrect Delivery, Poor Communication, and Request for Full Refund and Redelivery I placed an order with Giftblooms on April 11th for a birthday balloon arrangement — specifically six (6) Mylar, "rare-inflation balloon bouquet" with no latex balloons — to be delivered to a hotel. The total was $52.99 plus delivery and tax. Later that same day, I realized the recipient would not be arriving until April 15th, so I immediately attempted to update the delivery date starting on the 11th. I contacted Giftblooms through chat, email, and their "Contact Us" form — multiple times. I did not receive a response until the morning of April 14th. The representative who finally responded said she would contact the florist and get back to me. Despite this, the order was delivered on April 14th — the wrong date — and I received the delivery confirmation a day later, on the 15th. No contact from Giftblooms. When I called the hotel on the 15th, the front desk confirmed the balloons had been delivered the day before and were already deflating. When my family member checked in, she sent me a photo: only two Mylar balloons were included (not what I chose), and the rest were latex — which I explicitly did not order and which had already deflated down to the ground. This was not the product I paid for, and it was not delivered on the correct date. I submitted the requested photo to Giftblooms and have received no response or resolution since. I expect a full refund and a redelivery of the correct product, but at this point, I am left with no confidence that will happen. The lack of communication, the incorrect fulfillment, and the absence of follow-through make it clear to me that Giftblooms is not a company that values customer satisfaction or quality control. I do not recommend using Giftblooms and will not be ordering from them again. Date of experience: April 15,2025
I ordered a bouquet of pink balloons for a 4 year old girl. None of the balloons delivered were pink. Instead they sent a black balloon that said "officially old." There is no phone number for customer service on their website. I emailed them 6 times to try and resolve with no response.
On 02/11 I'm ordered a gift from Valentine's Day, to be delivery to GF, guess what? Never be delivered, the number on website from customer service nobody answered, so I lost $ 64.00, everybody be careful, scammers!
Flowers were ordered 2 days in advance of my sister's birthday and were delivered 2 days after her birthday. The company did nothing to even admit their wrong or offer anything because of this.

The second time in 2 months ordered flowers. This time was for Valentines Day ordered on the 12th and eventually arrived in the 17th. Also last month ordered flowers for next day delivery and again arrived 4 days late. They were roses and died in 4 days. Both times the flowers were not the LARGE I had ordered. Will 1000% never use their service again (if you can call it that). Also this website is fixed and wont take reviews of 1 star. They should have a category for zero stars
I will never use them again. I placed an order for someone's birthday 01/21/2024 and the order was not delivered until 01/29/2024. When it was finally delivered, it was a partial delivery without the note. I have emailed them several times requesting a call just to be ignored. They emailed me on 01/25/2024 and lied to me saying my order was delivered that day. After speaking to the person that received the order I sent another email asking for a refund for the item that was not delivered and the expedited fee. They said they will only refund for the item not received. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.
I ordered two cakes for Nephew's Birthday who was in hospital in Germany. As soon as I placed the order, money was taken out of my account... Cakes have never been delivered. I was sending emails to the Support team, it was going back and forth and issue has never been resolved. I ended up ordering cake from a different company to make up for my Nephew's Birthday a week later. Just horrible experience.
It looks (and grows) like it comes from the Dollar Store. I bought five of them, four to give as stocking stuffers. I tried to grow one myself. Needless to say, they won't be given as gifts.

They charged me $378 dollars for a phony balloon order. Do not use this site – it's fake, they have no customer service. Do not fall for it.
Promised delivery but item never showed up. No communication outside of automations. I reached out multiple times and automated response was "its on its way"
I ordered a cake to be delivered in Belgium for my niece birthday. I also paid extra for the delivery to make sure its delivered on that day. On the day of delivery nothing happened. So I was so angry. I emailed them but they insisted that they have delivered the cake. I asked them for a refund since nothing has happened. Please be careful if you want to use them.
I ordered a happy birthday ballon bouquet with 12 balloons and box of truffles. What he got was 9 balloons poorly strung together,all different nothing like the pic, and a melted candy bar. The SMALL print tells how once they farm it out to someone else there is no guarantee you get what you think. Definitely not worth the 90$ I paid and no one from their customer service is interested in helping. Complete SCAM!
I don't have pictures to prove it as this was done for my son whose in Florida and I'm in SC. He was happy with balloons but the picture advertised and what you actually get can be quiet different.
I ordered and paid for a Father's Day arrangement a month before Father's Day and Giftblooms did not deliver the item as promised and to compound the issue, they did not notify me that the "container" the arrangement was to be designed around was no longer available, not giving me options to continue with the order. So Father's Day went unrecognized for my 87-year-old father thanks to Giftbloom's ineptness and unprofessionalism.
