Thinking she would be getting this from us, I didn't call her. IT WAS NOT DELIVERED! No notification. Nothing!
I tried the "Live Chat" since there is no other way to contact anyone. "Live Chat" turned out to be an email form, and I never got a response from any of them. Isn't "Live Chat" when you text with a person? Some sort of explanation or apology would've been nice.
There were other options for ordering, and if I had been told this couldn't be delivered, I could've made arrangements elsewhere. This very important date has passed, and NOTHING can change the fact that this poor woman had to deal with it alone, not knowing we were thinking of her due to their careless business practices.
Ordered birthday balloons a week prior to the day. 2 days after the day, still no balloons. Received an email at 4:30 a.m. saying they will be delivered. There is no Contact number, only a chat bot that directs you to FAQ. Total bust. Should go out of business.

I ordered an $80 balloon bouquet for my son's 50th birthday. My order included six Mylar balloons along with six latex balloons, what he got was 2 Mylar balloons and the rest ALL pink latex balloons. My order looked nothing like the image that I purchased. Why they thought it was OK to send pink balloons to grow man is beyond me and they knew it was for a man because his name was clearly listed as the recipient. Don't bother with this company you'll be sadly disappointed if you do.
This company is a sham! I ordered what was described as a Cute Happy Birthday bouquet which was supposedly to contain 6 Mylar balloons & 6 helium with happy birthday printed on them then I added a large plush bear to the presentation. So what actually arrived to my daughter for her 21st birthday at college was 6 star shaped balloons which were under inflated and a small bear attached - unbelievable! Such a sad bouquet - I was definitely scammed & when I submitted my complaint they thought a $20 refund was enough! Not sure who runs this company but for sure do not order anything from them - move along & look for another site - gift loons couldn't care less than they already do - they should be ashamed, I know they are not & clearly they never will be…… put your energy elsewhere, you'll be glad you did.
This company is hideous when it comes to customer service. Wish I had known before I ordered. But I will NEVVVVVVVER use them again. I'll go get the stuff and deliver it myself because they are deplorable. Their live chat agents SUCK…the guy named "Sach" left me with no responses to my complaint. Why ask for a date of delivery and then don't meet it? I ordered 2 lil funky items to go to 1 address and that was too difficult for them to handle. I hope they read all of this and my name is Eric Barber for the record so there's no hide n seek on this end catch my drift. Sadd $#*! company!
I ordered a large bouquet for my sister's birthday party. I picked 2 colors to go with the theme. What I got was every color BUT the ones I ordered. It looked like a mish-mash of leftover balloons. The company did not apologize and only offered 10% off my next order. Like I would ever order from them again!

I would advise customers to look somewhere else for gifts. I ordered a gift which they were quick to charge me for but never got delivered. They claim that the address was wrong but I double checked it and even had an Amazon package delivered to the address (with no issues) during the time I was trying to work it out with gift blooms. They will not give me a refund and want to charge me an additional £40 to try the delivery again. I've seen others warn about poor service and my experience backs that up.
Horrible! Rude service, my package is over a week late. I was told the apartment number is missing but UPS states that they told These people immediately on 12/21, but I only got the request, by email, on 12/23 in the afternoon, and UPS didn't receive the info until today 12/27. Mind you they have my number and my fathers number, and i have been messaging DAILY asking where my order was. I was told this is my fault so nothing will be done about my possibly rotting package that is supposed to contain fresh fruit! $195 down the drain, and my fathers Birthday/Christmas gift is ruined.

They have a time to deliver (my mistake i did no check before) from 8am to 7pm. Call them that day and asked for real time delivery so I could make sure somebody is at hme Everything they said was a pure lie. Once they get your money you are on your own with curiers who god knows who they are and nobody knows what they are doing.

I paid for an order of balloons to be delivered to a residential address. They never received them. I called the so called company and I was told they had to investigate. They would give me a refund if they couldn't locate my order. Days went by never heard from them so I called back and will not pick up my call. Will not respond to me at all. Lesson learned must use a reputable company. Not even worthy of one star.
They sent a wrong birthday card to my father, signed by someone else as his son. After the chaos they created, they did not apologize nor agreed on a full refund. In addition, the wine they sent was completely different from the the picture in their website, a cheap 12 USD Reserva Casillero del Diablo Cabernet Sauvignon and I paid more than 100 USD for it. I just cannot understand their lousy service.

One of the biggest SCAMS I've ever seen. They never delivered my order and I never got a refund. Customer support is only via chat or email, so there is no way you can talk to anyone directly. They never delivered the present but sent me (the one who placed the order) a report, saying that it has been delivered successfully! Honestly, who does that?! So obviously when I started raising questions about refund they disappeared entirely and are not responding ever since.
Ordered a gift for anniversary, wasn't delivered on gaurunteed date even though I ordered a week i advance bc I am in the hospital. They blamed the shipping company for marking it as regular delivery when it should have been urgent and refused to give me a refund. I will never use this company again. Oh, and they also don't allow you to submit reviews on their website if you rate them anything under 5 stars.
I've ordered birthday cake for my husband 40th birthday. They left the cake on the floor near to front door of the house. They didn't ring the bell and let them know. They supposed to deliver it to the person with sign. He couldn't eat the cake because it was left for few hours on the floor with this sunny weather. Cake was very small compared to the pictures on their website. They didn't wrote happy birthday on the cake. And They charged me 110 dolor for this cake. I never ever order again this is really really disappointing. They didn't reply my email at all.

Attached is the "expected" 20 roses that has been ordered and "real" 4 roses - one dead that has been received.
GiftBlooms refused to return the money and offered to deliver 5 more roses a month later. I would even take the services for free.
