Never delivered my gift, never tried to deliver it, then told me they wouldn't refund my money that they never used to purchase the gift i requested.

They are not in the business of fulfilling orders promptly - they are in the business of making up excuses! SCAM COMPANY! They couldn't even deliver a bouquet of balloons for my niece's birthday as promised and with ample time, but boy, they certainly charged my credit card quickly.
Don't order from this company. They will take your money and won't deliver your product or return your calls, emails or texts. I had to sic my credit card company on them to get my money back.
BOO! Shame on them. My brother was in the hospital. I wanted to cheer him up.

BEWARE. THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY... I ordered the two bottles of wine hamper with chocolates and paid $120 AUS. I placed the order on 10 Feb for arrival on Valentine's day 14 Feb but NO DELIVERY. When I tried to contact the company there is no person you can talk to and they did not respond to my emails. I demanded a refund but no reply and no refund. It not only ripped me off but disappointed my partner who was supposed to be surprised on Valentine's day. One star rating is too much for this scam company. BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
On the evening of 26th I placed an order for the 27th. They wrote me saying they couldn't deliver if it would be OK the next day. I agree, then on the 30th they wrote again to say they could only deliver on the next 1-3 working days. Why would you advertise you can do same day delivery if you can't deliver 3 days later? Run away from them!
Ordered…paid $70.00…shows on computer as delivered which they were not. Supplied phone number of the receipant which they did not call. No answers. Only through emails and they do not respond. Remains to be seen if I receive my refund. Order no, *******. I have supplied the order number but could not copy the the actual order…. Which is another reason I think this is a scam
GiftBlooms apparently made just a single attempt to deliver an orchid. Appears that no efforts were made to contact the recipient or me by phone or email. GiftBlooms was non-communicative until I reached out for status - and that required multiple efforts and a reply delay of almost a week. They were quick to deny a fall back refund option based on the flowers being perishable. In fact, orchids last for weeks or months. This was a disappointing experience with GiftBlooms. I don't foresee using them again and will warn others.
Claims to deliver internationally, takes your money, does not deliver the goods and then hopes you don't notice. Send your friend the cash and get them to buy their own flowers!

Extremely disappointed with my recent delivery! It didn't even say who it was from! It had a business card with it that indicated it was from some man they didn't know - and the card message was WRONG and it led them to believe it was from even another man named Don!
If I hadn't called my sister in law I would have thought it was a successful delivery because they sent an email saying it was delivered - but they wouldn't have known the balloons came from us!
There were also only 4 balloons and the invoice receipt indicated there would be 9 total!
What a waste of $55!
I have sent several emails requesting at least a $30 refund with no response except to send a picture to another email address. All emails since then have been to gift blooms AND the email address they told me to use. And they haven't responded at all - to send me an automated response asking how my delivery was!
So I click on the link two different times and wrote three paragraphs and of course the system rejects it - I suspect it because it was a bad review!
I ORDERED balloons from this company to be delivered same day. The recipient NEVER received balloon bouquet, but they stated they were delivered and charged my credit card. Live chat was no help. They told me to email them. I have sent 10-12 emails very clearly stating that recipient never received the order and it's like a human is not even reading the emails. They just keep recycling the same message to me stating the order was delivered and then they have the nerve to keep sending me emails asking me to rate them and their service. There is no way an actual human is on the other end. I finally had to dispute the charge on my end with my credit card. HORRIBLE. The worst part, is that my dad, who just finished his radiation treatments for throat cancer, never got his congratulations balloons. :(
This company is HORRIBLE and should not be used for deliveries of any kind. Especially if youre counting on making some ones day special
This company scammed my family out of $233 AUD.
Firstly, I tried to get in contact through the "message" feature, which was successful at first, however, when asking for an update, I was left with no response. The last communication that I had with this company was on the 24th of December. Today is the 29th. This is after I paid extra money for "Next Day Delivery" ($20).
Secondly, the product that I ordered was delivered five days later than expected.
Thirdly, the reviews are appalling, and my biggest regret is not reading them before purchasing. When the product was finally delivered, it looked nothing like the photo, and was certainly NOT WORTH hundreds of dollars. Giftblooms is a scam and a fraud and you should NOT EVER buy from them! Just like the other reviews have said, there are items missing, and wrong items included. Buying from them is not worth your time or your energy and disappointment. Now I have to get in contact with my bank because CLEARLY I will not be able to get a refund if I can't even get into contact with them.
Lastly, my invoice CLEARLY stated that the amount charged to my account was $161.13. I live in Australia, and I was shopping IN AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS WHEN I ADDED IT TO MY CART- it said that on your website. Yet, my account was charged $233.88. This is extremely misleading to customers. Being consistent with pricing is important, and it was so disappointing that the gift that was received looked like it was worth $30…
I am so disappointed and dissatisfied! I was completely scammed! I attached a picture of what I ordered and spent nearly $100 on for my family for Christmas! I ordered a Santa Crate filled with delicious goodies of all kinds! And guess what my family received a stupid holiday tin saying "happy holidays" with some wrapped up cookies! Definitely not what I ordered! No one called me or contacted me to inform me of a problem with my order. Order history and customer support photos attached. The company just processed my payment and stole my money! Just like the Grinch!
After my order has been place, I got an email that they can't del. My order at the address I want, but istead of that, they'll del. A diffrend gift! So, I ask myself: what has address to do with the gift I choose?!? Anyway, I went in live chat with Sandra. Very rude, very unprofessional! She was like; " take it or cancel it"
The gift was suggested to change due to limited access to recipient. But the gift received is in a mess, without proper packaging, it's not a gift, just a box of rubbish! I am the recipient!
Don't order anything from this website because you will get embarrassed, frustrated, and lose your money. I ordered a gift set from them for one of my friends' BD, and not only did he never get the package, they even did not communicate with us regarding not delivery. I contacted them twice via live chat, and both of the representatives were so rude and took a lot of time to respond. One of them left before we finished the discussion. They told me that they sent me an email, and they left the person a voice message, but none of them was correct. They also did not refund me that I had to report to my CC company, and the bank disputed the charge!
