I have never shopped with this site before and i never will again. I placed an order in June so it was plenty of time with Gift Blooms for the delivery of a birthday cake for my friend in Texas. They took the order and at no point said they could not deliver it on this day.
Yesterday my friend's birthday came and went and no cake arrived. He told his family a cake was coming so they did not buy him a cake. Since the cake did not arrive they completely wrecked his birthday and upset me in the process.
I HAVE SENT SEVERAL EMAILS AND MESSAGES TO GIFT BLOOMS AND THEIR SO CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICES. The customer services skills displayed thus far have not been great and they have informed me that there will be no refund since the cake is out for delivery and will arrive at my friends house today, which is beside the point as they have failed to deliver on time as per order, so legally they have failed in their agreement with me. They refuse to give any form of compensation or refund to me for the inconvenience or disappointment they have created to me and my friend.

IF YOU WISH TO BUY AND GET YOUR GIFT THERE ON TIME THEN I SUGGEST YOU DO NOT SHOP ON THIS SITE. THEY SAY THEY ARE EASY TO CONTACT BUT ACTUALLY I HAVE FOUND THE COMPLETE OPPOSITE.

I sent an email first to see if they could do balloon delivery to specific place and day. Sent back email saying yes and to order online. I did this. They processed my payment of over 120 dollars for 2 bunches of balloons I wanted to send to my twin nieces for their first birthday! They are in Canada I am in Australia. Then 3 different people sent 3 emails saying they could not do balloons but can do flowers! What a bunch of knobs! I wanted balloons! Then order is cancelled... but they charged me to cancel, when they were not able to fill the order! Like to shove the balloons up their a*s! Wish I had looked at these reviews first! You dodgy bastards better not mess with me! Yes, I am pissed right off! NO stars from me!

If I could give giftblooms a zero star review I would. After purchasing a gift on their site, they went on to use my credit card information for multiple personal purchases. Hope they enjoyed the meals I PAID FOR. Spent an hour on the phone with my bank straightening it out. DO NOT USE GIFTBLOOMS!

Filed a Claim with the better business bureau.

Don't order anything via giftblooms.com. They are scam!
I ordered something via their website, using my credit card, and then they asked for a photo of my credit card and driver's license, which I of course did not provide! I then canceled my order and they would transfer the amount back to my credit card but never did. They said they did from their end, but up until now, 1 month later, nothing is received. Don't trust them!

While I appreciated the same day delivery, I was very disappointed to hear from my children that the balloon bouquet lasted one day only. Of 7 balloons, 5 were completely deflated by the 2nd day (the day after delivery), so not even 24 hours. At $40 + $20 for delivery for 7 balloons, I would say this is a ripoff. The response to my complaint was "We do not guarantee flying time for balloons, we also mention this on website." Needless to say, had they said the balloons would last less than 24 hours, I would not have ordered them, and no I did not see the disclaimer about "flying time" but think there should be a minimum time of inflation. I have had balloons that lasted for a month. It would be the same if I ordered flowers and they died after one day. There is an expectation of a reasonable minimum time for enjoyment.

I'm happy the service wasn't a scam like other reviews stated, but I definitely did not get the balloon bouquet I ordered. That made me really angry because I picked that bouquet for a reason, no grown man wants a bunch of heart balloons when I specifically put in the order that I wanted latex balloons. I paid too much for them to get the order wrong. I will not be ordering from this company again

Don't get what you order

I ordered a candy basket for my daughter and they sent a totally different basket with completely different candy. When I complained they gave me a $10 refund but still doesn't change the fact that my daughter got a gift from us with candy she didn't like.

Scammed

Ordered a Valentines present, got a call from them saying something about fraud security and needed a picture of my card, I replied to their support with the picture, got an email next day saying my order was canceled but they still got their money for it, today I got a xoom charge for almost 600 usd so basically the only people they have doing support will scam you, thanks CapitalOne for stopping these thieves. I'll never do any business with this company again and neither should you I bet.

Worst customer service

I ordered a plant which was supposed to be same day delivery. They called saying they were out of that plant and offered a tacky dish garden as a substitute. When I declined they sent a money tree that they cut all the leaves off and called a bonsai 3 days later. When I complained, they kept saying it was escalated but no refund or plant replacement. They did give me a $5 off coupon in case I was ever mentally disturbed enough to order from them again. Coupon code FREQUENTS like they actually have any frequent shoppers. Total ripoff!

I ordered an cake for my sister birthday on 8th of February 2016 which had to be delivered on 12th February. Totally I paid around A$100 for this purchase including custom postage and payment processing fee (?).

Cake is not delivered yet to nominated address (Sweden). I sent couple of emails and received a generic email saying they will investigate. I am totally frustrated and never order on this site.

I sent another email requesting a full refund and they haven't get back to me yet.

Friends, please DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. It is never going to be delivered.

They claim to deliver same day, but waited til 9:00 pm and no balloon bouquet delivered yet. After several attempts to communicate with someone, they tell me it was delivered to the wrong address. They did refund my money. However, the next day (stupid me, wanting to give them a second chance to redeem themselves from their incompetence) I placed a new order and 2 hours later I received an email stating they had cancelled the order. Again, tried all day to contact someone by email and 5:00 pm I get a response back stating they ran out of supply... what!? Right! The most irritating company I have ever dealt with. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR EMPTY PROMISES! THEY ARE NOT THE RIGHT COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH! I ordered flowers from ProFlowers the day before all of this, and they notified me promptly on each step those flowers took to the door of my family. Total contrast in service. DO BUSINESS WITH PROFLOWERS!

I was a little nervous about the balloons I had ordered because I didn't read any reviews until after the order had been placed. My balloons showed up on time as promised and looked great! I did find it odd that the phone number didn't reach anyone, but they did respond quickly via email when I had a question.

Liars - Scammers - The website said if I ordered in the next 3 hours that they would deliver it same day. The customer service rep lied to me and told me that the message was for someone else. They said that they can't deliver it same day and that I saw a message that was supposed to go to someone else. It was on their same day deliver website at their checkout. Then after multiple times of trying to get in touch with them they said "sorry we won't be able to deliver your balloons, we are canceling your order." I am still trying to get them to refund my money. I asked for a number to call and they said they don't have a number to call. The only way to get in touch with them is through their sketchy phone number you can only text or through email in which they don't respond to emails.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They will tell you whatever they can to get your money and then you won't get your product. This is a scam!

Yet again, this company is doing what they can to scam. It's interesting that they say all my questions were answered but didn't seem to comment on the fact that their company did not respond to my emails, and did not respond to my message through the online form on their website. The only way I could get any communication was through text message and the text messages were short and unpunctuated. The messages were not professional in any manner. The person messaging back lied to me telling me that the same day delivery message was for someone else and wasn't meant for me to see when it wasn't in message form it was via their website. I'm still trying to get my money refunded, I have messaged and gotten no response. My money has not come back to my bank account.

Everything that I said in my review is complete truth. People need to know about the terrible customer service. This company has bad communication, does not respond to emails, and the person on text messaging needs help communicating professionally.

This review would not have even been made had a customer service representative not blatantly lied. I usually just deal with bad service, but not when lies start occurring.

People, STAY AWAY from this company.

I ordered a bouquet flower for my fiance two days ahead(maybe even one day and half before). Although, their security requirements after finishing the purchase process, like; sending credit card and driver license pictures is weird but they are really understanding.it took me one day more to convince and prove them I am not a cheater but they make it up well and sending it the same day of his birthday just in few hours. The flowers were fresh. I suggest you if you have any problem after purchasing just contact live message through website, It was the thing helped me because she is online and helpful person.
Suggest you this company. They made our day happier.
