An absolutely horrible, unreliable company! Don't use them! I ordered balloons to be delivered to my daughter at her first birthday away at college and they never were delivered! Never notified me of a problem either. Absolutely horrific! I don't know how their in business!

Worst experience I have ever had with a company. Did not honor delivery date and still not delivered 3 days later. First excuse given was items out of stock. Second excuse given was too many orders to keep up with. But there wasn't too many order to charge for because they certainly took care of that bit of business straight away. I had to contact my bank and threaten legal action to ensure my money was returned. Trust me, every poor review is absolutely and 100% correct. Please head all of these warnings! I wish I had taken the time to look into the reviews before I recklessly just placed an order. Despite days of back and forth emails... because that is the only way you can get them to communicate with you... not one apology for any inconvenience or even to apologize for not communicating reasons for never receiving what was ordered. Yes, that's right, I had to reach out to them to determine why what was ordered was never delivered. Take a chance if you want to, but you'll be the next person to leave a similar comment. All postings made on Facebook were promptly deleted. They make no effort to provide you with the services and items you paid for but are very quick and prompt to ensure others are not being given any type of warning or information regarding poor experiences.

Placed an order to be delivered for Valentines for my daughter studying out of the country. They accepted n processed n charged my credit card. The night before delivery they emailed me that the order had been canceled due to no service in this location. At that time it was too late to find another company to place a new order. So was unable to surprise my daughter. Still waiting for refund on my credit card. Very unhappy customer. Unreliable company.

Worst Company. Stay Away

The order I purchased was on Feb 2nd in hopes to be delivered on Feb 14th. We still haven't received the package nor have been getting good confirmation from either shipping company or Gift Blooms. I have repeatedly called FedEx and they report everyday something different. They said the building of the business is too big to go inside and deliver the package. I have asked them finally to just deliver the package to my house since it's too difficult for them. After 2 days of back and forth they still haven't figured out and continue to bring it back to the same building and still not deliver.

I have had 2 different calls today from FedEx asking me the same questions. I continue to repeat everything that has happened.
Gift Blooms response is horrible and they best the gentlemen said he would do is give me a 10% off my next order with your company. You have got to be kidding me. I will never use this company again and I'm beyond disappointed with the services. I will never recommend this company. The customer service is absolutely horrible.

Placed an order to be delivered on Valentines Day, paid extra for the next day delivery. Never arrived and received an email that it might possibly arrive the 15th or 16th. When I emailed them to inquire why, they basically responded the order has been processed and there is nothing they can do. I then emailed back explaining my concern about the fact of what I paid for shipping and again, the basic response was oh well. The worst customer service ever! I will never use them again!

Completed the order, got the confirmation. Then 24hrs later got an email saying I hope you are well but your order has been updated and canceled because it doesn't exist in this location! Why make me waste all that time thinking that it was on the way and ordering the stupid cookies!
Never using again.

Lousy Customer Service

I ordered balloons for my elderly aunt who had just moved into assisted living. All I got were delays and excuses. Communication from them was disjointed and confusing. They finally canceled the order and, fortunately, refunded my money.
BTW - they sent me emails asking for my review but the links did not work. What a joke!

Scammers

Ordered my daughter and her family gold tin of cookies. They never got them but gift blooms took the money. What cheats. Plus my grandchildren were excited about the cookies coming. Way to break innocent hearts gift blooms. Shame on you.

This is a hopeless company! Please for heaven's sake do not use them! When I ordered for a hamper with a message in a card, they did not send the card! So my recipient did not know I was the sender! How ridiculous! This company is totally irresponsible, they do not admit fault. I only requested for them to send the card with my message again but they refused! Their way to resolve the issue is to provide 10% discount on my next order! Only a nincompoop would make a second order! I await your bankruptcy very soon!

Absolutely useless.

They only give you a ten hour delivery window. Which is insane! Who is in any one place for ten hours?! I ordered surprise flowers for my girlfriend and requested a two hour window of 1-3PM when I knew she would be home. No one called or showed up. Then they complained that no one answered the phone afterwards. Why? Because she was working like every other normal person!

Upon ignoring my delivery requests and "attempting" two random deliveries at their leisure, they told me I could not cancel the order or get a partial refund (even though I never received the product AND they never told me my delivery request couldn't be fulfilled.

I paid $70 for 4 roses and a few balloons which is already CRAZY overpriced, but now they're going to keep what I paid for AND not offer a partial refund?

$#*!ty business and rude customer service all around. Not willing to assist or redeem themselves when there's an issue. Thousands of these services online. No need to use this one. AVOID.

I sent my daughter flowers and a candle from the Egersund store in Norway as a housewarming gift. I paid extra for a vase (she might not have had one) and a ceramic heart as part of the flowers and when my daughter sent me photos with thanks, these were not evident. I asked if she received them and she said no but when I emailed the company they basically said tough luck, but here's 10% off your next purchase. AS IF I'd order from the again. The flowers cost £50 and through further conversations with my daughter I found out that the delivery man was on the phone when he delivered them so chucked them on the doorstep - she seen him walk away on the phone so it wasn't like she didn't come to the door quick enough! Terrible terrible customer service. Their exuse for not delivering the vase and heart (and wrong, DEAD, flowers!) was because noone was in the first time they tried to deliver - so they took away the vase and heart as punishment for wasting their time. Utterly appalling.

DON'T USE!

Would not use them again

Wish I have read other reviews before I've purchased two products. Wanted to have a look the photo of the product I have ordered and couldn't find it on website again. Customer service chat reply was its because they are out of stock and the product is no longer available. They have offered me the other option I didnt like and they said thats the only option. No sorry or anything like that in conversation. Havent even checked the second product cake I have ordered. It sounds like they take your money and send other products (not the one you selected & purchased on their website).

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! I have never been so shocked by a company or its service. I sent biscuits to my 82yr old Aunt for her birthday. The wrong biscuits were delivered, wrong message offering her "Get Well Soon" wishes. I was advised it would be resolved, no further contact received. When I contacted them back for a refund or replacement, I was offered 50%, and advised if I wanted a full refund the biscuits would need to be returned. I'm in a different country from her, I couldn't ask her to return these, more importantly it wasn't my mistake!

Terrible experienced, I ordered something and paid for extra shipping to deliver in same day, but in the last minute of delivery day they didn't deliver my item at all I just got an email from them and they said they hold it because I need to provide a picture of my credit card and drivers license which I didn't give as I paid PayPal already and it's shows on my paypal the amount that I paid to them.And after talking to costumer service they are not helpful at all they are just saying cancel your order and they just hang up on the phone. What a waste of time on them.The surprise bday gift never got to my friend, I'm so disappointed.so terrible... I'm going to file a claim on PayPal soon hope I will get back my money.

I ordered a photo cake for my boyfriend who would be in Germany for his birthday. I was so excited to be able to do something special and surprise him and this was completely ruined by Gift Blooms. I ordered the cake in plenty of time and attached the photo as I was instructed. I was notified the order was accepted and being processed. The DAY BEOFRE the cake was supposed to arrive I received an email stating they were not able to print the photo and the $60 custom cake I ordered had already shipped and was plain - nothing on it! I immediately called asking why didn't you let me know sooner there was a problem, why would you just ship it without notifying me first, they refused to refund me or see any wrong doing on their part. I WOULD NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!
