I've ordered a wine, cake and flower from Australia to be delivered to Brazil address, ( my father birthday). I got a email saying the item wasn 't delivered because they didn't find the address. I contacted someone through the live chat and they promised to send the gift after two days. After two day, no cake, no wine and flower, they canceled my order. I called USA company *******089) and the manager promised refund the money. I am still waiting my money. Today i am going to the police department and customer service in Australia. They destroyed my father birthday.
I've ordered a bouqet to my girlfriend. Two days before delivery they asked me for extra payment as a my "delivery location is very far", but it was wrong.

I ordered flowers for a birthday 7 days ahead to be sure delivery will be on time. Then i started receiving weird emails, the flowers i ordered were not available and they gave me two other options, so i had to chose the "better" option which was far from original. Furthermore the gift was never delivered, they kept sending me emails that they delivered the package on time to the delivery company which was their choice not mine (i didn't have option for delivery company) and that it was never their mistake...

I have been executive at Neiman Marcus and admit something felt strange about order when I placed it- no way to contact them other than " online chat". Which was spotty. Not only did basket not arrive they kept changing their story/excuse as to why it can't be delivered for 2 more days. I finally canceled order and plan to take legal action if I do not receive full credit. Please do NOT order from this company - they are fraudulent!
I ordered a bottle of wine on 4/2, to be delivered on 4/4 to my mom on her birthday. And they NEVER received it. I got a phony email saying the item was delivered- but it never it was! Customer Service is HOPELESS! Thankfully I was able to get the charges reversed through my credit card company. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!
I purchased flowers to be delivered today and when I used their live chat to find out when they should be arrive, they just stated that they would be delivered tomorrow, the delivery driver was already gone for the day. I am LIVID. Why advertise that you are same day delivery, order was placed first thing in the morning, was confirmed on chat that it would arrive before 4:30pm, and then NOT deliver it, and with no notice either. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They do not know the meaning of honest representation or good customer service. They don't deserve even one star!

I think this company is a scam. Ordered on the website and never got the delivery. Tracking number was invalid. Repeated calls to service were answered with "we'll get back to you". Eventually had to open a dispute with the payment company to receive the money back. Seriously - Do not order from them!
Terrible service! I ordered a balloon bouquet. The day AFTER it was to be delivered I received an email stating that the delivery was not made! I contacted customer service and they said they don't deliver in the area. When asked why they didn't call, text or email me to let me know they only said they were sorry and offered me 10% off my next order. I will never order from them again!

Ordered a Birthday Cake and Singing Bear 29 days ahead of time but did not arrive. Said its beyond their control as they shipped out on time. Problem was UPS missorted to a different load. I'll see if they will deliver 2 days later. The cake arrived bit the bear is missing. Supposedly a surprise for my bf. It was a horrible Experience and very unreliable service. Of you're going to order and chatted with the representative, they are very nice and accommodating, once problems arise and you complain they are rude. Also said I will not get refund since its not in their end.

Can't thank you enough for the quick service and for delivery workers who appear to love what they do. My dad video taped his delivery and the young lady was so positive and happy while presenting him his gift. Thank you!

This company is absolutely horrible. They have some of the worst and most frightening services I have ever experienced. The delivery man showed up in an unmarked van, proceeded to ring the bell with extreme force which made it scary to answer. Then after answering the man did not have the gift but required us to walk to his unmarked van which looked like it was falling apart and pick the package out of his trunk. Upon further inspection the gift package which was described to have assorted king size candy bars, came with two different fun size bags and loose chocolates. When asked they said the baskets do vary, however no product that has 2 fun size bags and loose candy should ever cost 75 dollars. This company is sucks a rip off and I will never shop from them again or recommend this company to anyone!
The balloons were awful and didn't match my order - the company kept justifying their mistake and refused a new order or reimbursement - the helium balloons didn't last so were obviously of an inferior quality - rubbish balloons and service. Do not bother with this company. USELESS.

I ordered my balloon arrangement, they texted me 3x's to confirm the address, that they never got right.
Come the day of delivery, they never delivered.
However, they took my money out ASAP.
I gave them such a hard time via text and EMAIL and even getting my lawyer involved... I had to contact our Washington Attorney General to file a comsumer complaint report.
THIS COMPANY was more time then it should have been... but I took the time to a) harass to get my money back and b) contact legal action BECAUSE they have gotten away with it for too long.
In the end I got my money back but they are NOT WORTH IT! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Night before at 8pm received an email that delivery was not going to happen on the day I requested and they weren't sure when it was going to be delivered.
Then when I argued it was unacceptable the story changed and they advised they couldn't deliver because there was info missing on the ship to... never delivered. Still charged my card. In dispute with card company now. NEVER USE THEM! UNRELIABLE!
