I ordered flowers to be sent to a family in Japan on the death of their father. They were supposed to be available next day but they were to be delivered two days later. I accepted this due to be international (ordered from Australia) but on the night before delivery, I received a phone call from USA telling me that the arrangement of flowers I ordered werent available and would be replaced with a bunch of flowers. Due to cultural restraints i neede WHITE flowers not a bunch of red flowers, AND i was being asked for and extra $16 for the extra costs in delivery. I had already paid for delivery. I felt this was a scam to up sell the $66 I had already paid. I explained this the the caller, saying I didnt care which flowers were sent, but I needed them to be WHITE and delivered the next day.
I was on extreme time issues due to the funeral, and the order was cancelled the day after the flowers were due to arrive.
I received an email saying Gift Blooms didnt service the area requested, and a refund was being issued.
Ill never use this service again.
My items are still waiting to be delivered and they were supposed to be delivered 3 days ago. I have emailed the company on numerous occasions and still no response to when the items will be delivered
HORRIBLE job, I will Never use this site/company again and will be sure to write reviews elsewhere to advise consumers, this company failed to deliver the correct product of balloons order to my sister for her birthday and whomever they contracted to do this work for them was horrible, the delivery guy told my sister oh, I have the wrong balloons and will be right back ( he delivered Mothers day ballons), HE Never cam back! There is not any reliable way to contact this company as they don't have a number to call, I emailed and sent FB message! NOTHING, I had to file a dispute with my credit card company, and today 15 days later, I get a generic email that my order was canceled and a refund was given! NO type of I am SORRY?! I honestly do not know how this company is even operating! What a shame!

I ordered from Germany for a birthday cake for my daughter for the Philippines. First, it did not arrive. Second, they said they have sent me an email - i didn't receive it. Third, someone chatted with me online and promised the refund to be in my bank in 5 working days. Three weeks later, money still hasn't arrived. Wrote another email and i mentioned that from the reviews i read, most request for refunds are not returned back. Next email i received: My letter is "undeliverable" because Giftblooms has rejected it.!?"=§)$($/ &% No words... just no words... pure scam, no business ethics at all.
Ordered an elaborate orchid arrangement in glass vase, and received a half dead, rotten orchid in ceramic pot thrown on on my mother's front porch. Talking to "Pete" from customer service was a complete waste of time, saying that since they "delivered the item" no full refund can be issued regardless that is not what I've ordered in the first place. Sneaky and deceitful business practice that should go out of business, yesterday.

Ordered giftbasket and flowers for Mothers' Day in Australia (13th May). Delivery was to be Friday 11th. Rang Mother on Sunday to find she had received nothing. Sent email and received a prompt response from Pete. I am supposed to get a refund but I'm not holding my breath. Was told it was my fault as I put wrong date. I have their confirmation email actually showing two different dates, but at this point with emails flying back and forth Pete became a bit of a Mother himself. I will be taking this to Consumer Affairs to see if something can be done about this disgusting use of the internet to rip people off.
I ordered a cake for my brother's birthday from Dubai to The Netherlands on the 1st May. The cake was exactly the same like in the picture, time of delivery was perfect (they delivered it to my brother's company so the cake waited for him in the office on 4th May). Customer service was very helpful and I had no problems at all! And I need to say that I was very nervous after reading all those negative opinions but I can't say a bad word about that company! Sooooo happy!

Do not use this site! They are not honest. If you pay for a product, it should arrive. Evidently I am not eligible for a refund as they tried to deliver twice and now thats it... no more delivery attempts, no cake and no refund. What kind of a company is this? Dont use!

Terrible company. I paid for a plant to be sent to my daughter for her birthday. Four days later, the plant is not yet delivered and they send me an email saying there was some glitch in their software and it forgot to charge me for shipping!
After seeing so many bad reviews, I almost consider this company as a fake one and plan to ask for a refund for my order from US to Norway. However it turns out that the flowers I ordered are delivered on time with good quality!
I am very disappointed with the service. A. it was delivered on 2nd day instead of the bday day. B. what was shown on the website, the gift was not exactly delivered same. A smaller teddy and another box of chocolates were send instead of the shown picture. Never again. Useless $#*! this company is. They don't know how to do business.
I placed an order from Australia to UK, and paid for next day delivery. The order was not delivered and when contacted customer care they started arguing with me saying that the next day delivery charges were for standard shipping. There is no sense in their argument and when I sent a screenshot of the bill, they started saying the delivey would be according to Australian time zone. I will never choose GiftBlooms again
Ordered a birthday cake and get message saying it has been delivered but it obviously had not been as the recipient was in class at the alleged time of delivery. This company then provided an obviously fake POD signature and refused to follow up the matter, claimed DHL had delivered it. After much emailing they then said the delivery driver was trying to call recipients number but the number did not answer, then said the number was not correct. They then said the driver got someone on the phone who was not the recipient. They then said they got an answering machine but the number we gave them is a mobile.
They are obviously as dodgy as, do not trust them. Three weeks later, no cake and no refund, Paypal no help when i tried to get my money back.
Emailed me a day AFTER my Dad's B'day that they didnt deliver cake! He was home alone and they waited to email me AFTER his actual b'day to tell me they couldnt deliver to my area! After checking on their site and even asking the site prior if the postcode was correct. SOO ANGRY. MY poor Dad. > :(
I've ordered a cake. I hear from them saying that the item was not delivered because they didn't find the address. Too my wonder, I placed an order for flowers just the previous day to the same address and that was delivered with no issue. The do not want to be responsible for the delivery of the product or anything as such one the amount is gets credited to them. Worst customer service ever, I have been exchanging emails with them for week and all they say is the address I have given is incorrect and there is no fault from their end and hence no refund.

This company had a problem uploading my photo to be put on a birthday cake, but at least they did deliver the cake--a day late because of their problems. But they did deliver and it was delicious.The champagne was on time. I am in the USA and the gifts went to the Netherlands. Another side I used for balloons charged me but did not deliver.
