Look at what I ordered and what I got.
That flower costed me $56. I couldn't return it, only $10 refunded max.
Just think about it. If this is what you want go ahead; otherwise, find somewhere else.

Great first experience!

My daughter is at college and I sent balloons for her birthday. I set up the delivery date for Saturday. I did not know the post office at the school is closed Saturday and my daughter would not receive them until Monday. Her birthday was Sunday. I found this out one day before they were to deliver. I sent an email and the delivery change was accommodated! I was so grateful that they could do with such short notice and being so close to valentines day! Thank you GiftBloom for making my daughters birthday special!

First of all, I had really wanted this service to work. I ordered a cake for my father in a small town in Malaysia. The Gift Bloom site boasts of delivering within 24 hours and catering to the location I had in mind. I even chatted with an agent first to make sure it was doable. I was given a confident "yes". But since putting my order in, it has been a disaster. They obviously do not have a handle on their local vendors so the email correspondence was Gift Bloom pushing out the delivery date from the initial Thursday to Friday, then Saturday, then the following Monday. And even then, they were not able to say for sure if the cake can be delivered as promised. In the end, they canceled the order, which speaks volumes since no business would initiate this unless absolutely necessary. I am disappointed and would not be try them again.

I ordered something to be delivered the next day and it was delivered one week later and they surcharged me extra money for distance and was still late. They only delivered after i opened a claim with paypal.

I ordered a Valentines Cookie to be delivered to my husband at his out of town residence for work. It never arrived, so I emailed the company and told them nevermind it's no good after Valentines Day (Thursday) when he isn't there anymore. He's now back in Colorado on Monday and they ignored my previous 2 emails requesting a refund and stated it's been delivered at 7:54am this morning... he's not there anymore. Valentines is over... I paid $29.99 for delivery ON Valentines Day. THis is a scam, there doens't even appear to be staff...

Untrustworthy

Ordered Roses 3 days later, still is yet to arrive!
Paid a premium price to have it delivered on Valentines Day!
Requested a refund, more than once.
Receive a order status saying it is delivered, which the purchase was not.
Then status changes to problem with delivery.
I have emailed 4 times and still waiting for a reply!
Yet you had no hesitation in processing the payment!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
SEEK AN ALTERNATIVE OPTION!

Pathetic

Wow, I wish I would have read all of the reviews before I made my purchase. I ordered a balloon bouquet for my wife for Valentine's Day to be delivered to her job. I ordered 6 balloons and a small truffle candy mix; the order was placed on Feb 12. On Feb 12, I got 3 emails, one was for the order confirmation, one was a receipt, the other was order status. Great so far, although I did question the pricing ($95) but I was running out of time and didn't have time to do any serious price comparisons with other businesses as I was making this order while I was at work. Valentine's Day arrives and I'm checking my email throughout the day for a deliver confirmation or a status update but I get nothing. When I get home from work that day, my wife comes in with this piddly excuse for a balloon bouquet and a dinky box of chocolates not much bigger than a deck of playing cards. I admit, I ordered the small box of chocolates but for the extra $15, I thought it would be something worthy. Also, instead of the 6 large balloons that I ordered, there were only 4 in this janky arrangement. Oh, and the delivery was made at 5:05 PM! That may have been a blessing in disguise though since there wasn't really anybody around to admire/snicker/mock this pathetic arrangement. I guess the moral of the story is to do your research... start with avoiding this company, I am very displeased but I don't have the energy to chase after any sort of refund, it's only $100 and my wife was pleased with the gesture. Oh, and my order still says "processing"...

Use a reputable credit card for online purchases... one that will get you a refund if the company refuses! CapitalOne and Amex are good.
Bought flowers to be delivered in Saudi Arabia.
This company is based in Pennsylvania but a lot of flower companies have contracts and subcontracts with other flower companies in different locations.
The flowers were not delivered on the day I wanted or at all. I contacted Gift Blooms and my credit card company the next day.
Gift blooms agreed to refund me but no real reason given for why my flowers were not delivered other than Valentines Day is a busy day... duh, and if you can't deliver then I will give my business to one that can
Will not use these guys or ever recommend them

I'm their most recent prey... I ordered some flowers and a teddy bear for my fiancé's birthday and scheduled the delivery for 2/10 but nothing has arrived! It's sad that these kind of people still exist... but it's ok cos dirty money brings you no good and doesn't last long! The best of wishes for whoever did this

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We are a gift basket company and they have been ILLEGALLY using our photos on their website. They put their logo over ours and have other companies fulfilling these orders. We have been asking them for over a year to remove these items and still nothing. They give us the run around and then have the NERVE to order off of our website as a customer to SEND TO THEIR CUSTOMER. This company is also SENDFLOWERSANDMORE.COM. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM!

No number on the site should've told me this is not a place to do business with. Ordered a cake which end up costing me $132 for something that likely cost $30 max locally but since it had to be delivered internationally I placed the order with these folks. Needless to say the delivery never occurred and no one got back to me until i asked them of what happened. They said their outlet vendor does not deliver therefore they had to cancel. Great that they're telling me this info after the occasion has passed. Seems like they don't mind disappointing ppl in their lives and certainly have no concept of customer service. Save yourself the headache and disappointment that will follow after doing business with these folks.

I ordered some Get Well Balloons from GiftBlooms last night. The delivery charge was exorbitant (~$24) plus an undisclosed payment facilitation fee of $3 was charged. Today I received an email in poorly written English saying my order was on hold and that another $15 was payable because the delivery location was a long way from their agent. I know this to be false so I have requested that they cancel the order and refund my payment. I shall also be reporting them to my creditcard company. I think it is a scam. The website looked legitimate, but there is definitely something wrong here.

My order did not reach my recipient and I received a poorly written email saying my order was damaged in the delivery process. I believe these emails are automated because each reply comes almost immediately, and each is signed off with a different name, and my questions go unanswered. I am filing a police report.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS.

My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Sept 15 was Colombia's version of Valentines Day and I placed an order with them on Sept 10 with a debit card. The money cleared my account on the 12th. The day of delivery they messaged me on my Whatsapp account from a "do not call" number saying my order was on hold. Checking my order on the website, they were requiring images of my credit card and photo ID. Email to customer service is the only form of contact: I complained, as they had their money and the transaction had cleared. They held me hostage until they essentially perpetuated identity theft. Then they did not deliver my order, but said it would deliver 2 days later. On the 17th, they emailed asking if I would prefer the 18th or 19th for delivery. I demanded immediate delivery which did not occur, but my order was placed on hold on the website again. Late on the 18th, an email informing me what I had ordered over a week earlier is "out of stock". (Rather than telling me at time of order so I could do something prior to the holiday). They sent me images of three Christmas baskets to chose from for a September delivery for a romantic holiday gift. Basically these thieves had ruined the holiday and had no intention of ever delivering my order. My only response at this point was to demand an actual telephone number to speak to a person. Which I never received. You will note, no number or physical address is on the website.

Great company. Easy & fast. Did a gift for someone half way around the world at their job location. Delivered in handful of days, got a thank you from the recipient, who were surprised. They said they loved the package. All around exceptional experience.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING just to think how stupid I am placing my order before reading all this bad reviews! They do reply to my emails but I guess that just a standard template, cut and paste. Luckily, I manage pull myself altogether for back up plan! They cancelled my order the day before delivery date which is today after all the positive so-called reply. On bright side, they do the refund but I'm yet to see the figure back in my account otherwise I will take my complaint further to Better Business Bureau and Customer Affairs. Gonna warn my family and friends to stay away from this company!

Terrible service. Order placed previous week (13th July) with delivery date for 18th July. Today, in delivery date, I received email with order cancelation, as you cannot delivery it, in day when I expected gift to be delivered. You had 2 wd plus weekend to come back to me with this info so I could arrange a backup plan. Plus your web shoud show me that for this post code service is unavaiable. To sum up: THANK YOU GIFTBLOOM FOR RUINING MY SURPPRISE AND DAY! And for refund you're going to send me, you should also add the provision I paid to my bank for this transfer and even double returned money. No more deals with you.
