The driver got in touch before the trip? Which I've never experienced before. It was very reassuring, especially as it was my first time flying into Dubai airport. I recommend it and have booked a return trip.

Fast booking and fair rates with no hidden fees at the end. Out of 4 rides, 3 drivers came on time and the cars were all as nice as expected. One driver turned up slightly late in a sedan that didn't match the description in the app.

This company is hopeless at best and dishonest at worst.
I nominated my date, destination and time well in advance and received several quotes and then accepted one. They then took my money, (not an insubstantial amount) and as far as I knew we were all set.
Weeks later I received a WhatsApp text saying they were cancelling my ride, however would find another one. Over the next few weeks, not once did they update me, I initiated every conversation and every time they assured me they would find me another ride.
With a week to go until my journey, when finding another ride became almost impossible, they said they
Found one, however it was 76% more expensive. Dispite my complaining, they bluntly said either take the ride or get a refund, leaving me with no ride at all.

In my view, appalling behaviour. We had a contract with money exchanged, which they chose to break. I feel like it was a scam, tricking me into paying 76% more.

The first thing that caught my eye was how clean the car was. The driver opened the door friendly and offered to help with the luggage. He drove me to Lyon airport in style.

Nicholas teh driver made a good impression with his friendliness and professionalism. He kept the conversation going without being too chatty and annoying. I would gladly book again.

Unfortunately, the luggage was hard to load because the trunk was quite full with the driver's stuff. Customer services offered as a discount on the return trip, which went much better.

For me Gettransfer is an indispensable app when traveling with my family. I booked a minivan with a child seat. As ususal everything went smoothly. 100% recommended.

These people are conmen who do not pay their drivers and so customers are left in the lurch and do not get picked up. Based in Hong Kong, no recourse, no refund, no customer service.

I underestimated the traffic on New Year's Eve in London. The driver, Ruben, contacted us to say he should pick us up an hour earlier than we booked to make sure we got to the airport on time. Thank you very much and best of luck!

Unfortunately our luggage got lost at Vienna airport, so we were very late out as we had to register our tracking request. All our thanks go to the driver who was very understanding and waited patiently throughout the ordeal. Really appreciated it.

After confirming my booking and then paying, I received information about the car and the driver contact details. He arrived on schedule, despite the traffic jams in Paris. I recommend Gettransfer.

A very reassuring experience for a first time user. I booked a transfer for my 17 year old daughter and the driver kept me in touch every step of the way from arriving at the meeting point to picking up my daughter to dropping her off. Couldn't have been better.
