Title: Payment to partner not received after confirmed obligation

I am a transport partner who worked with GetTransfer.

My last completed order was on January 2. According to the company's own payment terms, the payment period has already passed.

GetTransfer support has officially confirmed in writing that:

* the payment is guaranteed in full;
* the delay is caused by a payment transaction issue.

However, despite multiple emails, I still have not received my payment and the company stopped responding to my messages when I requested a specific payment date.

At this point, the funds remain unpaid while communication has effectively stopped.

I hope this review helps resolve the situation and encourages GetTransfer to complete the payment they have already acknowledged.

Failure to pay for completed rides
February 24, 2026

I am a transportation provider who completed multiple passenger rides in Pennsylvania through the GetTransfer platform. Customers paid for these rides, and my dashboard reflects $6,318.10 owed to me after commission.

I have not received payment for over four months. I have contacted the company multiple times and was repeatedly told they are "working on fixing the issue," but no payment has been issued. There are no pending payments in my Payoneer account.
This nonpayment has caused financial hardship. I am requesting assistance in obtaining the full $6,318.10 owed to me for services already completed and paid for by customers.
Im starting to think this company may be a scam.

I am not getting my money since 18dec2025.
I have prepaid the amount.
The driver did not show up.
Gettransfer wrote email reply: they are investigating.
I am not interested in their investigation process.
They are withhelding my money illegally.
I am waiting for 300usd refund since 18dec2025, I sent them several emails, no reaction at any of my follow-up emails. Today it is 29dec2025.
The driver warned me they are scammers!
I will file a police report against them.

Gettransfer.com is a scam
December 23, 2025

We booked a transfer from Grand Hotal National Luzern to Zarmatt. Fully paid it upfront with our cc. We booked a mercedes V class van to accomodate our needs. The first driver after we asked him he said he does not have the V class mercedes but a vw turan which could.not accomodate our needs. Too small. Then the support promised to get another driver. After 10 hours they sent another carrier. 1 hour later he cancelled. Then 1 am the day before the transfer they confirmed a third carrier with a mercedes v class. Our ride was for december 23rd 2025 at 1059am. We tried to contact the driver in vain. At 1101 we received thw following message from the driver " Good day Mr
I'm sorry for the trouble...
I made an offer at Get Transfer yesterday...
They assigned me the trip at 1:30 in the morning...
I only saw it now that I had a ride...

I've been waiting for my money from get transfer for 2 months
It's Christmas and I can't buy anything for my children...

Sorry, the last money I have
I don't want to pay for gas for my kids!"
So we informed gettransfer.com
They said they need time to investigate the matter and cannot refund our money for now.
We booked an ubber as we had no other option to travel.
This is clearly a company with very low service and probably a scam. Note that cancelation policy was 100% non refundable if we were to cancel the ride. We paid 565 euro to them and now an extra 912 swiss francs to ubber as this was a last minute booking
Be aware this gettransfer.com is a scam

Shocking service
December 1, 2025

Terrible service. I booked a transfer and spent a lot of time deciding on a driver and chatting to them. For some reason they could no longer do the transfer and GetTransfer just assigned me a new driver whom I never spoke to. I am scared about travelling to the Mexican border with a stranger and hence asked for a refund since the transfer I booked could not go ahead. I received several replies that sounded like a Bot all telling me 'sorry, cut you can't get a refund'. It wasn't me who decided to cancel - I can't get the ride I booked and just want my money back at this stage

After using this application for years, I recently encountered a disappointing situation when I needed to amend a reservation but had not selected the FLEX option. A few hours after booking an airport transfer in Italy, I noticed the pickup time at the airport was incorrect. I attempted to contact the assigned driver directly, who asked me for an additional amount without any justification of the charge (x amount for more than 60' delay, for example), for a service already paid for! At the same time, customer support was unreachable—no hotline was available, and responses via email were significantly delayed.
This left me questioning the application's/ website's value, as contacting a driver independently was more straightforward. Ultimately, I had to cancel the reservation, received no refund, and felt unsupported.
After reading about similar experiences online, I realize this may be a recurring issue. I would suggest that others exercise caution when considering this service.

My driver canceled less than 12 hours before my trip, and instead of solving the problem, GetTransfer tried to charge me an extra €154 for another car, even though I had booked and paid months in advance. No real solution was offered, customer support was unhelpful, and I was left stranded needing to travel between two countries to catch a flight. To make things worse, they are refusing to refund me properly and only offered app credit, which I will never use again. Horrible service, avoid at all costs!

Scam Company

This company is a scam. We paid for a transfer in January for a July transfer. We contacted the driver the day before who confirmed they had not been paid. We then had to pay the driver directly as we had to get to the airport on time. We contacted get transfer consistently over this period, provided evidence as support and ever since the company has deferred and not refunded our money. An absolute scam, so not use. You will be ripped off.

I'm a full-time professional driver in Europe. I completed over 10 jobs through GetTransfer.com. Two of them totaling €402 have never been paid. GetTransfer says I must complete more jobs to "earn back" what they already owe me — even though they took over 40% commission (35% listed, plus hidden fees). This is unethical and unacceptable. Update (23 July 2025): I received a reply asking me to contact the same email that has ignored or refused to pay me unless I do more jobs. I have all email evidence and I'm preparing legal action. Drivers, beware. Stay far away from this platform.

Scam. Attention
July 15, 2025

WARNING: SCAM. DRIVER DOESN'T SHOW UP, GETTRANSFER KEEPS THE MONEY. Transfer was paid months in advance (€350).
The driver never showed up.
GetTransfer assured a refund would be issued. It never happened.
Legal insurance is now covering the lawsuit. CASE ******* This seems to be a recurring issue, judging by the reviews.

Absolutely Disgraceful – Avoid at All Costs!
I've worked with GetTransfer.com as a professional chauffeur, and they blatantly refused to pay me for multiple completed rides. For years, they've played a shameful blame game between their dispatch and accounts teams, offering nothing but empty excuses. This company exploits its drivers and shows zero accountability. If they treat their partners this badly, imagine how they treat customers. Stay far away from this dishonest, unprofessional operation.

The situation was non-standard: I was flying with my cat, and it was important to be able to place a carrier in the car. I mentioned it in the comments - the driver took everything into account, there was a plaid in the cabin, and no complaints. Very carefully and calmly drove, the cat did not even meow. I strongly advise everyone to avoid GetTransfer at all costs. I booked a €550 transfer for March 2nd, 2025, and the driver never showed up. There was no cancellation, no call, no email — absolutely no communication. I was stranded with my luggage, and GetTransfer offered zero support at the time of the incident. Since then, I've contacted them repeatedly to request a refund. All I've received are automated responses and fake apologies. They even had the nerve to reply to my Trustpilot review saying they had processed a full refund — but that was a lie. To this day, no money has been refunded, no proof of transaction has been provided, and their customer service keeps stalling. 💸 They take your money and vanish.
📞 Their customer support is non-existent.
🛑 They lie publicly about refunds to save face. This is not just bad service — it's a complete scam.
DO NOT trust this company with your bookings or your money.

I have been a driver for GetTransfer.com since 2019. However, since last August, I have not received payment for the transfers I have completed. I have sent multiple emails and made numerous calls to GetTransfer.com, but each time, they have stalled me with empty promises of payment.

At this point, I can't even afford to maintain my vehicle. Unfortunately, I recently learned that GetTransfer.com has not only failed to pay drivers in Turkey but also in several European countries, including Belgium. As a result, some drivers have started demanding payment directly from customers—and in some cases, even forcing them to pay.

This company is completely unreliable and unprofessional. Don't be fooled! Avoid using their services at all costs, or you risk ruining your vacation, your trip, and even your peace of mind.

‼ Warning to all drivers and transport companies! ‼

I have worked with GetTransfer for a while. At first, they paid for completed trips, but recently, they completely stopped paying me! The last payments I was supposed to receive have not been made, and I am not the only one – I know other drivers who are facing the same issue.

The system is simple: they take the money from the client, but we, the drivers, end up doing the trips at our own expense and time, without getting paid!

What happened?

My payments have been overdue for more than a month despite their 3-day payment policy.

I have sent several emails, including a final legal warning. No response!

I have called their support team multiple times, but every time I mention the unpaid amount, they hang up on me!

They ignore all attempts to communicate and refuse to give any update about pending payments.

Conclusion:

🚨 GetTransfer starts off by paying, but then they stop completely! They continue collecting money from customers, while drivers provide the service at their own cost, without receiving their payment.

If you are a driver or transport company, be extremely cautious working with GetTransfer – you might end up working for free!

OVER EXPENSIVE CAB AGGREATOR THEY CHARGE APPROX 40 PERCENT HIGHER THAN NORMAL FARE FOR ANY PLACEI had a terrible experience with GetTransfers. First of all, their charges are ridiculously high compared to other services. What's even worse is that despite paying in advance, the vendors on arrival still ask for payment! It seems like GetTransfers is not paying them properly, and they leave you in an awkward situation, forced to pay again or risk missing your transfer. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I would strongly advise avoiding this service. It's a headache you don't need!
