VIP treatment! We were met by our driver in the Arrivals hall at Madrid airport. He took my wife's suitcase, escorted us to the car, loaded our luggage, and took us to the door of the hotel. The perfect transfer!

It was a good transfer although on the toll road the driver couldn't pay the fare for some reasons. There seemed to be a problem with the tag on the dashboard. I was getting a little nervous but everything was resolved and it was all fine after that.

The trip was short but very comfortable. The driver was very friendly and gave us all first class treatment. He made the journey as easy as possible and it went very smoothly, especially as most of us needed to be dropped off at different places. I would definitely repeat.

I still haven't been paid for December 2022, and it's already February 2024! Every time I ask about it through email, they "politely " delay and say they'll fix it. They might reply politely to this review too, but honestly, they're just like thieves pretending to be a proper company with their polite responses.

They arrived on time and were very friendly and professional. The car was had plenty of space and was air conditioned and clean. It was the same when they picked us up from the hotel and drove us back to the airport.

Have to say that our ride with GetTransfer exceeded expectations. We booked an economy transfer, but the driver's attitude and service were top class! We have already booked the return trip.

I booked the transfer in a couple of minutes, the website makes everything very clear. The driver contacted me in advance and told me the best place to meet at the airport. On time, responsive, and inexpensive.

Respect to the driver. He arrived early, which was very helpful as the traffic on the way to Heathrow Airport was really heavy, so we had some breathing room and didn't need to anxiously keep checking our watches.

Bad hotline service too

Antalya - Manavgat. We could only select from a range of minivans for some reason but it didn't seem more expensive than usual. At first I was worried that the journey would take a long time, but we arrived in 35 minutes. It was so comfortable I wouldn't have minded if it had been a bit longer :)

Good follow up comms after booking. A very professional driver greeted us at Lisbon airport and guided us to his car while asking how our flight was and if we had been to Lisbon before. Very good value.

Transparent prices that seem to be in line with other transfer companies. We were in contact with the driver the night before, so knew he would be there. Reliable. Can definitely recommend to others.

Khasan sent a message the day before to confirm the pick up time. The flight landed early but we had decided to have lunch at the airport as the children were very hungry. I recommend Gettransfer.

All good with my transfer from Istanbul airport to my hotel and back again four days later. Everything was perfect, very clear instructions for the pick up points too.

We received an email containing the driver's contact details, so we knew it was trustworthy. The transfer went very well. We were met on time, the driver took my wife's suitcase, and he drove very calmly.

I recommend this company 100%. Our flight was delayed for almost one hour and we than had to wait 20 minutes for our luggage. But the driver waited for us and stayed in touch which really did help to ease the stress.

We give 5 stars because our driver and our car were brilliant. Everything went to plan. Nothing more to say except that we will be booking again through the website.

Our driver was there despite the fact our plane was delayed by over an hour - he had been tracking the flight. If only the airline was as efficient as Gettransfer.

This was my first booking. The great thing is that you receive multiple options that show driver ratings and pictures of the vehicles. And after you book the communications are nice and clear.
