Avoid like the plague!

Booked a transport, for what I though was a very good deal. Next day I got the following message:

"I am writing to you to inform you that the current carrier will not be able to perform your ride *******. This behaviour of the driver is inappropriate and we will take serious measures to him.

We would like to inform you that we can offer Hyundai Kona, 2023 - LT23 UPS for you but the price is higher. We will cover some difference in prices, but still, there is an amount to be paid extra. Do you agree to pay extra 47 £?"

I paid the extra £47, only to be told later that they actually had to find another driver:

"We will inform you about a replacement shortly."

Was told over the phone that it will take 24 hours. None was provided so I called in and asked for a refund and how much will they refund, they said the full amount, about £152.

So I cancelled the transfer and asked for a refund and I was told the following:

"2) We can launch a refund of the payment made to your bank account. Please, notice that it may take up to 30 business days."

When asked for a refund and the total amount refunded, they emailed the following:

"You will get refund 136£"

So they made about £15 profit for a service that they cancelled. That's misleading and a scam. I would avoid like the plague!

Now they don't want to answer my phone calls

I used gettransfer to go from Newark airport to downtown Manhattan. I was very happy with the service from start to finish. The driver was on time, very friendly and helpful, and he helped me to carry my bags up to the second floor at no extra cost. Thanks!

I have come to almost rely on your site when I go overseas. The drivers are always polite and arrive on time. The process are always fair. It saves me having to risk local taxis when I don't know the prices or the area.

Very polite and professional driver. High recommend. Had a little conversation without feeling artificial. But he was also quick to see that I was not really in a chatty mood after the flight and let me rest, which I appreciated.

First time but definitely not the last. The driver was waiting exactly where I specified, so no trouble finding the car. He was very friendly and go tout to greet me. Overall, the journey was very confortable and much cheaper than if I had used a regular taxi.

Everything went pretty well. The meeting at the airport took a little longer then expected because the driver was stuck in a queue outside. He did send a message to tell me. The ride from the hotel back to the airport was perfect. I would certainly use Gettransfer again.

Nice easy app and punctual service provided. The cars were comfortable and in great condition. The driver were all friendly too which made the trips more enjoyable.

The pick up from the hotel was good and the driver was in touch with me before the ride. I think Gettransfer is very good value for money, especially with that responsive service that reassures you. Thank you

Right on time both at airport on arrival when we arrived and also on departure from our hotel. Great drivers. Happy to help with our suitcases like it was the natural thing to do, which was appreciated.

The driver never showed up. They claimed they made a refund of my money, but I didn't get anything. They would not even give me the receipt to show me the refund was made. SCAM

Ordering a taxi through the app only took a couple of minutes. 10 minutes after my booking was confirmed, the car turned up. I was very very impressed as it was late at night, so special thanks to David the driver.

Punctuality, friendliness, availability, customer service all top class. A pleasant round trip in NY despite the roadworks. Very good driving. Clean, comfortable vehicle and no extra charges or last minute increases!

We used gettransfer for a trip between two airports, so it was the ultimate airport transfer! It was really comfortable, very clean car. The driver was very attentive. It could have been stressful, but they made it a very good experience. If we have the opportunity we will use them again.

Unfortunately I had to start my booking over 3 times. I don't know whether it was the app on the internet connection. Anyway, got it done and the driver was in touch soon after. He arrived on time. The car was ok. I booked a return trip at the first atempt!

The app works well. I booked a return journey from the airport to my hotel and the drivers were very pleasant both ways. They were on time and they even sent messages to let me they had arrived. I'm very pleased with the service.

Ordering was easy and quick - I just entered the date and departure and arrival locations in the app and chose the best offer. The car arrived on time. The driver was polite and offered to help with my luggage.

I took a ride from Bangkok airport to my hotel. The driver was polite and smartly dressed. He helped to put my luggage in the trunk and opened the door, which was a nice gesture. The price was pretty reasonable too.

We arrived at Changi airport on time. Rather than just waiting and then pulling away, the driver got out and helped me to unload my luggage. I was very happy with the experience and will use GetTransfer next time I go away.

I Got cheap ride then Uber and accept immediately it was the mistake. I almost robbed, never again, thanks lord.

The language barrier made our ride a little more complicated that it probably needed to be. But gettransfer offered the best price compared to the other companies I checked. Would book with them again, but maybe request a driver who speaks English.
