I was very pleased with the whole experience and was also very grateful to both the driver and the customer support agent for their professionalism and excellent service. I will definitely book with them again.
We flew from Rome to Barcelona and the driver was waiting in the Arrivals hall despite a two hour flight delay! He had even texted to let us know he was monitoring the flight and would be there. The return journey was also fine. So impressed with everything, we will book again next time!

The car arrived 10 minutes early, which was a pleasant surprise and meant we didn't have to keep anxiously checking our watches. The driver was very polite and helped my parents with their bags, which was very much appreciated.

Usually it's hard to go anywhere with the kids, but our driver Kostas was exceptionally patient and attentive. (then again, he should try living with them and then we'd see!) I recommend him and gettransfer.

I ordered a transfer online and then had to contact customer support to change the pick-up time. The confirmation of the change came in 10 mins. The driver was punctual, professional and friendly so no complaints whatsoever.

We ordered a transfer from the airport to our hotel in Palermo old town. We paid upfront as soon as we booked and received all the details soon after. The driver was friendly, the car was clean. All very pleasant.

Good service on both the outward and return journeys with two different drivers. The first was quite young but very polite and friendly. The second was a little older, we enjoyed a good discussion with him during the journey.

Booked a Gettransfer for a family trip and it was an excellent experience. Ordering was a very simple process through the mobile app. The driver arrived on time, which was very important for us as a family with small children.

The price was pretty reasonable considering the distance to the airport and the late night journey. I was very happy with every aspect of the transfer from easy booking to on time pick up to nice driver :)

We use gettransfer for business trips. It seems to work the same way all over the world (so far) - and it works well. The admin side is all very clear and simple too - very little time spent on expenses. Count us as very satisfied customers!

We were in Rome a few days ago and the drivers were super prompt! We had to change the time of our return transfer but there was no problem, no extra charges or penalties. We will book with you again for sure!

I don't recommend them. Real thieves. They don't pay money. They haven't returned my hard-earned money for over a year. All they say in response to my messages is that they are very sorry and will pay, but it has been more than a year. The worst part is that you spend money on gas to take their client, they take all the money, and don't pay you anything. Real thieves.

The driver met us in the Arrivals section as soon as we came out. The return transfer was on time so no stressing or hassle, just a super smooth service. Thank you for helping make our vacation that little more relaxing!

The driver was waiting at the airport with a large clear name sign and we spotted him as soon as we came out. Friendly and helpful service with a nice car. We have used gettransfer several times already and this always seems to be the case.

Avoid like the plague!
Booked a transport, for what I though was a very good deal. Next day I got the following message:
"I am writing to you to inform you that the current carrier will not be able to perform your ride *******. This behaviour of the driver is inappropriate and we will take serious measures to him.
We would like to inform you that we can offer Hyundai Kona, 2023 - LT23 UPS for you but the price is higher. We will cover some difference in prices, but still, there is an amount to be paid extra. Do you agree to pay extra 47 £?"
I paid the extra £47, only to be told later that they actually had to find another driver:
"We will inform you about a replacement shortly."
Was told over the phone that it will take 24 hours. None was provided so I called in and asked for a refund and how much will they refund, they said the full amount, about £152.
So I cancelled the transfer and asked for a refund and I was told the following:
"2) We can launch a refund of the payment made to your bank account. Please, notice that it may take up to 30 business days."
When asked for a refund and the total amount refunded, they emailed the following:
"You will get refund 136£"
So they made about £15 profit for a service that they cancelled. That's misleading and a scam. I would avoid like the plague!

Answer: . WARNING. Driver didn't show and cost me £90 more. Prior to booking this company I asked how I would find my driver and was told by 'Nick | Team Leader of Support Division' that my driver would meet me in the Arrival's Hall holding a card with my name on it. On this basis I booked and paid £88.88 for my private transport to and from Benidorm. However on the actual day of my travel an email was sent to me informing me that the driver would meet me outside Costa coffee at the airport and I was to call him when I arrived. I arrived at Costa coffee at 7:15. Pm. I had no information of how to contact him nor had his phone number, also I had no internet or telephone connection so could not do anything but wait there assuming that he would come and look for us. We waited 40 minutes with no sign of him, my wife asked several officials of the parking outside Costa coffee but no one had heard of the company. I therefore decided to pay the 100 euros taxi fare to get to my hotel. I contacted Gettransfers and cancelled my return journey because I had no confidence that a driver of yours would arrive to take me to the airport to catch my plane home. I have contacted gettransfers asking for refund after dozens of emails they refunded half of my payment and after another round of emails they have refunded the other half of my payment into 'a gettranfers account' so that I ca use it on another booking. As if I am stupid enough to use them again, So No I did not get my money back I shall now be taking gettransfers to County Court for full compensation, iam not bothered about the money just want a County Court Judgment against them. I would advise everyone to steer clear of this cowboy company. Go with a trusted company
Answer: Do not use them - they are a SCAM You prepay - they do not turn up - they offer you a credit only even though they never turned up Never ever trust them
