Attention arnaque! Nous avons réservé un transfert de l'aéroport de Newark à Manhattan, notre vol a eu du $#*!, comme demandé nous avons prévenu de notre $#*!, nous avons reçu des messages nous disant de ne pas nous inquiéter mais le chauffeur n'a pas pu attendre, Gettransfert estime que nous ne sommes présentés et refuse tout remboursement ou geste commercial. De plus nous avons payé 140€, nous avons pris un uber à l'aéroport et n'avons payé que 65€. Nous allons saisir la DGCCRF et tous les organismes officiels européens pour éviter à d'autres consommateurs d'être victimes. Ce sont des voleurs fuyez!
All in all, it was a good transfer. For some reason there were only minivans to choose from, but it didn't affect the speed of the trip and the price was reasonable enough. I would use them again.

I recommend gettransfer and especially our driver Kerimoglu in Istanbul. He was a real pro. He carried our suitcases to the airport entrance, and even gave advice on souvenirs. Thank you!

Its a huge scam company for both sides, they do not pay the drivers their money with unbelieveable exuses, there for the drivers do not show up for the rides after they fed up asking for their money, and the passengers ends up waiting for hours because they try to con another driver to do the job,
They actually charge nearly 30% commision to both sides, but they keep it all for theirself
Its the worst company i worked with as a driver, i cant get my money even i am one of best sellections which means i have done my job properly

My driver was waiting for me in the arrivals area with a sign showing my name. It was a good first impression which was reinforced by the rest of the transfer. The driver was polite, helped with my luggage, and drove well.

Arthuro helped me with my luggage and when I got it in the car he offered me a bottle of water. He was very friendly, we had a good chat and he gave me a couple of tips for local places to eat. The car was very clean and smelled nice.

Easy to book and my fabulous driver made the transfer easy too. There was a lot of traffic in Paris, but he knew where we were going and how to get there quickly all without gps.

The app worked as flawlessly in Barcelona as everywhere else I've used it, it's so handy. We chose a car, paid in advance, were met in Arrivals, and were on our way to the hotel within just a few minutes.

Great! Everything was really good for the price we paid, although when we landed in Lisbon the driver didn't have a sign as requested so it was difficult to find him. Everything else was spot on.

Hi, the worse company ever! For the 3rd time they disappointed us. the first 2 times their drivers never showed up and we were a large group going to the airpot so ended up being late as we had to find 2 alternative ways of transport and we wasted time once we understood that Get Transfer is just not a reliable company with reliable drivers. And the last one was yesterday... a driver showed up with a van so dirty and smelled like garlic all over... none of us could get in as the smell was so srtong. I raised my issues each time and it took me 3 times to understand that not only they will NOT refund you your money NOR give you a credit. It's just a bad company overall and I would never use them again.

The pick up at the airport was just so convenient. The driver arrived even a little early and let us know he was waiting and not to rush. He was really professional and polite, as expected.

It's absurd to arrive on time for the bus that will take you to your hotel only to then wait for over an hour before it leaves! From now on it's Gettransfer all the way! Fast, comfortable, reliable and no need to wait for other passengers who stop to buy food in the airport.

Our flight was delayed by almost an hour but no problem! Our driver was checking it and waited for us with no problem and was friendly and so so helpful. He took us to a very new and clean car and drove well.

New car with a professional and very friendly driver. He picked us up at the hotel door, helped with our luggage so we could deal with the kids, and then took us to Naples airport very smoothly. Highly recommended.

Answer: . WARNING. Driver didn't show and cost me £90 more. Prior to booking this company I asked how I would find my driver and was told by 'Nick | Team Leader of Support Division' that my driver would meet me in the Arrival's Hall holding a card with my name on it. On this basis I booked and paid £88.88 for my private transport to and from Benidorm. However on the actual day of my travel an email was sent to me informing me that the driver would meet me outside Costa coffee at the airport and I was to call him when I arrived. I arrived at Costa coffee at 7:15. Pm. I had no information of how to contact him nor had his phone number, also I had no internet or telephone connection so could not do anything but wait there assuming that he would come and look for us. We waited 40 minutes with no sign of him, my wife asked several officials of the parking outside Costa coffee but no one had heard of the company. I therefore decided to pay the 100 euros taxi fare to get to my hotel. I contacted Gettransfers and cancelled my return journey because I had no confidence that a driver of yours would arrive to take me to the airport to catch my plane home. I have contacted gettransfers asking for refund after dozens of emails they refunded half of my payment and after another round of emails they have refunded the other half of my payment into 'a gettranfers account' so that I ca use it on another booking. As if I am stupid enough to use them again, So No I did not get my money back I shall now be taking gettransfers to County Court for full compensation, iam not bothered about the money just want a County Court Judgment against them. I would advise everyone to steer clear of this cowboy company. Go with a trusted company
