I have different experiences. On one and the car was nice and clean. The driver helped load and unload luggage. Good price and convenient app. On the other hand I had along walk to find the driver. Also he was constantly answering phone calls during the trip. I give it 4 stars out of 5 so far.

The driver was already waiting for us right outside the hotel. He spoke a little English but the main thing was that he was polite and friendly. The car was spotlessly clean as well. After this we will definitely use Gettransfer again.

Hasim waited patiently for us while we field slowly through passport control and collected our luggage. He took us directly to our hotel and was an excellent driver. I have used gettransfer A LOT in the UAE and have never been disappointed.

So much easier and more relaxing when travelling with my children. The service I received went beyond my expectations. They have become my go-to-app when traveling and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable transfer.

Everything was fine, although on the return transfer we had to wait about 20 minutes because the driver got caught in traffic. Such unforeseen circumstances should be taken into account when planning a trip.

We went through passport control, collected our luggage, walked into the arrivals hall and immediately saw our name displayed. The driver took us to the car and 15 minutes later we reached the hotel. Very clean car, very friendly driver. To be repeated!

We went from Paris CDG to our hotel. The car was clean and as pictured in the booking and also had a bottle of water in each door pocket. The driver was polite, not particularly chatty but that suited us and he drive well.

I chose my car and driver and paid straight away through the app. I then received the car and driver's details so I could contact him on Whatsapp. On the day of the trip, he actually texted me to confirm the booking. I thought that was brilliant and it meant no stressing.

Booking a transfer to Faro airport from our hotel was really easy. The car arrived early. The driver helped us load and unload our suitcases. Everything was great including the price which was lower than many other companies.

The carriers do not pay their fees, so no vehicle came to pick us up and they do not refund our money. We had to pay 3 times more money and take a taxi, otherwise we would miss our flight and lose even more money.

When we went down to the front desk, the driver was already there. We were two 'mature' woman lugging two heavy suitcases and he did not hesitate to help us. I think he got a shock at how heavy they were though! Thank you!

I was impressed by the choice of vehicles, from sedans to minivans. There were 4 of us plus our luggage, so we chose the Honda Odyssey for a very reasonable cost. Godd driver and a nice clean car. Recommended.

Traveling with my young son I wanted to make life as easy as possible and booked a transfer to meet me at the airport. The driver was waiting in Arrivals. He took my case. The child seat was fitted. The price was competitive.
