As soon as we landed we received a message from the driver explaining exactly where to meet. We did not wait for the bus like many other guests and got to the hotel way faster. We had checked in and unpacked before they arrived!
All I had to do was enter the pick up location, destination, time and date. I then chose the option from a list of different cars and prices. After payment, I could contact the driver and clarify the details of the transfer to make sure. Easy and reliable.

I had to change the pickup date and sent a request. They made the change quickly at no extra cost. The driver confirmed he was en route and picked us up a little ahead of time. The vehicle was clean and spacious and he drove safely.

Difficult to make changes to the boking. It took me about 20 minutes of emailing with customer support (who were helpful) to change the pick up point. My driver arrived 10 minutes early but didn't rush me. I recommend gettransfer.

Cancelled 3 hours before pickup. On top of that, I had to follow up a dozen times to finally get the refund. I ended up paying a ton out of pocket to make last minute arrangements. Avoid this company!

This was my first trip I was very satisfied with everything. The driver arrived on time, even a little early, and drove very well. On a personal note, I appreciate that that at the time he picked me up he didn't start to chat. I think he saw that I was very tried and preferred not to talk. I am very grateful for that.

The customer service was fantastic and we received confirmation by text soon after booking. The drivers were very friendly and even called ahead to tell me they were on their way. I would totally recommend and use this company again! Cheaper than regular taxi in Rome.

I am delighted to share my opinion of my driver Deniz in Dubai. I was lucky enough to travel with him in a large BMW saloon car, and was impressed by his kindness, courtesy and good attitude throughout the journey. He demonstrated a great sense of customer service and excellent interpersonal skills. Faultless, thank you.
I changed my hotel, so I had to change my transfer. You can't do it yourself, so I had to write to customer service. A bit of a pain but it only took a few minutes and I got the new details confirmed by email. The transfer went without problems - clean car and punctual driver.
Booked and paid for the transfer in literally 1 minute. You can immediately see the driver rating and photos of the car - it's easy to make a choice. The driver contacted me in advance via messaging. He met us with a sign with the child seat all ready. The price doesn't seem any cheaper or more expensive then the competition but now I know they are reliable.
Passing through the controls in La Guardia takes an awfully long time - about 1,5 hours. Our driver had apparently arrived 10 minutes early too so he wasn't overly happy when met us. But at least he didn't leave us stranded. Plus it's much better than sing a yellow cab where you have to pay at the end of the ride. So as far as we were concerned it was still a good experience and we recommend it.
Although we were initially suspicious because we saw a few bad reviews, everything worked out well. Our plane was 40 minutes late but the driver tracked the flight and was waiting. The return from our hotel worked just as well. We are happy to book with gettransfer again.
Nice ride from JFK to downtown Manhattan. The driver was exactly on time and also available by phone, he was very considerate and pleasant to chat with, helpful with the suitcases and he also drove carefully and quietly. The toll road was included in the price.

At the pickup he phoned and guided us to the car. He was friendly and professional and dropped our pasengers off at the 3 specified stops exactly as agreed. The driver was very careful yet drove us to our accommodation quickly. It was great that the driver arrived early and took us round to where our luggage was stored after check out, which saved us trailing it back around to our pickup location. Well Done!
We had scheduled a cab from the airport Rixos Belek Hotel. The driver was already waiting for us with a board showing our name. We were transported in a Luxury Mercedes van. The only disadvantage was that the driver did not speak English and no conversation was possible. He dropped us off in front of the door and also helped with the suitcases. We used his cab a few more times during the rest of the vacation and each time everything was fine.
Quickly found the driver in the crowd. Traffic was painfully slow from the airport Manhattan, but I can't say that an alternative route would have been faster. The driver was very competent and quickly changed to lanes that were moving again. I commended him for his driving skills.
Great service. Ordered a transfer at the end of March from Bologna airport to Pesaro and then back again a month later. Quickly received confirmation about the booking and price along with the driver's phone number. The drivers were punctual and polite. I can strongly recommend them and I will use them again.
Answer: . WARNING. Driver didn't show and cost me £90 more. Prior to booking this company I asked how I would find my driver and was told by 'Nick | Team Leader of Support Division' that my driver would meet me in the Arrival's Hall holding a card with my name on it. On this basis I booked and paid £88.88 for my private transport to and from Benidorm. However on the actual day of my travel an email was sent to me informing me that the driver would meet me outside Costa coffee at the airport and I was to call him when I arrived. I arrived at Costa coffee at 7:15. Pm. I had no information of how to contact him nor had his phone number, also I had no internet or telephone connection so could not do anything but wait there assuming that he would come and look for us. We waited 40 minutes with no sign of him, my wife asked several officials of the parking outside Costa coffee but no one had heard of the company. I therefore decided to pay the 100 euros taxi fare to get to my hotel. I contacted Gettransfers and cancelled my return journey because I had no confidence that a driver of yours would arrive to take me to the airport to catch my plane home. I have contacted gettransfers asking for refund after dozens of emails they refunded half of my payment and after another round of emails they have refunded the other half of my payment into 'a gettranfers account' so that I ca use it on another booking. As if I am stupid enough to use them again, So No I did not get my money back I shall now be taking gettransfers to County Court for full compensation, iam not bothered about the money just want a County Court Judgment against them. I would advise everyone to steer clear of this cowboy company. Go with a trusted company
