It has been a very pleasant experience. When we arrived at the airport the driver was waiting for us and took us to the hotel we had booked with no stress at all. Also the driver back to the airport was very friendly. Very happy with their services.
Everything was as expected and super organized. We had booked the transfer from our hotel in the City to London Heathrow Airport. We would like to make special mention of our driver Anurag who took us back to London Heathrow, he was absolutely top class. He was a helpful, entertaining, and pleasant driver. We highly recommend him and would ride with him again enytime. He engaged us and our children in conversation and so also let us participate in London life.
I always book transfer in Thailand with Gettransfer. Twice I forgot things in the car: my purse and then my phone slipped out of my pocket. Both times the drivers brought them to me without any problems. I appreciate that I can trust them. SUPER service.

We used gettransfer in Dubai. The experience was very good, especially as we booked less then 15 hours beforehand and no other company let us book on such short notice. The driver was very king and was waiting for us. Already booked the return trip with them.
Ideal transfer service. You get a confirmation well in advance with the details of the driver. On arrival I got a message to confirm where he was waiting with a name sign. Then for the pick up from our hotel the driver sent a message that he was coming.
Perfectly organized with a very friendly driver in aqwell maintained vehicle. He told us some useful information for our stay and even helped us to communicate (in Spanish) with the owner of our apartment, so that the contact person was already on site. It does not get better than this.
Our driver Anurak was very friendly and helpful. He helped us find our hard-to-find apartment by using his private phone to contact the host and always kept calm. Without him we would probably still be looking! The vehicle was very clean and cool. The driver wore a mask the entire trip.
On time and reliable pickup. User friendly online booking, although to make a change to my booking I had to email customer support, which was easy enough. We will certainly book another transfer on our next trip.
A bit more expensive than a local taxi I think but the service is there. Very friendly drivers who carry your suitcases and open the door of their usually a top of the range cars. You even get a reminder on your mobile with name of the driver and number plate. Highly recommend.
Very good pick up at the airport as well as at the hotel for the return trip. Serious driving and friendly drivers for the 2 trips. They helped us to carry the luggage and were very polite. For first trip there was a change of driver but we were warned in advance.

I was recently in Istanbul and used gettransfer several times. The drivers were polite and friendly. They spoke English, which was important for me since I don't speak Turkish. The prices were reasonable and in line with local rates.

They are super attentive and willing to help. I made several bookings for a work group. For one transfer I made a mistake in the time and had to change it twice. Excellent attention from the customer service. Our flight landed 35 min early so they gave us option to take another smaller car straight away. We accepted since we did not have many suitcases. The car was very clean and the driver was very nice.

Driver was very punctual. Good communications and my queries were answered quickly on WhatsApp. The loading and unloading of our luggage went smoothly - especially at the airport, which is not easy with so much traffic around.

The first driver arrived, but he had tires in his trunk so we couldn't fit our bags in. So we had to wait another 15 minutes for the next driver? Who was great. Thank you to the customer support for quickly finding a replacement and getting us on the plane.

Everything worked well although the driver on 14.03.2023 from the airport to the hotel drove too fast for me (I should say that he didn't break any speed limits though). The driver on the return trip on 19.03.2023 was very good, nice, and friendly.

10.03. Sharm El-Sheikh. Roomy car for four people plus suitcases. The driver's English was good enough for us to understand each other. We asked him to stop at the shop to get snacks. Our thanks to him and to the company!

We were unable to connect to the internet at JFK airport and could not contact the driver. It's a good thing the front desk worked helped us out. The driver was waiting in the car instead of the arrivals area for some reason. The rest of the trip was fine. Pleasant driver, clean and comfortable car.

The driver picked us up from the hotel on time. On the way we stopped twice because the driver was checking something in the car. He only spoke Italian so we couldn't even ask what was wrong. There were no problems on the second trip.

Answer: . WARNING. Driver didn't show and cost me £90 more. Prior to booking this company I asked how I would find my driver and was told by 'Nick | Team Leader of Support Division' that my driver would meet me in the Arrival's Hall holding a card with my name on it. On this basis I booked and paid £88.88 for my private transport to and from Benidorm. However on the actual day of my travel an email was sent to me informing me that the driver would meet me outside Costa coffee at the airport and I was to call him when I arrived. I arrived at Costa coffee at 7:15. Pm. I had no information of how to contact him nor had his phone number, also I had no internet or telephone connection so could not do anything but wait there assuming that he would come and look for us. We waited 40 minutes with no sign of him, my wife asked several officials of the parking outside Costa coffee but no one had heard of the company. I therefore decided to pay the 100 euros taxi fare to get to my hotel. I contacted Gettransfers and cancelled my return journey because I had no confidence that a driver of yours would arrive to take me to the airport to catch my plane home. I have contacted gettransfers asking for refund after dozens of emails they refunded half of my payment and after another round of emails they have refunded the other half of my payment into 'a gettranfers account' so that I ca use it on another booking. As if I am stupid enough to use them again, So No I did not get my money back I shall now be taking gettransfers to County Court for full compensation, iam not bothered about the money just want a County Court Judgment against them. I would advise everyone to steer clear of this cowboy company. Go with a trusted company
Answer: Do not use them - they are a SCAM You prepay - they do not turn up - they offer you a credit only even though they never turned up Never ever trust them
