We were 8 adults and needed to travel together, so we booked a van. GetTransfer's price was the cheapest of all the companies we looked at. Although we were confused when we arrived and waited in the wrong place, or driver found us. Great service - many thanks.

Nice Mercedes minibus was on time at Madrid Airport (even though the flight was delayed), the child seat was already fitted, and we got to the ferry with no stress despite the very tight schedule. Friendly, skilled, and competent driver.

Fantastic driver for our trip to Madrid. He was there at the agreed time but then he had to wait an hour for us due to baggage handling problems. But he did so without any grumbling and at no extra cost. Much appreciated.

I booked a transfer for 2 adults and 2 kids from our hotel to Paris Disneyland. The driver was on time, waited for us at the reception, helped us with the stroller, and then took us to the van provided which had the 2 children seats. The driver was friendly and efficient, and the van in excellent condition. We had a very good trip. I recommend it.

This company is not RELIABLE. I reserved a round trip for January 2 -7 2023 between JFK and a hotel in Times Square. It cost me $334.02. The first trip went without a problem. For the 2nd trip, the night before I confirmed it, because it was going to be at 1am and I wanted to be relax. At the time indicated the driver didn't showed up. I contact GetTransfer through Telegram and he/she tried to contact the driver but didn't have response. He / She wrote "Please apply to our email address: *******@gettransfer.com describing your negative experience, our e-mail specialists will provide you with further instructions regarding the payment you did.
In this situation, we can offer you to start searching for local transport. We do sorry for the inconvenience you have to face."

At 1:30am I had to contact UBER and in 3 mins I had a vehicle to takes us to JFK. I wrote GetTransfer for the refund of $167.01 of that 2nd trip and they don't want to refund my money. They want to keep it in the account I have with them for a future trip, but I don't want to travel again with them. THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE!

They now says that their User's Agreement establishes that the balance will be returned to their account.

Also there are messages from drivers who allege they are not paid for their services.

Both the arrival and departure worked well. We had a small problem meeting on the day of return because we couldn't make any phone calls but they solved everything via email. The drivers were very nice and drove safely. Everything was perfect!
