Easy to book and pay. The company tracks the flight. It's a cool feature because my flights always seem to late. Our friendly driver was waiting for us with a name board. We will book with gettransfer again for sure.

I have been using gettransfer for almost a year and have been satisfied. Transfers go smoothly, the cars are clean and comfortable. All the drivers have been very professional without exception. And it's really convenient that I can order a trip and pay for it online. The prices are pleasantly surprising too.

Quick and easy search for transfers in any city. I have already used it in Dubai, Berlin, Chicago. All offers are usually cheaper than other platforms. I also liked how easy it was to book and recommend the Gettransfer app.

On business trips I travel alone. I don't think it's always a good idea for a woman to use a regular car in unfamiliar cities. I use Gettransfer because you can see the full information: driver's name, contacts and car number. It makes me feel safe which is really important to me.

Easy to order. Drivers were polite and arrive on time both ways. In both cases the level of driving was excellent, especially on the uphill roads of POsada de Valdeon. The cars were neat and comfortable and the cost affordable. I would certainly use again.

Super easy to book. The driver arrived a little early to miss the rush hour. He immediately took care of the luggage and was super friendly. We were picked up with a great car in which not not a speck of dust was to be found! Everything was perfect!

I'm really glad I chose gettransfer. The driver arrived 10 minutes early and took me to the airport without any stress. The price was also very reasonable, especially considering the convenience and comfort.

The reservation says that the waiting time at the airport is 60 minutes. When the flight was very delayed, I was worried that I would have to take a cab. It was a pleasant surprise that the driver was there to meet us. Thank you so much!

The driver arrived on time and met us at the agreed location at ABu Dhabi airport. The car was in perfect condition - clean and fresh. He advised us to dress warmer as it was quite chilly for Abu Dhabi. The second trip to Etihad Arena also went very well.

I booked two transfers in Turkey. Everything went great but with one drawback. The first car was a pretty old camry, 2002 at best. On the return trip a new nissan arrived and improved the experience. Both drivers were good by the way.

I booked with this company for a pick up transfer in Tokyo Japan. First transfer went smoothly. They send you a email with a 5% discount for a return trip.
I booked and paid a premium price for a 2023 van as we had our two grandchildren with us. Just before it was to arrive they said we were to be picked up in a 1997 van ( 26 years old) I was unhappy about that so first alarm bell.
We waited at our hotel for the transfer pick up and it NEVER arrived. 45 minutes of waiting and we had a international flight to get. We almost missed our flight and were the last passengers to check in. I called the driver and they said can you wait another 30 minutes! I said impossible as we will miss our flight.

The driver said they had refunded me (photo below) as it was their mistake - this would have been ok as I had to pay for another transfer. But NO - get transfer only offer a credit even though they cancelled the booking- they can NOT be trusted and are a scam company- be very aware of booking a return transfer with them as this is how I got scammed. Scammed me on the model year of van (2023 to 1997) which I paid a premium for then never showed up!
Driver texted me to say they missed the details of my booking.
Also a lot of reviews say they do not pay their drivers- DO NOT use them - first time I have been scammed in my life

Still no refund and one month later

ATENTION TO ALL DRIVER, THEY STOP PAYING! I am a driver and when I start to work they pay me two times smal amount, then I trust them and I work a lot 1 mounth (december), I drive for 2000 eur, and they didnt pay me, they have time to 10.01.2023 for pay, I ask where is my money and they said wait to end of March.

The website is easy enough to use. Just enter the journey details and the app shows you the options. If you wait you get more offers. After booking a trip from Izmir Airport, a notification came with the full details of the driver. Great trip, good price.

Easy to use. The drivers did their job professionally, arrived on time and were very friendly. The cars are clean and comfortable. Prices are affordable, and when booking a trip you can choose additional services - child seat or English language. I liked it.

They have drivers who don't show up in fact look at reviews all over the internet I doubt even if these drivers exists. This site makes money by cheating people and absolute fraud. I paid for the rides from airport there was no taxi or anything to pick up, they promised refunding money and later turned around and said it will be credited to get transfer account all of which is fraud, why would anyone want to use this site again after appalling service and absolute lies and fraud. It was a quick and comfortable trip to Val Gardena. The driver was friendly and helpful and the car was clean and comfortable. The cost of the trip was very good. I recommend this service to others and will use it again.

Thanks to gettransfer I traveled around Italy and enjoyed a very positive experience. The app offers a big choice of many cars in any city. I always chose an SUV for more space and comfort and was happy each time. Also the drivers were polite and friendly. Thank you!
