I was impressed with how easy and hassle-free it was to order a transfer. Everything was very professional and friendly. The driver was on time and did everything possible to ensure a comfortable and safe trip.

Booked a car to Heathrow Airport. I usually use a regular cab but because of the early departure I wanted the reassurance of booking a transfer. Very good service for planning trips

Arrived on time and with a baby seat ready for my daughter. The car was spacious and warm. This is my second ride with Gettransfer and not the last. We no longer have the stress of traveling with a toddler.

The flight was delayed for an hour and a half. Thanks to Nabi my driver for waiting. He also carried my suitcases to the hotel reception. Even better than expected.

We were a group of 4 people. We booked a minivan for us and lots of luggage including our skis! Everything went well. Punctual and friendly driver. We have already recommended gettransfer to our friends.

Very good especially if you have small children. Drivers are always on time, cars are clean and comfortable. Our return flight was at 6 am, at 3 am the driver was already at our hotel. Our family enjoyed a stress-free experience.

Avoid at all cost. Ordered transfer From airport to hotel in Antalya. Was waiting for the driver for 40 min, had to contact driver few times while were waiting, he replied only once saying that he stick and will be 10 min late, then he stopped replying,, had to take other taxi after waiting 40 min after booked time, asked for refund, after sending 4 emails and 30 days of waiting, quality department informed that the driver provided evidence that he was there, refund rejected. Looks like SCAM company. Never again.

I went to the ski resort of Cortina d'Anpezo and it was very comfortable. The car was clean and comfortable. Frederico my driver was very pleasant and professional. He got me there with no problems and gave me some information about the area, which was very helpful

We've been using gettransfer for a year now for airport transfers and back, the service has been impeccable and courteous. I wish they would have sent a confirmation email a couple of days before the trip (to remove any doubt that they forgot about the reservation), but their drivers have always arrived on time and the prices are reasonable. I would recommend them.

Punctuality, professionalism and good driving. Both drivers very skilled and patient on the chaotic Parisian highways where traffic jams are very common every day and at all hours. Highly recommended.

After booking I got all the contacts of the driver who was supposed to pick me up. At the time of pick up I got message confirming that the driver is at the meeting point. Really a great platform for transfers.

Excellent service from Lyon airport and transfers to Chamonix. Driver was on time, even a little early. A Mercedes minivan came to pick us up. Spacious and clean. As we asked the driver installed two child seats. Most importantly, the price is very competitive.

We booked a minivan for 3 people with ski equipment. The driver arrived 10 minutes early so perfect. It's much more convenient and cheaper then local cabs esepcially with all our luggage. I recommend it for use in Germany.
