I have a disability. The company took into account all my needs. The driver found a luggage cart in advance. He helped to load and unload my luggage and he even accompanied me to the hotel reception. Thank you Faroukh!
We ordered transport via their website. We were delayed in boarding at the airport in London so the driver had to wait almost 1 hour. He was very understanding when we finally got out. Nice and friendly guy. The only downside was that he wanted tips. But the website says that additional payments to drivers are prohibited.
This site is a scam they do not pay the drivers please look at their reviews before booking they are scammers

We had booked a car to and from Treviso airport, Italy. We had an hour delay with the plane on the way there. We let the driver know this. This was no problem. He was waiting for us at the airport. We would choose this service again! Recommend

The driver never showed, never returned calls! And sending me text " I'm sorry I had a flat tire so I can't go for you"! But the app still shows THE RIDE IN PROGRESS! And after that they said the RIDE completed! This is really scams! And they still charge me for $275! Please people stay away from this service!
Don't forget to call your BANK and report the transaction and dispute!

My travel companion had a medical emergency and had to fly home from our trip to Costa Rica. She needed a ride to get to her car, so I booked a ride through gettransfer. Big mistake. They never showed up to pick her up, and when I tried to get a refund, they only offered me another ride. As if I was going to trust them to ever pick me up. I will never recommend this service. And when you give them the review they deserve, Dianne offers to look into getting you a refund, which they don't.

Excellent service. When you pay for a transfer, you immediately receive a confirmation email with all the driver, his phone number and the license plate of the vehicle. After that you receive a whatsapp message from the driver. Highly recommended. In UK gettransfer works flawlessly.

I was a driver independent and i made in the corona time about 15 trips of 2400 Swiss frank till today that chinese honkong compamy they did not paid my earned money till today they say there is pandemic and the reality there is no pandemic means that they use to make them rich without paying the debt they owe. We booked a transfer from Malaga Airport to Granada city center. We were met at airport with a sign and taken to a nice Mercedes minivan. Everything worked out well, but the driver on the way back drove a little fast and occasionally looked at his cell phone while driving. We sent a complaint to customer support and they gave us a 20 % discount for future trips. We'll definitely use gettransfer again.

A driver in a suit met us at Malaga airport with a big sign. He was more like a chauffeur rather than a driver. He assisted with our luggage and gave us water. The vehicle was a high class luxury Mercedes. I recommend this to everyone who loves comfort.

The first trip from Nicosia airport was perfect. The driver arrived on time, was polite and helped with the luggage. The return transfer didn't go as smoothly. Two hours before departure, the driver canceled the trip. We had to wait 30 minutes from support to have a replacement made for us. The new driver contacted us beforehand, and everything went great. But I take one star off my worries.

Dubai, Terminal 3. The driver didn't come. After contacting support they found me a replacement in only 15 minutes. Even so I asked for compensation. They offered me an upgrade to business class for the next booking. Thanks.

I use Gettransfer in Germany. I advise to make a note of the driver's contact details in advance and make contact on whatsapp just in case somethoing happens. They usually respond fast. I generally recommend this service.

Answer: . WARNING. Driver didn't show and cost me £90 more. Prior to booking this company I asked how I would find my driver and was told by 'Nick | Team Leader of Support Division' that my driver would meet me in the Arrival's Hall holding a card with my name on it. On this basis I booked and paid £88.88 for my private transport to and from Benidorm. However on the actual day of my travel an email was sent to me informing me that the driver would meet me outside Costa coffee at the airport and I was to call him when I arrived. I arrived at Costa coffee at 7:15. Pm. I had no information of how to contact him nor had his phone number, also I had no internet or telephone connection so could not do anything but wait there assuming that he would come and look for us. We waited 40 minutes with no sign of him, my wife asked several officials of the parking outside Costa coffee but no one had heard of the company. I therefore decided to pay the 100 euros taxi fare to get to my hotel. I contacted Gettransfers and cancelled my return journey because I had no confidence that a driver of yours would arrive to take me to the airport to catch my plane home. I have contacted gettransfers asking for refund after dozens of emails they refunded half of my payment and after another round of emails they have refunded the other half of my payment into 'a gettranfers account' so that I ca use it on another booking. As if I am stupid enough to use them again, So No I did not get my money back I shall now be taking gettransfers to County Court for full compensation, iam not bothered about the money just want a County Court Judgment against them. I would advise everyone to steer clear of this cowboy company. Go with a trusted company
