Great service. This was our first booking with Gettransfer. I give it 5 stars because the driver was on time, drove safely, had a clean car and offered us a bottle of chilled water. It was a nice bonus when it's 40 degrees outside.
We ordered a bus in advance to meet us at Heathrow airport and take us to The Dorchester hotel. The transfer was nicely organized, everything strictly in line with the schedule. During our stay we also needed to go to Liverpool and used Gettransfer as well. Both trips were comfortable and the service is really convenient. Thanks to our drivers for being punctual. You get the best value for money here.
I used Gettransfer during a trip to Spain, and for the most part I liked it. We booked a BMW and a Mercedes Benz, the price was not high. The drivers came on time, the cars were modern and clean. They helped us with bags, brought to our destination without any problems. I value safety and comfort, and Gettransfer did not let me down. The only thing I would want to change is that not all cars offer bottled water.
We booked a car for a trip to a country house 49 km from Naples. The day before GetTransfer sent a message that the designated driver would not be able to come. I was very worried, the holiday had not yet begun, and the problems had already appeared. However, they found another driver for the same price.
We went to Paris. We mentioned in advance that we needed 2 child seats when we booked. Then we reminded the driver on the chat to be sure. He said he had just one but promised to find one more and made good on his promise. Great, thanks!
The quality of this service is high: the car arrived on time and the driver was experienced, careful, and knew the less busy roads. He got us to the airport in 15 minutes, we managed to catch our floght. Thanks to the driver and to the company in general.
We couldn't find our driver when we arrived in Limassol. The Internet was not connected and it was hard to walk with the luggage. It's good that before the flight we had saved the driver's contacts and asked the airport worker to call him. The driver found us quickly, apologized and helped with luggage. We were happy with the transfer.
Thanks to my driver Furhad, I arrived quickly via the toll highway that was already included in the fare. Amazing service, he helped with my suitcase, and even used his own phone to contact the landlord who failed to reply quickly on chats. Very satisfied customer!

Booked a return transfer from Dubai to abu Dhabi. Never showed up at pick up point. And still charged me the full cost. Be very careful.
I booked a transfer from Rome Ciampino to Rome City centre recently. Gettransfer then cancelled this service saying the driver was unavailable. Now they refuse to refund my money saying I can only have a credit note for future use which they will undoubtedly cancel. So they don't provide the contacted service and they keep your money. Great SCAM!
Stay away from this horrible organisation. I booked a car and got a notification that my flight was delayed. Mentioned this 3 hours before pickup time at the airport. Lost all my money, no service and no drive. Never pay upfront, you lise your money!
Late, didn't show up. Once I called multiple times they sent a car which was old and the driver asked for full payment. Scam
Disgusting company, my flight was canceled and the driver was noticed but they did not want to refund me. Dishonest company, no gesture nothing, even if we called the driver 3h before to tell him not to come. He took my money for doing nothing. Dishonest disgusting company. I highly do not recommend. It is not nice from them.
I used getransfer for the first time on my recent holiday in Malaga. I highly recommend them. Emails and text confirmations sent through to phone so you wont forget and have your booking references to hand.
If you cancel with them you only get a credit for a future transfer, they will not refund you to the payment method you used. When I contacted them, they sent me an email stating that I had accepted their user agreement. Basically, read the (very long) fine print.
Excellent transfer provider. Easy to book. Even though our flight was delayed for 30 minutes there were no issues and the driver was there waiting for us with my name on a sign. Definitely will use again.

I have used gettransfer for years. They can be more expensive than other transfer companies but I have never been let down by them. Other companies I have used have not shown up and communication was non excellent.

First time we have used gettransfer. It was easy to book online. Our car was waiting when we landed at the airport and arrived on time for our return. The driver was very friendly. The whole thing was easy and I will definitely use gettransfer again.

For our trip the driver arrived 10 minutes early which made sure we were in good time to arrive at the airport for our flight. Again, the driver was competent, nice and friendly. I'd definitely recommend to a friend.

Answer: . WARNING. Driver didn't show and cost me £90 more. Prior to booking this company I asked how I would find my driver and was told by 'Nick | Team Leader of Support Division' that my driver would meet me in the Arrival's Hall holding a card with my name on it. On this basis I booked and paid £88.88 for my private transport to and from Benidorm. However on the actual day of my travel an email was sent to me informing me that the driver would meet me outside Costa coffee at the airport and I was to call him when I arrived. I arrived at Costa coffee at 7:15. Pm. I had no information of how to contact him nor had his phone number, also I had no internet or telephone connection so could not do anything but wait there assuming that he would come and look for us. We waited 40 minutes with no sign of him, my wife asked several officials of the parking outside Costa coffee but no one had heard of the company. I therefore decided to pay the 100 euros taxi fare to get to my hotel. I contacted Gettransfers and cancelled my return journey because I had no confidence that a driver of yours would arrive to take me to the airport to catch my plane home. I have contacted gettransfers asking for refund after dozens of emails they refunded half of my payment and after another round of emails they have refunded the other half of my payment into 'a gettranfers account' so that I ca use it on another booking. As if I am stupid enough to use them again, So No I did not get my money back I shall now be taking gettransfers to County Court for full compensation, iam not bothered about the money just want a County Court Judgment against them. I would advise everyone to steer clear of this cowboy company. Go with a trusted company
