We made 3 trips to Switzerland. The drivers were very professional, polite and courteous the entire time. Especially the first one in the impeccable car. The price was great and the communication was great, both via chat and email.

Great service from booking through to airport pickup and drop off. Drivers were friendly and courteous, both cars were immaculate. Liked that you're kept up to date via text messages about your transfers. I will definitely be using them again.

Driver arrived at the hotel ahead of schedule and was very courteous. Quality mini bus with plenty of room for the six of us. All round very satisfying. We will use gettransfer again.

This is the second time we've used gettransfer. Again a very good service - prompt, pleasant, helpful, great vehicle. The drivers are always polite and on time with quality, clean cars. Would always recommend.

This time on arrival in Palma the driver had been held up for some 15 mins but we contacted the UK Help number and they called back within 5 mins to advise where the driver was so even then the process was responsive.

The drivers were both excellent and helpful and their cars were clean. They only thing to bring to the notice of others is that the drivers can arrive early.

Perfect transfer from the airport to our villa, lovely driver very friendly and he also came and picked us up. Great that he was waiting for us even though our flight was delayed by 2 hours.

We had to wait at Nice airport for nearly 2 hours for the taxi, having been told the taxi had broken down. They did not park in the same place as the other taxis, which made me think they were not legitimate. I had informed them we had 4 large bags and they sent a small car and had great difficulty getting them all in. The driver then drove like a lunatic, which worried us all with the heavy bags in the back. He was on time for the return journey with the same vehicle, this time he could not fit the bags in the back, so one of them had to go in the front with the passenger. We asked him to drive slowly, with not much effect. I would definitely not recommend this company, very unhelpful and totally unreliable.

Driver insisted on knowing all about our flight (understandable so he could track it) and we kept him updated all the way when the flight was delayed by a bit. He said it wasn't a problem. Literally 10 mins later as we went to find him he was nowhere to be seen. I called him and he'd left without telling us. I complained but was refused a refund because my flight was delayed (even though the driver was given a 5hr advance notice of this by me!).

Great experience! Especially for the price. Both drivers were on time, easy to find and very polite. Made the transfer from the airport to the hotel so easy. Would 100% use again.

Booked a return from Malaga airport to Mijas Pueblo at a very good price. On time and helpful drivers, would highly recommend. We have used gettransfer in the past too and they have been excellent.

Driver turned up early in a very clean Mercedes. Trip to the airport was quick and easy. Driver was amazing to talk to with lots of stories and information about Dubrovnik. Would definitely recommend!

Transfers couldn't have been any easier and were fuss free. At both ends of our journey the drivers were there waiting for us and on time. Will most definitely use again and would recommend to all. A good start and finish to our holiday. Thank you again.

Great experience with gettransfer. Booking was very easy. Only slight issue came when I tried to add the full address details of our accommodation online & had to use the online chat facility for assistance, however they were great, polite and efficient.

I had received the confirmed travel time 24th before. I called customer service who explained all the neccessary information for using the transfer. I was promptly sent a departure time via email.

We travelled as a group of 6 so needed a larger vehicle for our transfer. This was supplied at a very competitive price and I would not hesitate to recommend this company. Totally professional all the way.

The staff were friendly and super helpful, and the cars were clean and in great condition.

Great pick up and drop off to/from alicante airport. My grandson was sick in car and the driver was extremely helpful and understanding. Would highly recommend this service and very cost effective too!
