Transfer from Hurghada to Marsa-Alam was a smooth journey. The driver was waiting for us although we were late in the airport due to a long queue. The driver was professional and spoke reasonably well English. Thanks for a positive experience!

It was very helpful as one of our travellers is disabled. The driver treated him with great care, the return journey was also on time & very comfortable, the prices are very reasonable, would have no hesitation in recommending this service.

This service was first class - both for time and politeness. I had to change my time midweek and this was facilitated without any fuss.

Booked two different journeys from different countries, both drivers turned up on time, both cars clean. Minor problem finding driver on one trip which was my fault for not reading the instructions properly.

Carrier was courteous and friendly and the vehicle was impeccable and a comfortable ride to the hotel. On the return journey to the airport a different driver also friendly. Arrived 15 minutes earlier to pick us up at the hotel, the vehicle was very clean inside. I will rate this service 5 Stars and value for money.

Please people be very careful when booking with this fraud company. I made a booking for €330 and had to change the dates and the new dates did not suit the driver, so i had to cancel the booking, i was told it would be refunded to my personal account which i thought they meant my bank account, so i re -booked a new 1 with the new dates on my card only to then be told that i will be given credit to use with them, so i have spent almost €700 on a transfer as i wont need to use them again they are refusing to refund to my card absolute shambolic company please be really carefull

I have ordered a service at Vienna Airport a week ago. Flight was in time. Driver never showed up. When trying to contact him there was only voicemail.
When contacting Gettransfer and saking for my money to be refunded i was pit on hold with cheap excused that they are currently trying to contact their 'quality' department... what an sad joke. They never refunded the money and i had to ask my creditcard company to block this payment. WHAT A SCAM!

Good app, received offers, studied the rating of carriers, chose the most suitable one. Everything is simple. You can pay for everything at once or partially. It's easy and handy. I recommend it.

This was the first time we had used GETTRANSFER and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Communication was great to advise of pick up times, etc. Both drivers were very pleasant and courteous, arrived promptly, the minibuses were in excellent condition and very clean and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Many thanks to the driver for his patience during the trip with an 8 month old baby. It was a difficult and overnight flight and the baby had a tantrum. The driver was friendly and understanding. Also the trip itself started exactly on time, the car exactly matched the photo on the reservation. We are very happy with the price/quality ratio!

Have used gettransfer services many times as a couple and in groups of up to eight people and also in various countries. Have always had excellent service and polite, helpful, well dressed friendly drivers in nice, clean, well maintained up market vehicles. Would highly recommend.

Our the driver was a few minutes early and once he established we were his clients he immediately took over with the cases and car doors. Could not want for a better service, will most definitely use again and recommend to close family and friends (and everyone!)

Good service, we were out of the radar in Turkey Dalaman as our villa was not near any landmarks, however the call centre helped make our transfer go smoothly. I am very impressed with the service but the price can be lower.

Cruise line gave us wrong port terminal info but the gettransfer driver doublechecked and found the right terminal. He was waiting when we arrived. He knew the right airport terminal for our onward flight. Driver could not have been more pleasant or helpful!
