The carrier was polite and courteous, he spoke fluent English. He responded correctly to the traffic and road conditions. We make this trip regularly and have had mixed fortunes with taxi services. Happy to have found one we will confidently book again.

Group of us pensioners are regular travellers to Costa Brava. Never use anyone else. Always reliable. Never been late or let us down. Spotless vehicles and driver. Six of us had a 16 seater minibus to ourselves last time.

You should understand that Gettransfer is not a carrier, but only an intermediary between transdpirt companies. So be sure to choose a good offer (see photos / rating). But this money you will spend on a comfortable ride and be free from the stress. Of course everything happens in this world, but this is the second time I choose this company for international transfers.

MISLEADING COMPANY! DO NOT USE!
Their website makes it clear they give free cancelation. This does not consist of a refund but the money goes in to what they call your 'personal account' which isn't your bank account but your account within get transfer.
If it stated this clearly on the part that says free cancelation and not in the tiny terms and condition I never would have booked!
They are now holding £550 of my money and are refusing to refund me! I have contacted customer services they just keep sending me their terms of agreement.

It's a very handy app. Created a booking, received offers, studied their ratings, chose the most suitable one. Everything is simple. You can pay for everything at once or partially. It's easy and handy. I recommend it.

Easy to find, driver was holding a name card with my name at arrivals, vehicles arrived on time and were clean, polite drivers on both arriving and departing journeys. Would use the company gladly again and would recommend to a friend.

We always use GetTransfer and they have always been cheap and good quality. The drivers arrive on time and the cars are clean. We have used them for about 10 transfers over the last 2 years.

Contrary to a less pleasant experience with gettransfer service on our previous trip to Alicante in October of this year, the service on our recent trip to Bilbao was fantastic.

Very good service! We were a family of 6 people. We booked a transfer from Paris airport to the Pavillon Monceau Hotel and back. Our plane arrived late so we informed the driver. He was on call, patiently waiting for us. On the way back we realized that we could get caught in traffic - we contacted the driver to discuss how much time we should save. Thanks for such service!

Great service at a great price. Driver was waiting for us when we arrived and was very friendly. I booked private return transfers between Nice Airport and our villa for a party of 6. The online booking process was simple and fast. When we arrived at the airport we were met by someone who took us straight outside to the bus where the driver was waiting.

Our flight was 5.5 hrs delayed so had to call and wait 10 - 15 minutes for a vehicle. Having said that the service, vehicle and driver were excellent as always and would recommend gettransfer thoroughly as we always use them.

5+ stars. An active and courteous driver greeted us. We booked only a day in advance and were a little worried that the cost might have been high or that the driver might miss the reservation. But everything worked out.

On arrival the driver was waiting for us as we exited customs at the airport. The mini van was clean and spacious with seat belts. The return was similarly efficient. I would happily reuse gettransfer.com and based on our experience, I would recommend them to others.

We had a very positive service experience. We were in touch with the driver by chat fully confident that he would meet us. And so it happened! As soon as we arrived in Switzerland we received a message that he was waiting for us. The trip was smooth and comfortable. Very good service.

I booked a car on vacation - after making a request quickly started to receive offers. It did not take me long to choose as the cost seemed to be about the same in the middle class and I'm not interested about the same in the middle class and I'm not interested about the cars themselves ;) I perfer punctuality and being picked up without any extra effort and gettransfer did that. I will definitely use them again on holidays.

Palma to Can Picafort, Mallorca. Excellent service from start to finish. This is the second time we have used gettransfer and it removes that awful bus journey which on this route must take hours. Really good service.

Pick up and drop off in Ankara. Waiting for us on arrival, my name clearly stated, clean vehicle, polite driver. Same for collection from hotel to airport, driver arrived 10 mins early. No inane small talk just good, efficient service. I've used them before and will do so again.

The ordering process was straightforward and I was very happy with both legs of the journey to Switzerland. The driver was very helpful on each journey and everything ran very smoothly. I would definitely recommend gettransfer for other travellers and would happily use them again on my next holiday.

We always use gettransfer for transport. The last time was for 2 trips in the USA. At arrival we couldn't find the driver but we had a contact number to call, and within minutes the driver came to pick us up. Always kind service and good driving. Thanks!

Excellent service! Easy booking and good communication throughout waiting in arrivals and the return pick up was also on time to the minute, vehicles were new and spotlessy clean. On top of all this a really good price, a quality service which I would highly recommend!
