From booking to getting picked up and dropped off was such an easy process. Drivers were very professional, carrying cases and helping my mum into and out of their cars. Drivers were on time and their cars were spotless. Would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Called the driver the day before the transfer to confirm time and make sure he shows up and agreed but the day of the scheduled transfer, we waited for 30 minutes, called the driver and was not responding, he never showed up and we almost missed our flight. I sent a complain and demanded refund but had not gotten it, it has been 1 week and no updates. Will never use and recommend get transfer.

I would highly recommend gettransfer.com. We have used them twice now in Majorca and Milan. Comfortable, clean vehicles with courteous drivers who arrive promptly. 2 child seats were booked this time which were up to safety standards. Will use them again.

Used gettransfer during my trip to Tenerife around Christmas 2021. Pleasant and friendly drivers, good, spacious vehicles and very helpful customer support. Was met and welcomed at the airport and everything went smoothly.

Had to suddenly reschedule our return trip at the last moment due to a typo in the booking. Was helped quickly and changed the pickup destination (2km away). Very happy I booked with gettransfer. Will definitely recommend and use them again!

Even if there is a change of time with the flight I send them an email and they reply instantly. They are cheaper than most taxi services and I always book them both ways.

Really great service, on time and both drivers were really friendly and helpful. Easy to book. Vehicle to the property was lovely. Only slight downside was the car seat was a bit small for my 5 year old but we managed.

Hello! I often go on business trips to Turkey. I used to have difficulties with transfers. I am very glad that I found GetTransfer. Traveling with them has become more comfortable and peaceful. I no longer have to think about where to order a car. Great staff and nice drivers. I recommend them!

Do not book a transfer with Gettransfer in these uncertain times. We had booked a transfer with GetTransfer to take us from Geneva to Meribel, for around £450. The French government then change the isolation rules, meaning we could not enter France without quarantining, and so we were forced to cancel our holiday. When I approached GetTransfer for a refund on our transfer, I was told this was not possible. I called, and was told I had to email my request, but when I email, they only respond with they are not able to refund me. I cannot speak to anyone on the phone who doesn't just tell me to email and am essentially out £450. They offered a voucher, however after the customer service, or lack thereof I have received, I would not wish to use this company even if it was possible to get out of the country again this year, which it may not be. Avoid – companies need to be flexible in these times, and accept that there are circumstance outside of their customers control, and in these circumstances they should offer a refund.

After booking, I received about 20 offers from different drivers within a few hours. Five of them met all my needs and had a good rating. Then I was lucky enough to get a great driver who took me on an almost guided tour! Thank you very much, Roman.

Just a warning to others using this service. I recently booked a taxi with Gettransfer and because of illness I was unable to catch my flight and had to cancel the airport transfer taxi. I contacted the driver directly to ensure he did not have a wasted journey, but because I had opened an account with Gettransfer, I did not realise that I had inadvertently agreed to allow Gettransfer to hold my money that I had paid for this taxi service, which was a lot £144 to and from my destination back to the airport, until such time I would want to make the journey again and avail myself of an airport taxi with Gettransfer at some future date. I did write to them saying that because of covid I was unlikely to plan any trip soon, and wanted a refund paid back on to tbe card I originally used to pay for the taxi. They just refer me to their terms and conditions, so to all intents and purposes I have lost my £144, so everyone be warned.

We had a smooth ride from the Airport to Hampton Court. Our driver was lovely and went over and above to help us find our apartment. Thank you, it was greatly appreciated after a long day travelling.
