Refuse to refund back to card, even after the trip being a month away and payment only being made yesterday. Insist on keeping it as 'credit' on the account. The most unhelpful customer service. I recommend using different transfer companies.

Fine I guess right up to the point where carriers decide not to fulfil their obligations and cancel as your flight arrives. Left us at the airport 90 miles from our resort with 6 children. Zero support, zero accountability, nobody with any responsibility or acumen, absolutely abysmal. A joke of an organisation…. Never again, ever. Pathetic and an absolute disgrace to the ski industry

First time we have used transfer services with this company and wow, we were really happy in every way. Best transfers I have ever had by far in all the 6 times I have visited Turkey and I have always used private transfers.

Booked for a trip for one with big bags from Schipol to uni accommodation. Changed number of passengers with less than 24 hours notice - heard back v quickly. On the day we had a call as we were collecting bags with advice on where to come with WhatsApp pictures sent to make it even easier. Lovely driver. Great service.

Very easy to book and pay online, clear instructions as to where the driver will meet you, confirmation receipt, pre arrival email and text on arrival. Very pleasant and helpful driver and car in very good condition. Would definitely book again.

Arriving in a foreign country where I speak only a little of the language is daunting enough - so hiring this service gave me peace of mind. The driver contacted me often (text and phone calls) as I waited and was extremely polite and responsive. I enjoyed a quiet ride to my destination, where again the driver was both polite and helpful.

We have used some transfers several times we don't even compare prices anymore because we know you might pay a few euros more but we are absolutely confident that they will be there when we arrive at the airport. We would have no hesitation in recommending gettransfer to all our family and friends which we do regularly.

Pick up to airport just as good with another lovely lady driver. Company rang to say original car had engine problems and a new one had been dispatched so were informing us it may be a few minutes late. I thought that was good to keep us informed. Overall, I would highly recommend this company for your transport needs.

Very impressive service from start to finish. Arrived on time, communication of the drivers was fantastic, 10mins before they arrival they text you, 10/10. Cars are clean, felt very safe, well done to nazim for arrival and worlf for departing. Will definitely use this service again when I return to Paris.

Very efficient service. The driver was waiting for us on both journeys. Drivers were polite and drove at a safe speed. The update on driver details and contact numbers 24hrs before transit is good to have. Would recommend and use again.

Used gettransfer.com recently from Barcelona airport to Sitges and also on the return to the airport. Was just an easy start to the holiday. After collecting my luggage the driver was quickly there to take me direct to the hotel and then at the end of the vacation it was just so easy to come out of the hotel and the driver was there waiting, helping with luggage and then direct back to the airport. I'm going again in September and will book them again.

I would highly recommend using gettransfer. Having arrived at Las Palmas airport we found our case had gone missing. Our driver waited for 1.5 hours until we logged the missing case. The drivers were very polite both there and back and the cars were clean. Thank you!

Excellent service. Both the taxis were on time and the drivers were friendly. The cars we clean (Merc E Class Estate picking us up from the airport and a big mini bus taking us back - both of which were private to us).

Will be rebooking in September with no hesitation. Received correspondence and texts for the transfers. Drivers were attentive, helpful and courteous, on time and just absolutely brilliant. Highly recommended.

We have used GetTransfer for about 7 years mainly from & to Málaga Airport although we used them a few years ago when we visited Rome. Each time a smartly dressed driver has been at the airport waiting for us.

I am a driver who worked for Gettransfer in Switzerland. The website is a scam - they stopped the payments to drivers since March 2020 and right now they are not willing to pay me 3000 CHF for the trips I performed! They have collected the money from customers but would not pay the drivers! This is unacceptable but cannot do anything as they have no official location for being able to sue them or something!

The driver did not speak English very well, but it could hardly make us feel uncomfortable because he drove flawlessly, offered sweets for our child, helped my husband and me with the luggage. It was a good service and we can close our eyes to the small things, the main thing is that we understood each other.

I booked a ride to the airport at 6am for 60€. The driver showed up very punctual, 5 min before the scheduled time and did not charge us one € more than agreed. The car also matched the description and was impeccable. Magnificent and economical experience, considering that the trip to the airport is 30€ per person...

We did not have a driver-guide, but it was very nice that the man wants to share the history of his city in the conversation. Everything went just great and comfortable and at a good price, even with this added bonus!
