Really helpful company. We missed our flight so I rang up to let them know. They then arranged for us to be collected from a different airport 8 hours later at no extra charge. Will always use in the future.

I've ordered an minivan for my family to Minneapolis airport. An hour before the pickup, the carrier texted me to say that he wouldn't be able to meet us as the highway had been closed due to weather conditions. It was quite nervous as we were afraid of missing the flight. I contacted the gettransfer support service and within 30 minutes they sent me contact details of a nearby carrier. The car was a higher class but we did not have to pay extra for it.

GetTransfer really came through for us and helped make a last minute change to our reservation when we discovered that our flight had been moved an hour.

Will use again in the summer, was not the cheapest option when I searched but sometimes relibale service is the most important thing and less hassle is most welcome on a holiday!
