GetTransfer.com not only is completely unreliable for transport, they are actually guilty of credit card fraud. They failed to provide the trip for which I paid 159.36€ in full and in advance, and they have refused to refund my money, instead giving me a "credit" on their unreliable website.

In Feb. 2022 I booked a trip on GetTransfer.com for a trip in Texas. I received an email receipt confirming payment received for the trip, and 159.36€ was charged to my bank account. Six weeks later on the eve of our trip, less than 24 hours before the car was scheduled to pick us up, and with no prior notice, I received an automatic email saying my driver had canceled, along with another informing me that the replacement driver would cost an additional 90USD, pending my approval. I DID NOT approve the new driver or the extra charges. I replied demanding a full refund and immediately was forced to make other transportation arrangements, as we urgently needed to leave the next day, although I had already paid GetTransfer. The agitation and anxiety this caused my husband and I was considerable, as we were expected in another city the very next day, and the arrangements had been made and paid for in full six weeks earlier.
At almost midnight that evening, about 10 hours after having my trip canceled, they emailed saying that they had now found a driver to make the trip at the original price. Obviously by then it was far too late, but the company is now claiming that I "refused" the trip, as a way to avoid refunding my money.
Evidently they expected me to wait 10 hours after their cancelation on the chance that they would sort out their problems with their drivers and fees in time for my trip.
This issue is still unresolved and I now have a "credit" for a future trip- thanks so very much, guys! Unless you want to be left stranded with no ride and your bank account charged in full, don't use GetTransfer!

I really like how gettransfer works. On the odd occasion, when they can't locate you, they are very quick to make a call to give you instructions on where to go and what to do.

We couldn't be happier! They were brilliant and made our travel extremely easy and stress free. The drivers were very well mannered. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

The vehicles, both Mercedes, were immaculate and luxurious. I had to rearrange my return collection time and using the main telephone number this request was handled perfectly and a PDF voucher emailed to me.

I have used gettransfer religiously over the last 10 years whilst travelling to Majorca (and occasionally Malaga) and they have never let me down yet! Always on time and the driver is always easily found holding a name board in airport arrivals.

Would have given no stars. Cancelled trip due to pandemic. Company changed terms post pandemic and kept my deposit of $500. Late last year, the Company promised to refund my deposit in two installments-one in Feb. 2022 and one in March 2022. I am still waiting for my deposit--two+ years later. Do not do business with them.

I have once again been delighted using gettransfer whilst transferring between Puerto Banus and Malaga airport. Both drivers were professional, friendly and most importantly exactly on time.

. WARNING. Driver didn't show and cost me £90 more.
Prior to booking this company I asked how I would find my driver and was told by 'Nick | Team Leader of Support Division' that my driver would meet me in the Arrival's Hall holding a card with my name on it. On this basis I booked and paid £88.88 for my private transport to and from Benidorm. However on the actual day of my travel an email was sent to me informing me that the driver would meet me outside Costa coffee at the airport and I was to call him when I arrived. I arrived at Costa coffee at 7:15. Pm. I had no information of how to contact him nor had his phone number, also I had no internet or telephone connection so could not do anything but wait there assuming that he would come and look for us. We waited 40 minutes with no sign of him, my wife asked several officials of the parking outside Costa coffee but no one had heard of the company. I therefore decided to pay the 100 euros taxi fare to get to my hotel.

I contacted Gettransfers and canceled my return journey because I had no confidence that a driver of yours would arrive to take me to the airport to catch my plane home.
I have contacted gettransfers asking for refund after dozens of emails they refunded half of my payment and after another round of emails they have refunded the other half of my payment in a credit 'they will not give money back' so that I ca use it on another booking. As if I am stupid enough to use them again, So No I did not get my money back

I shall now be taking gettransfers to County Court for full compensation, iam not bothered about the money just want a County Court Judgment against them.

I would advise everyone to steer clear of this cowboy company. Go with a trusted company

When it comes to customer service or refunds, forget getting your money back even if it's their own fault. Unbelievably rude and obnoxious

Used their service in Alicante! Drivers were on time and they were very helpful and cheerful! The vehicles were clean and tidy! Sure to use again in the future.

We had to get from LAX to our hotel at Huntington Beach CA and found gettransfer on Google.
Their website was extremely user friendly and it made the booking experience very simple.

We didn't have far to walk with our luggage and the driver helped. We felt comfortable and safe throughout the 45 minute drive to our destination. We thoroughly recommend gettransfers and will use them again.

Excellent service and efficiency. We were two women with children visiting Rome. Ricardo our driver was an excellent English speaker and drove safely. Very good value for money.

This company has to be one of the most efficient and reliable in Europe! They provide taxi transfers between airports and hotels all over Europe. We have used them in Spain (Almeria, Seville, Granada), Italy (Verona, Rome), and Amsterdam.

We were very impressed with the service. I had put the wrong time for pick up but after the booking was made we chatted with the driver and he asked us to check the exact address/time and so we noticed the mistake. Thank you!

Booked online, simple process. Drivers were excellent and very helpful with luggage etc. cars were immaculate. I have recommended the service to my family who have also commented on the good service provided.
