Very efficient and reliable, booking was easy to follow on the website and I received receipts by email. I was late arriving but it wasn't a problem, the driver was friendly and helped me with my bags.
I accepted a bid for a ride in Italy, paid the entire balance. 2 months later the driver messaged me and said he wanted more money or he was going to cancel the scheduled ride (extortion?). I refused and reached out to the company. They refused to refund my money, gave me a worthless credit even though it was THEIR fault. Research on other sites- lots of terrible reviews. Read their cancellation policy as well. It doesn't even apply to me since THEIR CONTRACTOR cancelled on ME, but they still refused to refund my money.

We have been waiting for two years or more to tear up our money and there is no response. We will resort to the embassy and ask you legally. Please pay the account 18,700 thousand euros. You did not pay it to our company. This is enough. You must pay the money as soon as possible. Thank you
Gettransfer is always efficient. Good communications regarding transfers and on-time pickups make going on holiday that much better knowing the onward travel is sorted.
We booked/paid for 2 transfers in January for a trip in May. The first transfer was from Caserta to Sorrento. They sent a driver in a filthy, older BMW which appeared to be his personal car, not a licensed chauffeur car. The trip back to Sorrento, the driver texted on his phone the entire trip.
The second transfer was for 3 days later to take us from Sorrento to Civitavecchia. Less then 17 hours before this 4 hour transfer, we were sent a text message saying they were having issues with their driver and for an additional €135 they could send someone else. When we told them we had a contract, they hung up on us 3 times leaving us scrambling at the last minute to find alternate transportation. NEVER AGAIN!
Both trips to and from the airport were on time, the drivers were polite and the ride was comfortable. When we arrived at Faro airport, the driver was waiting with my name on a board.
Every step from start to finish was excellent. Booking easy. I was emailed all the information about our pick up from the airport and from the hotel at the end of our stay. Will definitely use this service again without hesitation…
Our driver was waiting for us at the airport with a clear sign. He was dressed smartly and very friendly. Two of the people in our party had a flight delay and it was no problem at all for us to wait longer for them.
Our villa was on a very remote, quiet, country road and our pick up time for the return to the airport was 4.15am. The driver was there right on time and got us to the airport with time to spare. Would definitely use them again.
Our carrier was beyond helpful. Knowledgeable and very interesting. Not only did we get a transfer second to none but our journey was also a local tour. Couldn't recommend gettransfer more highly.

Service was excellent. We arrived late but our driver was waiting there for us carrying a sign with our name on and took our bags for us. He was lovely, we just had to sit back and relax.
Excellent service. Waiting at the airport, beautiful clean minibus was even bigger than what we had ordered. Plenty of room for all of us and all our extra luggage. Lovely driver, very pleasant and helpful and drove safely. Highly recommend.
First time I use this service. I arrived at Barcelona airport and due to covid the airport experience takes longer. I was a bit concerned that because of the delay the driver might have left but no problems.
Amazing service. Both transfers were lovely minivans with great drivers. Had to change both times and days of our transfers and gettransfer handled it with no issues! Would use again a 100%.

GetTransfer.com not only is completely unreliable for transport, they are actually guilty of credit card fraud. They failed to provide the trip for which I paid 159.36€ in full and in advance, and they have refused to refund my money, instead giving me a "credit" on their unreliable website.
In Feb. 2022 I booked a trip on GetTransfer.com for a trip in Texas. I received an email receipt confirming payment received for the trip, and 159.36€ was charged to my bank account. Six weeks later on the eve of our trip, less than 24 hours before the car was scheduled to pick us up, and with no prior notice, I received an automatic email saying my driver had canceled, along with another informing me that the replacement driver would cost an additional 90USD, pending my approval. I DID NOT approve the new driver or the extra charges. I replied demanding a full refund and immediately was forced to make other transportation arrangements, as we urgently needed to leave the next day, although I had already paid GetTransfer. The agitation and anxiety this caused my husband and I was considerable, as we were expected in another city the very next day, and the arrangements had been made and paid for in full six weeks earlier.
At almost midnight that evening, about 10 hours after having my trip canceled, they emailed saying that they had now found a driver to make the trip at the original price. Obviously by then it was far too late, but the company is now claiming that I "refused" the trip, as a way to avoid refunding my money.
Evidently they expected me to wait 10 hours after their cancelation on the chance that they would sort out their problems with their drivers and fees in time for my trip.
This issue is still unresolved and I now have a "credit" for a future trip- thanks so very much, guys! Unless you want to be left stranded with no ride and your bank account charged in full, don't use GetTransfer!
Answer: . WARNING. Driver didn't show and cost me £90 more. Prior to booking this company I asked how I would find my driver and was told by 'Nick | Team Leader of Support Division' that my driver would meet me in the Arrival's Hall holding a card with my name on it. On this basis I booked and paid £88.88 for my private transport to and from Benidorm. However on the actual day of my travel an email was sent to me informing me that the driver would meet me outside Costa coffee at the airport and I was to call him when I arrived. I arrived at Costa coffee at 7:15. Pm. I had no information of how to contact him nor had his phone number, also I had no internet or telephone connection so could not do anything but wait there assuming that he would come and look for us. We waited 40 minutes with no sign of him, my wife asked several officials of the parking outside Costa coffee but no one had heard of the company. I therefore decided to pay the 100 euros taxi fare to get to my hotel. I contacted Gettransfers and cancelled my return journey because I had no confidence that a driver of yours would arrive to take me to the airport to catch my plane home. I have contacted gettransfers asking for refund after dozens of emails they refunded half of my payment and after another round of emails they have refunded the other half of my payment into 'a gettranfers account' so that I ca use it on another booking. As if I am stupid enough to use them again, So No I did not get my money back I shall now be taking gettransfers to County Court for full compensation, iam not bothered about the money just want a County Court Judgment against them. I would advise everyone to steer clear of this cowboy company. Go with a trusted company
Answer: Do not use them - they are a SCAM You prepay - they do not turn up - they offer you a credit only even though they never turned up Never ever trust them
