We used gettransfer.com from Hurghada Airport to our hotel. They are very professional. Service was excellent. Will book with them again without any hesitation. Highly Recommended.

Brilliant service, free soft drinks and luxurious transport. Even had WiFi and chargers on the return journey. Easy to book on the app. All arrived on time in clean vehicles with polite drivers. Will use them again for sure.

We have used GetTransfer in multiple countries and they have never failed to deliver. The latest time in Marseille for the European rugby finals was also fine (it is always going to be busy). Cars spotless and comfy. Great drivers. I will always come here first.

We have used GetTransfer many times in Cyprus and have always had an excellent service (apart from one incident in the early days). Prices are reasonable and the cars are often bigger than required and of a high standard.

DO NOT USE. Having booked a return journey to the airport a week in advance, I received an email ( not even a phone call) 20 minutes before my pick up time asking for another £89 or they would have to cancel my journey. I refused on principal and was forced to now drive to the airport at extremely short notice otherwise I would miss my flight and subsequent Holiday. If this was immoral enough, I have now been charged for the return journey that they re-instated without any requests from myself ( why would I need the return leg now that my own car was at the airport?) and GetTransfers are now refusing to refund my original payment because of this charge

Flight company amended our return flight, so had to change our transfer twice with absolutely no fuss at all. Gettransfer answered my calls really quickly and everyone I spoke to was lovely and helpful.

Fantastic service. Easy to locate our driver at the airport who also confirmed our pick up point as our apartment was on a pedestrianised street. Sign held with name which was easy to see. Would highly recommend.

I've been using gettransfer.com now for a number of years, they are my go to airport transfer company. When our 2020 holiday in Portugal was cancelled, I kept my booking refund with them to help during the pandemic & they credited it onto my trip this year to Italy.

Website was easy to use, price was reasonable for the journey booked, must compliment the driver (didn't get his name unfortunately) he arrived right on time was very helpful and courteous, would use gettransfer again on my next trip away.

Worth every penny for private shuttle. We and friends have used the company for years and they have never let us down and maintain a professional consistent service. Excellent.

Have used gettransfer for around 2 years and always same excellent service. Just had a transfer from Karachi and friendly driver with new clean vehicle. Highly recommend.

I have used gettransfer twice before and will be using them again.
The reason for 5 stars this trip is that you are able to amend your collection details online giving 48 hours notice, which is great.

These people are terrible.

I booked a transfer for July 17 2022 and cancelled it today, 26 May 2022.

On the 22 April 2022, before booking I asked for the cancellation policy and I was informed by a client support manager called Daisy that and I quote exactly

"YOU CAN CANCEL THE TRANSFER NOT LESS THAN 48 HOURS BEFORE THE TRIP, OTHERWISE IT IS NOT REFUNDABLE."

IIt does not state anywhere that the money will not be refundable at all or state that it will be held in an account with get transfer.

Also the reservation voucher has a cancellation policy and this does not state anywhere that the refund will be put in an account with GETTRANSFER and not given back to you in your bank account. I attach part of our reservation voucher showing this for all to see.

This is so bad. I am trying to warn people. They could and should have mentioned their policy clearly. If they had i personally would not have booked with them.
When I asked how I can use MY MONEY, she said that I had to rebook and when I tried to rebook the trip the offer was €159,43 when I had originally paid €95.23.

Be careful everyone.

Without being patronising this was one of the best transfer services I have experienced. The drivers were polite and helpful and the vehicle was in excellent condition.

I had requested two child seats which were in excellent order and properly fitted. I have no hesitation in recommending gettransfer, an excellent service all round.

Our flight was delayed by one hour but our driver was waiting and smiling - a nice welcome. He helped with the cases and the transfer was quick and smooth. Thank you.

The day before we were due to leave we got a confirmation email and the second taxi was early to meet us on our return journey. The whole experience was professional and I would highly recommend gettransfer. A real credit to them.
