I had some old iPhones that I wanted to sell but dreaded the hassle of posting to sites like Kijiji and then meeting someone and haggling when the phones (5c and 4s) were not going to sell for very much. Other easy methods such as the Apple store were indicating values of about 1/5 of what Orchard paid me which was about 1/2 of what you could sell at privately. I was at first concerned about Orchard and having to download the app, etc. but it ended up being a very efficient process. Both phones ended up being fully processed and I had cash in the bank in one day.

They could improve the website (especially for filtering selections for buying), build up more inventory and also make the communication process more seamless - but I am nitpicking. Overall my Orchard was very good - I'll definitely sell with them in the future and considering buying an iPhone or iPad.

Getting a good cheap used iPhone can be a perilous process - not unlike dating on Kindle. A girl shouldn't have to meet some dude on a dark street corner just to get her hands on a little piece of reliable technology that she can take home to call her Mom. Orchard resolves this dilemma and provides reasonably priced phones, guaranteed to look and perform as advertised. I'm pleased with the process and price and fast delivery. This is an example of how e-commerce should work!

The first time I ordered, I selected a 'factory refreshed' model which if you read on the website, says 'like a new phone inside and out'. Unfortunately the phone I was sent had some flaws (dents, etc) so I wasn't really happy with it. I contacted them and they gave me a full refund plus a promo code for my next order. I ordered the same model again (also factory refreshed) and this time they nailed it! It's in perfect condition, looks brand new. I love that there is a company out there that is helping to reduce waste and that you can trust when buying or selling new phones. Would definitely recommend :)

Ok, I have to admit, I was a bit skeptical and was somewhat concerned using Orchard, because, frankly, it seemed to easy. Well, it actually was. I gave it a go selling it myself but in the end decided Orchard was worth a shot. It was extremely simple, they sent the pre-paid shipping materials and I got my money within 48 hours (even though it was up to 4 weeks). I'm not going to bother selling an old phone any other way, it actually isn't a scam!

Was looking on kijiji for a while for an iphone, but had no luck finding someone trustworthy with a good condition phone. The blacklist guarantee makes the premium price of the phone through orchard worth it. Should have just went straight to it, instead of wasting so much time on Kijiji.

Easy to order, phone came quickly and was in what I consider great condition (listed as "good condition"). Only thing you could possibly complain about is the premium price compared to classifieds.
