I have sold two iphones with Orchard in the last two years. Both experiences were totally painless. They send a box with a prepaid shipping label, and I sent it off to them. A few days later, they paid me. The second phone had a small crack on the screen, which I reported when sending it to them. Due to the crack, their app promised only $104. Once they received the phone, they increased that to $174, which I have now received, which was a nice surprise.

Their app is easy, their process is simple, and I appreciate the money in my pocket.

I had a similar experience as another reviewer here. They offered me a reasonable amount for my iPhone 5s and when I sent it in they even said it was in better condition then I had stated so they would give me $15 more. However, they also said that there was water damage to my facetime camera and that they would need to replace it. I had this phone since it was new and it never came in contact with any water. I was aware of some dust under the front facing camera which I told them if they opened the case and blew it out they would notice that the facetime camera worked perfectly. They refused to try and instead told me I would get $45 less for my phone for them to replace a camera that functionally was working just as the day I bought it.

The idea is pretty good. If you are willing to forgo about $100 to not have to deal with selling your phone on your own. I received $100 less from orchard than what was the going rate for my phone on Kijiji/Craigslist.

I bought an unlocked iPhone 5 32 gb on Amazon in "like new" state. The product arrived at the expected date, was in really good shape and fuctions perfectly. It was also easy to contact Orchard for questions prior to the purchase and the answer I got was really clear. My experience with them was absolutely flawless.

I ordered an iPhone 6 Plus from Orchard, and it arrived in BETTER condition than what it was described in the website description. The exterior really was flawless, and so far, the phone has worked out awesomely. I was skeptical at first about buying a phone that I have not had the chance to inspect personally, but was glad that I took a chance. I would buy another phone from Orchard in a heartbeat!

I was a little sceptical about sending my iPhone into orchard but eventually, I thought it through and did my research on the company to make sure it was legit. I was sent a box to place my device into and mail it directly to them. I was told I would be receiving about $316 for my iPhone after they receive it and sell it or after a 4-week period but luckily I received the payment in my account a week later. I recommend this company to anyone looking to get a great price on their old iPhones.

Folks at the Telus store advised me to sell my phone via Orchard as the price would likely be more than they could offer me on a buy-back. I was surprised by how easy the process was from running the diagnostic on my old phone through to the sale. The initial estimate was adjusted downwards when they received my phone, which I queried. I found their quick and helpful reply was reasonable and explained why the adjustment was made (older phone, rosy hue to the screen which I hadn't been aware of). The sale just came through, within a week of it being listed. I'd highly recommend anyone wanting to sell a device do it through Orchard!

I purchased my phone from Orchard last March and have been very happy with it so far. It seemed like new when I first received it. I recently started having a few problems with the power button and the headphone jack. I contacted Orchard (I purchased an extended warranty) and they were extremely helpful with troubleshooting and, when it came to it, sending my phone in for repairs. The turnaround time for the repairs was very quick and my email correspondence - mainly with Hortense - was professional and extremely helpful. I have been very impressed with Orchard all around.
