Like many people, I was a little skeptical when I first heard of Orchard. Seemed to good to be true. But I figured that Apple would have pulled their app from the App Store if they were a scam. Turns out my skepticism was unwarranted. Orchard was not only the most painless, but the most financially advantageous way for me to sell my phone. (In my locale, the used market for my model of phone is totally stale, so Orchard was better money than selling it myself.) I'll definitely be a repeat customer.
We bought a refurbished IPhone 6 for my daughter and it was a great way to do it. I was hesitant about Kijiji and this site was referred to me by someone who had also used them. The best for us was that we visited their office in Toronto and did it in person, this made me feel more secure about the purchase. The phone works really well, we bought one in "like new" condition and it really is. It is perfect. We are heading back next week to have a battery replaced for my other daughter's phone so fingers crossed it's the same experience!
I had heard of Orchard through a coworker and had decided to order my Phone. Bought it over Easter weekend and arrived Thursday, April 20th, 2017. Condition of the phone was amazing and not only was the shipping fast but so was the condition of the phone when it arrived. Will definitely order from Orchard again in the future.
Found the Orchard site online and while a little cautious at first this was nothing but a positive experience. I received a box to send the phone in and received notification within a few days that my phone was actually worth more than originally quoted! Payment was prompt. Great to deal with.
Phone was delivered one day earlier than expected to the west coast and the phones's condition was spot on. Finally a business who's level of customer service is what we should get from all businesses.

Sold my phone with Orchard - the process was very easy and straightforward. Money was received earlier than expected. So much less hassle than selling on kijiji etc.
Everything was simple and smooth and obviously a lot cheaper than buying a new iPhone. I felt safe about the purchase, got the phone in 2 days. Perfect.
I had purchased my phone on Wednesday of this week and I have already received the phone today (Friday). I ordered a SIM card and a screen protector with the phone, when the phone arrived, they had already put the screen protector on.
Shortly after receiving my phone, I received an email from them asking how everything was and if I was satisfied. The customer service level is spot on!

I ordered the phone and chose regular shipping and was told it would take 4-9 business days. It took only 2! I love my factory reset phone, it works like new for half the price! Would recommend Orchard to anyone!
I couldn't be happier with Orchard. The process took me all of about 5 minutes to complete, and after I shipped my phone, I received payment in less than a week. I was actually stunned when I learned that Orchard had increased the value of my phone by over $25 after its second assessment. Perhaps I'm jaded, but I couldn't believe that a company whose revenue comes from selling used phones on the secondary and tertiary markets would actually have any concern for my bottom line. This is the best and the only way to get a cheap and good quality iphone. You can 100% trust this website, because exactly what you see is what you get. They will not lie about the condition of the phone to make money off you. The assurance that it will work is also reassuring.
