I ordered my iPhone 6S early Friday BC morning. Within two hours I was notified that it had been shipped and I got a Canada Post tracking number. Could pick up my purchase Wednesday morning at the Post Office. Have been using it every day. I am very satisfied.

I bought my phone from the Orchard offices. It is in "very good" condition, and comparing it to a "like new" one, I could not tell the difference. The service was great, and the phone itself is... like new!
I would recommend their service to anyone.

I sold my old iPhone 5s through Orchard since I couldn't be bothered to find a private seller. The app gave me an estimate of how much they would give me, and when I sent in the phone they actually said they would give me $20 more since it was in better condition than I had thought! Received my money as promised within weeks. So much easier than meeting sketchy people on kijiji!

It was delivered when they said it would be and they phone was in the condition that they said that it would be, I have just got everything set up and started to use it and everything is good,

LOVED how easy it was to sell my old iPhone 6 with Orchard. The app let me get an assessment and a quote before sending it along, they paid for shipping, then followed up immediately with a confirmed price (the exact same one the app gave me!). 4 weeks later (you get paid more if you wait longer), I had $323 e-transferred to me. SO EASY.

Very pleased with the process and follow through. They were quick with answers to my questions... It really was a very seamless experience and will use them the next time I have a cell phone to sell.

I put my iPhone up for sale with GetOrchard. I put down a conservative estimate and Orchard came back stating my phone was actually met a higher criteria. Very honest and reliable service, would definitely use it next time I sell my iPhone!

Completely satisfied with their customer service and with how fast they sold my phone and I got my money. Sent the phone on day 1 and choose the option to wait until 4 weeks to get the money back, however, just 2 days later the phone was sold and 1 day after I received my interac deposit. How it could be better? Thanks for the great service!

I ordered my phone thru this company because I just didn't trust the Craigslist and Kijiji ads I was looking through. Many ads had not all the information about the phone, I wasted so much time, then I found Orchards ad... it was easy to find the phone I wanted. Had it in my hands in 3 days, and didn't have to drive anywhere. I will be back whenever I need another phone, would highly recommend this company.

Purchased an IPhone 6S from Orchard for the first time. Phone came incredibly fast and was delivered the day I was expecting it. Phone is in amazing condition, and was easy to set up with the stored settings of my previous phone. So far very amazing service and product!

Bought a "very good' IPhone 6S on Tuesday, and it arrived on Thursday! I don't know the quality difference between "very good" and "like new", but my phone was in FANTASTIC shape, looked new to me. I was iffy buying a used phone online, but I was pleasantly surprised on how this all turned out. I will recommend this site to family and friends, and am going to try selling my old IPhone too!
