Everything was clear and straightforward and my phone works great. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I went and picked up in the office and never felt rushed. They followed up a couple of times to make sure everything was good. Will buy from Orchard again.

The phone I ordered ended up being unavailable, they quickly responded with a few options and gave me an upgrade for the same price. Quick delivery, excellent follow up. Over the top customer service, which is hard to find these days.

The easiest way to sell you old phone! Orchard provides free shipping packaging and etransfer payment. They quoted me a price and actually increased what they paid as my phone was in excellent shape. I received payment earlier than expected as well.It feels a bit odd to send off your phone with payment pending but both my son and I have used this company and they came through as promised.

We purchased my daughter's phone from Orchard a few months ago. We have had 2 warranty issues and both times I was very pleased with the customer service department. I experienced quick responses and both times shipping to repair the phone was covered by Orchard. We purchased the extended warranty and it turns out that was a very good idea for us.

Orchard made it easy for me. They paid for me to send in my phone. Gave me a price they would pay when the phone sold which I agreed to and in a short time the phone sold. They notified me and sent me an e-transfer. Easy! They handle any issues and I have money in my pocket headache free. Granted they sell the phone for more than they pay me but cover shipping and any other incidentals. A great service.

Just received the IPhone 6 that I order and everything is perfect, great phone just like brand new! Keep up the great work! Will definitely tell my friends.

Ordered a "Like New" iPhone 6S. Came very quickly, in pristine condition, with great battery life. Couldn't be happier.
